Machine for removing the adhering cement from used shuttering boards. The subject of the invention is a machine for removing the cement coating from used shuttering boards. Such shuttering boards that have been in use have a coating of cement that adheres to the rough surface of the boards and must be removed before the boards can be used again for other formwork.
An apparatus for making used wooden paving blocks reusable has become known. In the same, the used and asphalt over drawn blocks are passed by chain drives to so-called brush rollers, -wel che should remove the hard coating in order to prepare the blocks for further processing by wood cutting machines.
The brush rollers consist of drums, which carry articulated beater pins around their circumference, which are thrown outwards by rapid rotation of the drums around their axis and with their cutting edges like chisels hit the hard casing of the wooden blocks and loosen them should. In doing so, however, not only does the hard coating loosen, but the wood fibers are also removed so far that the wood mass is free of all adhering material. It is. So, when setting up, the intention is to remove the outer layer of wood.
The use of this well-known A.p- parat: it can therefore not be used to remove cement on shuttering boards, because the wood of the shuttering boards should not be attacked. Moreover. With the known apparatus, the cutting edges of the striking pins would become blunt and unhrauclibar in a very short time.
The present invention differs from these known apparatuses in that it has a number of pairs of rollers, the surface of which is provided with elevations.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown, for example, namely shows: rig. 1 is a side view of the machine, FIG. 2 is a plan view, FIG. 3 is an end view, h'ig. 4 a work roll in a longitudinal view,

The latter wear longitudinal grooves on the circumference, as indicated in FIGS. 2 and 3. You could also see other bumps, e.g. B. pyrani.iden frusto-shaped elevations z, as shown in Figs. 4, 5 and 6, have.
The grooves or elevations work their way into the cement crust, cancel the connection between them and break them down into small individual parts, which are detached from the wood surface by the loosening of the connection. This process is continued by the rollers n2, which only have longitudinal grooves.
The Sta.lil (-lral) thiirste q, which runs in the opposite direction to the movement of the board, causes a thorough removal of the boards, which leave the @Ia.sc: line clean and suitable for further gel) raucli. On the narrow sides clei Urelter the rollers o act, wel che loosely rotatably mounted in the resilient arms 1).
The latter enable the. Adaptation of these rollers to form boards of different widths. The rollers r have grooves or bumps in the same way as the rollers h and i. The latter are shown in FIGS.
Since the shuttering boards regularly only have a thick crust on the side with which they faced the concrete; a brush facing this side is sufficient; Incidentally, nothing would stand in the way of arranging a second upper brush. A circular saw S is also combined with the brush shaft, which allows the boards to be cut as required.
If the machine is to be switched from manual operation to power operation, the motor is set to so that it drives the free handwheel d1 by means of a belt drive, with the handles being removed.
