Description

  

  



  Vorrichtung zum Abschlie?en von SÏuretransportflaschen.



     Gegenstand      vorliegender Ernndung    ist eine Vorrichtung zum Abschlie?en   von Säure-    transportflaschen, namentlich   für die Beför-    derung der letzteren   durch private oder staat-      liche    Transportanstalen.



   Auf   beiliegender Zeichuung :    st der   Larcin-      dungsgegenstand    in einem   Ausführungsbei-    spiel dargestellt. Fig.   1    zeigt den Schnitt durci ein Verschlu?st ck, Fig. 2 die Vorder  ansiciit      dara    und Fig. 3 die Ansicht von oben.



   Das Verschlu?st ck wird auf die Ausgu?¯ffnung der SÏuretransportflasche, zum Beispiel eine   Korbflasche,    aufgelegt, derart, da? die Rille   auf den obcrn Hand des    Flaschenhalses zu liegen kommt. Dabei ist die ltille mit   eiuem      plastischen Ma, terial, be-    stehend zum Beispiel aus einer Mischung von Kaolin und Schwefelpulver nebst einem Zusatz von Wasserglas,   ausgelebt    zur Herbei  fuhrung    eines dichten   Absehlusses.   



   Die Befestigung des Verchlu?st ckes an der   Ftasche erfolgt durch    zwei   illetallbiiuder.   



  Das eine Band wird unterhalb des Wulstes am Flaschenhals angebracht und das andere an diesem ersten Band befestigt und durch die am Verschlu?st ck angebrachten zwei schlitzf¯rmigen Íffnungen b durchgezogen.



  Die   angezogenen Enden der beiden Metall-       bander werden mittelst Metallplombe oder Öse verschlossen.   



   Das Verschlu?st ck kann zum Beispiel   v on Lisen seiu, ulld    es kann   zur Verhiitung    der   Oxydation ganz oder    teilweise mit einem Überzug aus Email oder mit einem ¯berzug bestehend aus einem säurefesten   Iletall    versehen sein. Es kann auch des Überzuges entbehren, wenn es aus einem sÏurefesten Metall hergestellt ist.  



   PATENTANSPRUCH :
Vorrichtung zum Abschlie?en von SÏuretransportflaschen, gekennzeichnet durch ein Verschlu?st ck aus Metall.

  The tightened ends of the two metal straps are closed with a metal seal or eyelet.
