Description

  

  Dispositif (le raccordement, pour relier un tuyau en matière élastique à un tube.    L'objet clé la présente invention est un  dispositif de raccordement, pour relier un  tuyau en matière élastique, par exemple du  caoutchouc, à un tube. Ce dispositif est ca  ractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un manchon       KL    forure cylindrique, clans lequel est engagé  le tuyau en matière élastique et dont la     fo-          rure    est taraudée au moins sur une partie de  sa longueur, le manchon étant destiné à être  vissé sur une partie filetée d'un ajutage du  tube conformé de manière que le tuyau en  matière élastique soit pincé entre l'ajutage  et le manchon lorsqu'on visse ce dernier sur  ladite partie filetée de l'ajutage.  



  Le dessin ci-joint montre, à titre  d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet  de' l'invention.  



  La     fig.    1 est une vue en élévation du  tube destiné à être raccordé au tuyau en ma  tière élastique;  La     fig.    2 en est une vue en élévation en  bout;  La     fig.    3 montre, en coupe, le manchon  clans lequel est engagé le tuyau en matière  élastique;    La     fig.    4 montre, en coupe, le tube et le  tuyau en matière élastique raccordés l'un à  l'autre.  



  Le tube métallique 1 comporte un ajutage       présentant    une partie conique 2 et, à la base  clé cette dernière, une partie cylindrique  3 filetée. Le tuyau 4 en matière élas  tique, du caoutchouc par .exemple, .est en  gagé par son extrémité dans le man  chon 5 dont la. forure 6 est taraudée de part  en part. Pour raccorder le tube 1 et le tuyau  4, on glisse le manchon 5 sur la     partie    co  nique 2 de     l'ajutage,    de manière à ce que  cette dernière pénètre dans le tuyau 4, puis  on visse le manchon sur la partie filetée 3  du tube. Il en résulte que l'extrémité du  tuyau 4 est ramenée sur la partie conique 2  de l'ajutage et pressée. dans les filets du ta  raudage du manchon 5     (fig.    4).

   Le tuyau 4  est de ce fait solidement relié au tube et les  joints sont d'une. étanchéité parfaite.  



  La partie antérieure 2 de l'ajutage pour  rait être cylindrique. Quant nu manchon 5,  il n'est pas essentiel que sa forure soit tarau  dée de  part en part; la partie du manchon  destinée à recevoir l'extrémité du tuyau 4.      pourrait, par exemple, comporter à l'intérieur  des renflements ou des aspérités quelconques  pour assurer au tuyau 4 une bonne prise.
