Description

  Pour la fabrication de la forme d'exécu  tion décrite, on se sert d'une série de moules,  tels que ceux représentés en I à V à la     fig.    2;  ils comportent une     plateforme    de     moulage     commune     l    sur laquelle sont montées des  cloisons verticales parallèles j constituant  les parois de moulage qui sont mentionnées  dans l'introduction, ayant une     hauteur    égale  ou peu supérieure à la largeur de l'aile a et  laissant entre elles des espaces de largeur  égale à la hauteur de l'âme     in   <I>;

2; III).

    Il ne reste plus alors qu'à introduire et à (lamer soigneusement la matière devant for mer les ailes<I>a b</I> dans les espaces<I>q s de-</I> meurant libres à gauche, resp. à droite (les noyaux je o à l'intérieur du moule (fig. 2, IV).

  La     seconde    forme d'exécution de l'élément  en forme de cornière     (fig.    4) comporte l'âme  verticale     iii,    renfermant les tiges<I>e f,</I> et l'aile  supérieure horizontale<I>a..</I> Des étriers     ic    pas  sent autour des tiges e f, traversent l'aile     cc     et sont recourbés sur eux-mêmes en     u'   <I>0.</I>  Dans l'angle     intérieur    formé par l'âme     m    et  l'aile a se trouve une moulure :r répétée de  façon     symétrique    en y de l'autre côté de       l'aine        )it;

      la moulure y forme la battue q destinée à recevoir l'extrémité de l'aile a de l'élément adjacent. Sur les éléments se trouve la chape la en ciment; celle-ci peut être sup primée. Les âmes in sont visibles sur la face inférieure du plancher, à moins qu'on ne les masque par une paroi quelconque rapportée.

  Cela fait, on dispose entre les lattes r une couche<I>k</I> de la matière, dont l'aile<I>a</I> doit être faite, et on la dame soigneusement jus qu'à, ce qu'elle ait l'épaisseur voulue (fig. 5 1).

  Process for the manufacture of reinforced floor elements. The object of the invention is a process for the manufacture of reinforced floor elements.

  The elements to be manufactured have at least two parts consisting, one by a reinforced core and the other by a wing.

  The method is characterized in that a layer consisting of the material from which one of the parts of the element will be made is placed on a molding platform, in that a core of which two is placed above the layer. opposite side walls move away from bottom to top, finally in that spaces which remain free between said side walls of the core and of the molding walls, supported by the platform, are filled; material from which the other part of the element will be made.

  The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, two embodiments of the element. Fig. 1 is a transverse vertical section of a first embodiment; Fig. 2 shows this embodiment at different stages of its manufacture; Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the cores used in this manufacture; Fig.4 is a vertical section of a floor consisting of elements according to the second embodiment; Fig .. b shows this embodiment at different stages of its manufacture.

  According to fig. 1, The element has a U-shaped lying cross section. It therefore takes three parts: the vertical core 7n armed and the two upper horizontal wings <I> a </I> and lower <I> b </I> also armed and forming one body with it. The height of the web varies according to the needs.

   In the direction of the length of the latter are arranged rods ef on which pass transverse brackets d having the shape of U lying and housed in the lower wing b, the soul in, the upper wing cc and outgoing of the latter in dl. The facing faces of a and b go away from each other from in.

  This embodiment has, at its upper left edge, a battue g where the free end al of the wing a of the neighboring element will be housed, thanks to the fact that the wing a is a little longer than wing b.

  A cement screed / a is placed on the elements placed side by side; in it are embedded the ends dl of the reinforcements d.- The element according to fig. 1 can be made, for example, either of cement concrete, or of clinker concrete, or again of cement concrete and as regards its upper wing cz and the core m and of clinker concrete as regards its lower wing b.

  For the manufacture of the embodiment described, a series of molds is used, such as those shown at I to V in FIG. 2; they comprise a common molding platform l on which are mounted parallel vertical partitions j constituting the molding walls which are mentioned in the introduction, having a height equal to or little greater than the width of the wing a and leaving between them spaces of width equal to the height of the web in <I>;

  </I> along the lower right parts of the partitions j are fixed slats i, corresponding to the battues y. The molds can be made of wood, sheet metal or any other suitable material.

  This embodiment is made for example as follows: We first connect the brackets d to the rods ef, then we place the whole between the partitions j and we support it, on the one hand, by the ends of which 'is folded so that they rest on the upper edge of the corresponding j partition, on the other hand, using not shown cleats, on which the rods <I> ef </I> rest at the ends of the mold (fig. 2, I).

  This is done, we deposit at the bottom of the mold a layer k of the material from which the core <I> rice </I> must be made and cut it carefully until it has the desired thickness <B> (fi-. </B> 2, II); it thus arrives at a level a little higher than the rods e f. The cores no (fig. 3) are then placed in the mold, which have a cross section of generally trapezoidal shape and which are supported by tabs ri '<I> o' </I> resting on the partitions J so that 'a small <I> p </I> space remains between them and the fi layer (fig. 2; III).

    All that remains then is to introduce and (carefully roll the material in front of the wings <I> ab </I> in the spaces <I> qs de- </I> dying free on the left, resp. right (the nuclei i o inside the mold (fig. 2, IV).

    When the slab has a certain length, the iz o cores are not placed end to end, but on the contrary at a certain distance from each other (fig. 3), so that transverse spaces remain between them. such as t; material is introduced into the latter and there is introduced into it, thus forming transverse partitions connecting the two wings at L of the element from distance to distance.

  The cores i o are immediately removed after tamping, so that the element dies alone in the mold (fig. 2, V); this retreat takes place easily, thanks to the fact that the walls of the cores are inclined and that their lower face is separated from the upper face of the layer k by the small space 1). Finally, the finished element is extracted from the mold.

  One obtains, - in this way, on the job, without complicated equipment, floor elements which can have a relatively large length and only require little handling, since they combine beams and slabs in them, unlike what would happen if the beams and slabs were distinct from each other (each other.

  If the elements should not be covered with a yoke la, the ends <I> cl '</I> of the reinforcements <I> cl </I> can be cut flush with the wings cc or use shorter stirrups . In the event that the screed is used on the other hand and also contains reinforcements, these ends can be connected to them.

  The partitions of the molds can be slightly oblique.

  The second embodiment of the angle-shaped element (fig. 4) comprises the vertical web iii, enclosing the rods <I> ef, </I> and the horizontal upper flange <I> a .. </I> Stirrups ic not felt around the rods ef, cross the wing cc and are curved on themselves in u '<I> 0. </I> In the interior angle formed by the web m and the wing has a molding: r repeated symmetrically in y on the other side of the groin) it;

      the molding there forms the battue q intended to receive the end of the wing a of the adjacent element. On the elements is the cement screed; this can be deleted. The in webs are visible on the underside of the floor, unless they are masked by some added wall.

  For the manufacture of the second embodiment, use is made of an installation comprising the molding platform b, on which are fixed parallel slats r forming molding walls and located at a distance from each other equal to the distance from axis to axis of the souls in, and of the v-av-z nuclei. These, in their turn, comprise slats v whose transverse section presents the profile of the moldings xy, two side walls <B> ii; </B> going away slightly from each other from bottom to top, as well as cross members z, keeping the walls tu and the slats v in position.

   The mold walls consist of either an isolated y slat and iv wall held in some way (see fig. 5, left part), or the entire core of the adjoining mold and transverse walls.

  The process is carried out as follows to manufacture the second embodiment. The stirrups u are first connected to the rods ef, then the assembly is placed between the slats r by making it rest by the ends u1 and ace of the stirrups u on the mooring platform l (fig. 5, I).

  This done, we have between the slats r a layer <I> k </I> of the material, of which the wing <I> a </I> must be made, and we cut it carefully until, this that it has the desired thickness (fig. 5 1). The slats v are then placed respectively on the layer k and on the slat r, then the oblique walls iv on the slats v. The -parois iv and the slats v are fixed together by transverse walls and maintained at the desired spacing .par them and the crosses z (Fig. 5, II). Then we introduce into the spaces s remaining between the slats v and the walls iv of the material which, once groomed, forms the reinforced core ttz. (Fig. <I> 5, </I> II).

  For demolding, which takes place immediately, the crossbars z are removed, and the transverse walls, then the walls v and the slats v, which takes place very easily, the parts no longer being retained (fig. 5, III). When the element has taken hold, it is extracted from between the slats r.

  The element could. have an upper wing or even an upper wing and a lower wing on each side of the web. These wings may not be located exactly at the top and bottom of the web.
