Description

   Sie     erreicht,flies        :dadurch,        dass     um den Isolierkörper der Durchführung ein  leitendes Ringgebilde von solcher Ausbildung       angeordnet    ist, dass an den     Stellen    des stärk  sten Spannungsgradienten längs der     Meri-          dianlinie    -die Kapazität des Durchführungs  bolzens gegen Stellen andern Potentials er  höht und dadurch zwangsweise eine     gleich-          #   <B>-</B> Verteilung des Spannungsabfalles  m     ässi,e,   <I>;

   Die so erhaltenen,  mit     ci    bis     cJ    bezeichneten     zusätzlie-hen        Teil-          kapazitä.ten    sind in Reihe mit den bereits       vorhandenen        Teillzapazitäten        c,        bis   <B>c</B>;

       ge- scha.ltet, so d.ass die Verschiebungsströme i., bis i; @an dem Isolierzylinder C. die bisher durch das Isoliermaterial nach dem Flansch B ihren Verlauf nahmen, nunmehr grössten teils nach dem Trichteraufsatz übergehen.

    Infolgedessen wird :die Felddichte in der Längsrichtung im Bereiche des Flanschendes so reduziert, dass die zulässige Spannung :der Durchführung entsprechend erhöht werden kann.

       Fig. 3 zeigt eine Ausführungsform bei einer Luftmanteldurchführung, wo um den Isolierkörper C der Durchführung ein vom Befestigungsflansch B derselben ausgehender Ringtrichter ca angeordnet ist. Man ist durch geeignete Formgebung des Trichters in der Lage, die Spannungsverteilung in der Längs richtung -der Durchführung nach Wunsch zu beeinflussen.

Fig. 6 zeigt eine Aus führung dieser Art mit isoliert angebrachten Stabilisierungsringen<I>b,</I> b1, <I>b</I><B>'</B><I>,</I> deren Poten tial entsprechend gesteuert wird.

  Device for influencing the electrostatic field in electrical high-voltage conductors. When operating high-voltage bushings with an insulating body and mounting flange, when the voltage rises, spray phenomena and sliding discharges first appear in the vicinity of the flange, while insulating parts that are further away from the flange do not glow. This phenomenon is due to the fact that the stress distribution in the longitudinal direction is very uneven.

  Various means are known to distribute the electrical stress between the fastening g @ .ingsflans @ eh and the bushing bolts, that is to say in the radial direction, as evenly as possible over the individual layers in the case of high-voltage bushings, while n1 in the longitudinal direction ensures an even distribution through the previously known means cannot be achieved.

   So far, one has helped by increasing both the diameter and the length of the insulating body far beyond what is actually necessary due to the permissible electrical stress, or, as with capacitor bushings, the voltage gradient in the longitudinal direction by ample subdivision the coverings sought to be comparable.

       Fig. 1 -ddr drawing shows how one can explain the unequal tension gradients in the longitudinal direction in the case of a high-voltage run. The high voltage is applied between the bushing bolt A and the fastening flange B on the insulating body C.

   A displacement current now flows through the insulating material between the bolt and the flange, which is given by the size of the partial capacities between the bolt and the flange. In Fig. 1 some of these partial capacities are indicated on the upper side and -with c ,. to c.

    Since these capacities are primarily between the bolt A and the circumference of the Isolierkör pers C, a summation of the individual capacitance currents i, to i, occurs at the flange end in the axial direction of the implementation.

   So there will be a field density directly at the flange, which is given by the sum of the capacitance currents. The course of the cutting is shown in curve D belonging to FIG. A similar stress distribution occurs at the lower end of the flange. M .an recognizes that the increase in tension in relation to the longitudinal direction, in the vicinity of the flange, is considerable and soon decreases significantly. If you add the dashed line to the steep rise in curve D.

   Tangent 1, this intersects at point F the maximum tension 0 F .atis, which the implementation could withstand with a uniform distribution with respect to the longitudinal direction, while in reality it only carries the tension 0, T ver due to the uneven tension distribution. The present invention now popularizes this mistake.

   It reaches, flows: in that around the insulating body of the bushing a conductive ring structure is arranged in such a way that at the points of the strongest voltage gradient along the meridian line, the capacitance of the bushing bolt against points at different potentials he increased and thus inevitably an equal- # <B> - </B> distribution of the voltage drop m ässi, e, <I>;

  n </I> is brought about along the meridian line of implementation.

       FIG. 2 of the drawing serves to explain the concept of the invention, while FIGS. 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 show various practical exemplary embodiments of the subject of the invention.

  In Fig. 2, an upwardly funnel-shaped see widening ring attachment is built up au.f the fastening fla, nscli B of the implementation, which has considerable additional capacity against the bolt A.

   The additional partial capacities thus obtained, labeled ci to cJ, are in series with the partial capacities c, to <B> c </B>;

       switched, so that the displacement currents i., to i; @ on the insulating cylinder C. which previously took their course through the insulating material after the flange B, now mostly pass over to the funnel attachment.

    As a result: the field density in the longitudinal direction in the region of the flange end is reduced so that the permissible stress: can be increased in accordance with the bushing.

       Fig. 3 shows an embodiment of an air jacket bushing, where around the insulating body C of the bushing an outgoing from the fastening flange B of the same annular funnel ca is arranged. By appropriately shaping the funnel, it is possible to influence the distribution of stress in the longitudinal direction as desired.

  If the field distribution is to be controlled in the immediate vicinity of the fastening surface B, a short funnel, similar to that in FIG. 4, can be used. The invention can also be used with advantage, for example, for condenser bushings. With these, the number of coverings can be reduced, especially in the area of the fastening flange.

  The protective effect or stabilization also occurs if, instead of an inactive funnel, one made from a metal screen, wire mesh or spirals is used. Also, if a massive funnel is used, this can be perforated at the lower end or provided with perforations in order to avoid dust deposits in the funnel as far as possible. Similarly, the lower part of the bushing can also be provided with a funnel.

       Fig. 5 shows an embodiment with a stabilizing funnel starting from the fastening flange B, on the edge of which a cylindrical attachment cc, 2 is attached, which has the purpose of exerting a favorable shielding effect and at the same time giving a certain impact path for the discharge in the event of an outside overhang, especially when it has a sharp edge.

  Instead of the tricliter shape, one can <B> z </B> also use a structure made up of individual rings which are arranged in isolation and whose dimensions are based on the required capacity, acity and the level of the applied voltage . 6 shows an embodiment of this type with stabilizing rings <I> b, </I> b1, <I>b</I><B>'</B> <I>, </I> their pots attached in an isolated manner tial is controlled accordingly.

   This control can be carried out in high-voltage transformers by arranging special auxiliary terminals b ", ho ', ho \, which lead out appropriately graded partial voltages and which are electrically connected to the corresponding rings b, b', b \ The bushing is intended for 200 KV, for example, and is mounted with the fastening flange B, e.g. on the cover of a transformer.

   In order to achieve an even voltage gradient along the outer surface of the bushing, the isolated ring b next to the flange B is inserted through the auxiliary terminal ho to a suitable potential position of, for example, 50 KV, the next ring b 'through the auxiliary terminal b,' axif Potential of for example 100 KV

    and the third ring b2 is brought to a potential of 150 K.V., for example, by the auxiliary terminal boz. The number of stabilizing rings will be chosen depending on the level of tension.

  Of course, the auxiliary terminals or auxiliary bushings themselves can also be provided with rings or shields in order to obtain the smallest possible dimensions. Depending on the arrangement, it can also be advantageous to position the lowermost ring at the flange potential, or to arrange a protective funnel according to FIG. 4 at the same time.

       Of course, the potential control could be omitted if the rings receive the appropriate capacitance against each other in order to achieve the appropriate potential position in the longitudinal direction of the bushing. This can be achieved by choosing the correct ring diameter and cross-section, as well as the distance between the rings will.

  In place of the rings described, disks can also be arranged which are dimensioned adjacent to the outer jacket of the bushing in such a way that they match the capacities against each other, which also ensure a uniform stress gradient in the axial direction of the bushing.

   If these panes have sufficient capacitance in relation to each other, the capacitance currents described at the beginning, which run between these panes, will result in a corresponding reduction in the field density on the fastening flange of the bushing.

       An example with stabilizing disks is indicated in Fig. 7, where on the insulating body C of the implementation three. Disks d, cd ', <I> d </I> are arranged, each of which has an annular edge bead; to prevent glimmer. To achieve a similar union effect as in Fig. 5, one or more of these discs can be provided with a cylindrical attachment with a sharp edge of course Lich.
