Description

Process for the production of a vat preparation from a Cliinonwollkilpen dye and Ilalogenindigo In a further elaboration of the process of the main patent no. 94851 it was found that a very soluble vat preparation made of dianilido-quinone disulfide, a brown wool vat dye, can be obtained without loss of dye.

which, for example, can be prepared from dianilido-dichloro-quinone and an alkali-sulfur according to the specification of German patent specification no. 265195 or according to Swiss patent no. 59423 by replacing In digo Halogen indigo used.

When evaporating the mixtures of halogen indigo white alkali with the Alka-II leuco salt of this quinone wool vat dye, be it with or without the addition of sticky bodies, loose, easily soluble vat preparations,

which can be distinguished from the corresponding indigo vat preparations in terms of their shape and have the same excellent shelf life as the pure indigo k4en preparations, ra, te, Example:

250 ko, Monobrüm indigo and 100 kg of the dyestuffs from dianilido-dichloro-ellinene and sulfur-afrium, produced according to German patent specification no. 265195 or their additives * n, are dissolved in the form of their leuco compounds in a mixture of 300 kg soda lava, e 40 'B # and 300 kg water .

After adding 150 kg molasses (50 '/ oig) and 10 kg hydrosulfite techn. is the paste respectively. Liquid is brought to dryness and loose solid form by vacuum evaporation. The fluffy, loose, shiny black vat product obtained has a very good shelf life and is easily soluble in water to form a ready-to-use vat, which produces reddish black tones on wool.

When using the same amount of haloindigo and twice the amount of the sulfur-containing quinone vat, or its leuco compounds, obtainable according to German patent publication no. 265195 , or its leuco compounds and a corresponding change in the additions of sodium hydroxide, molasses and hydrosulfite , you get a product with similar properties that dyes wool deep black.
