Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines für den     Chromdruch    auf     Baumwolle    besonders  geeigneten     Azofarbstoües.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man durch Kup  peln der Nitroverbindung der     diazotierten          1-Amino-2-oxynaphtalin-4-sulfosäure    mit     Re-          sorcylsäure    einen     Azofarbstoff    erhält, wel  cher bei dem Chromdruck auf Baumwolle  tiefe,     violettbraune    Töne von sehr guter Sei  fen- und Lichtechtheit erzeugt.  



       Beispiel     Eine auf bekannte Art hergestellte und  sorgfältig neutralisierte Paste, enthaltend  29,4 Teile der nitrierten     Diazoverbindung     der 1-     Amino    - 2 -     oxynaphtalin    - 4 -     sulfosäure     wird unter Rühren in ein Gemisch aus 15,4  Teilen     Resörcylsäure,    7 Teilen Magnesia und  40 Teilen Wasser eingetragen. Nach been  digter Kombination wird der gebildete Farb  stoff mit Mineralsäure gefällt, filtriert und  getrocknet. Er stellt im trockenen Zustand  ein schwarzes Pulver dar, welches sich in  Wasser mit braunroter Farbe löst. Auf Zu  satz von Soda schlägt die Farbe nach rot  violett um.

   In     konzertrierter    Schwefelsäure    löst sich der Farbstoff mit rotvioletter Farbe.  Er erzeugt beim     Chromdruck    auf Baumwolle  tiefe,     violettbraune    Töne von sehr guter Sei  fen- und Chlorechtheit.

Der Farbstoff stellt im trockenen Zu stand ein .schwarzes Pulver dar, welches sich in Wasser mit braunroter Farbe löst.
