Schutzeinrichtung an .Aufzügen.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegen- standes schematisch dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Teil des Schachtes mit Ka bine in Vorderansicht mit der SeUutzeinrich- tung; Fig. 2 ist ein Schnitt nach der Linie A-B der Fig. 1; Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen die Verriegelungsvor- richtung für das Steuerorgan zum Teil im Schnitt, in Seitenansicht und im Grundriss;
Protective device on elevators. The present invention relates to a protective device on elevators with a shaft for the elevator that can be locked by doors and with a control element for the drive motor of the elevator in the shaft angeord. According to the invention, a Vorlegesta.ngo securing the door against opening is provided for each door of the shaft, which is connected on the one hand to a locking device for the control member and on the other hand is secured in its locked position by a locking member that can be released by the elevator.
By adjusting the bar for the purpose of releasing the shaft door, the control organ for the drive motor is locked, the disengagement of the locking member and thus the release of the bar for the purpose of opening the shaft door only occurs when the driving chair arrives in front of the shaft door. If one of the landing doors is open, the elevator chair cannot be set in motion; Furthermore, no shaft door can be opened on any floor as long as the elevator chair is not in front of a door.
In the accompanying drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown schematically, namely: FIG. 1 a part of the shaft with the cabin in a front view with the servicing device; Figure 2 is a section on line A-B of Figure 1; 3 and 4 show the locking device for the control member partly in section, in side view and in plan;
5-7 show the second embodiment example in two side views and in section along the line C -D.
In a shaft 1 (Fig. 1-4) an elevator 2 is arranged to be mobile; furthermore, doors 3,: i are provided in shaft 1 on each floor. In front of the doors 3, 4 there is a bar 5 which is firmly seated on a bolt 6 which is mounted in the shaft wall. A locking disk 7 is seated on the bolt 6. A locking tooth 8 can come into engagement with the locking disk 7, which tooth is rotatably mounted on a pin 9 and which is firmly connected to an arm 10, the latter carrying a roller 11. The roller 11 protrudes into the path of a stop rail 12 attached to the elevator 2.
An arm 13 sits on the bolt 6 and is connected to one arm of a two-armed lever 15 by means of a chain 14. The latter is located on the top floor. The lever 15 is under the influence of a weight 16 which tries to keep the lever in the position shown in FIG. 3. On the lever 15, a slide 17 is articulated, which is arranged in a guide 18, and which is adjusted with respect to a rod 19 when the lever 15 is adjusted.
The rod 19 connects two stops 20, 21 of the control cable 22, by means of which r. [he drive motor for the elevator is controlled. The slide 17 has a bore 23 through which the stops 20, 21 can pass; It also has a slot 24 adjoining the bore 23 through which only the rod 19 can pass. The mode of operation is as follows: In the position shown in FIG. 1, the elevator 2 has arrived in front of the door 3, 4 of a floor. The rail 12 of the driving chair has adjusted the arm 10 by means of the roller 11.
The ratchet 8 has been lifted from the locking disk 7. The serving rod 5 can now, without being hindered by the locking tooth 8, rotated and there with the doors 3, 4 are exposed for the purpose of opening. When rotating the serving rod 10, however, the pulling element 14 is adjusted by the bolt 6 and the arm 13. The latter ver rotates the lever 15 against the action of the weight 16 and pushes the slide 17 to the right (FIG. 3), so that the rod 19 now enters the slot 24. The controller ') -) can no longer be adjusted so far who the that the elevator 2 can be set in motion ver.
The elevator 2 remains until the doors 3, 4 are closed again and the serving rod 5 has returned to the position shown in Fig. 1, in which case the weight 16 adjusts the lever 15, pulls the slide 17 back, so that the stops 20, 21 can now pass through the bore 23. If several doors are provided, the arms 13 are connected to one another and thus to the lever 15.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 5-7, a serving rod 25 is fastened above the door 26 on a Wello 297. The shaft 27 is rotatably mounted in the door frame, it carries an arm 28 which is on a locking pin 29 (Fig. 5). A second arm 30 is attached to the shaft 27 and is articulated to a bolt 31 which is slidably disposed in a fixed guide 32. In the guide 32 a rope 33 built into the control rod 33 is guided. The paths of the bolt 31 and the rod 33 intersect. The rod 33 has an opening into which the bolt 31 can occur.
A roller 34 is rotatably mounted on the locking bolt 29 and protrudes into the path of a curve guide piece 35 of the elevator 36. The shape and dimensions of the guide piece is selected so that the locking bolt 29 is retracted into the position according to FIG. 6 when the elevator arrives in front of the door 26. The serving rod 25 protrudes into the path of a sighting rod 38, which is adjusted by means of pawl 40 when the door 26 is opened.
The adjustment of the bar 25 and thus the opening of the door can only be done when the locking bolt 29 is withdrawn, so when the elevator has arrived in front of the door.
A latch 31 is provided for each door of the shaft.
