Description
Torrichtung zuni Auffangen von Seitenstössen bei Waagen. Die Erfindung 'hat zum Gegenstand eine Vorrichtung zum Auffangen von Seitenstössen bei Wagen mit seitwärts beweglicher Brücke. bei welcher an der Brücke auf den Seiten, auf denen Seitenstösse aufgefangen werden sollen, je mindestens eine Feder einem un beweglichen Teil gegenüber angeordnet ist.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes an einem Teil einer Brückenwage dargestellt.
Es bezeichnet 1 die Brücke, 2 den einen Endteil des Brückenträgers, und 3 eine zwei Brückenträger miteinander verbindende Tra verse. Auf der Höhe der Traverse 3 ist in c.lie derselben gegenüberliegende Seitenwand 4 der Brückengrube eine Eisenplatte 5 einge lassen. In der Längsmitte der Traverse 3 ist eine Pufferfeder 6 angeordnet, die nach der Eisenplatte 5 hin ragt. Das freie Ende der Pufferfeder 6 ist mittelst des halb kugelförmigen Kopfes 7 einer die Puffer feder und die Traverse 3 durchdringenden Schraube 8 mit zwei Muttern 9 und 10 ab geschlossen. Die letzteren dienen dazu, den Spielraum zwischen dem Kopf 7 und der Eisenplatte 5 zu regulieren.
Die andere End- traverse des Wagenbrückengestelles ist natür lich ebenfalls mit einer Pufferfeder aus gerüstet. Durch die Pufferfedern 6 werden die beim Auffahren eines zu wägenden Fahr zeuges auf die Brücke und beim Herunter fahren von derselben auftretenden Stösse auf genommen und unschädlich gemacht. Statt einer können auch zwei Pufferfedern an jeder Endtraverse der Wagenbrücke angeordnet sein.
Durch die beschriebene Vorrichtung kön nen an den öffentlichen Wagen die Ent lastungsvorrichtung, der Keilverschluss oder ähnliche Feststellvorrichtungen ersetzt wer den. Die beschriebene Stossauffangvorrich- tung kann an allen Wägen mit seitwärts be- wegliclher Brücke angewendet werden, und zwar ohne Änderung am Mechanismus der selben.

The free end of the buffer spring 6 is means of the semi-spherical head 7 of a spring buffer and the cross member 3 penetrating screw 8 with two nuts 9 and 10 closed. The latter serve to regulate the clearance between the head 7 and the iron plate 5.
The other end traverse of the wagon bridge frame is of course also equipped with a buffer spring. The buffer springs 6 when driving a vehicle to be weighed onto the bridge and when driving down from the same shocks are taken and made harmless. Instead of one, two buffer springs can also be arranged on each end traverse of the carriage bridge.
The device described can replace the discharge device, the wedge lock or similar locking devices on the public car. The shock absorbing device described can be used on all trolleys with a sideways moving bridge, without changing the mechanism of the same.
