Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método de uso de un horno de fusión por suspensión y un horno de fusión por suspensión y un quemador de concentrado (4), para mejorar el proceso de fusión por suspensión, permitiendo la reducción de óxidos de nitrógeno y la generación de oxigeno residual, mejorando el encendido del concentrado con particulas de diferentes tamaños y la mezcla con el oxigeno controlando la temperatura de la reacción. El quemador de concentrado (4) comprende un primer dispositivo de alimentación de gas (12) para alimentar un primer gas (5) en la columna de reacción (2) y un segundo dispositivo para la alimentación de gas (18) para alimentar un segundo gas (16) en la columna de reacción (2). el primer dispositivo de alimentación de gas (12) comprende una primera abertura de descarga anular (14) que está dispuesta en forma concéntrica con la boca (8) de un tubo de alimentación (7), de modo que la primera abertura de descarga anular (18) comprende una segunda abertura de descarga anular (17) que está dispuesta en forma concéntrica con la boca (8) del tubo de alimentación (7), de modo que abertura de descarga anular (17) rodea la abertura (14) del tubo de alimentación (7).
