Abstract
<p>SE DIVULGA UN MÉTODO PARA LA IMPREGNACIÓN CONTINUA DE ELEMENTOS DE MADERA, TALES COMO ASTILLAS DE MADERA. EL MÉTODO COMPRENDE LOS SUBSIGUIENTES PASOS DE SOMETER LOS ELEMENTOS DE MADERA AL VACÍO, CONTACTARLOS CON FLUIDO DE ACETILACIÓN Y CON PRESIÓN DE IMPREGNACIÓN. PREFERENTEMENTE, EL PROCESO SE REALIZA EN UNA PLANTA QUE TIENE TRANSPORTADORES, TALES COMO TORNILLOS TRANSPORTADORES, EN POSICIONES ADECUADAS ENTRE LAS ZONAS EN LAS CUALES SE LLEVAN A CABO LOS PASOS DE PROCESOS SUBSIGUIENTES. EL MÉTODO DE IMPREGNACIÓN SE USA EN CONEXIÓN CON LA ACETILACIÓN DE LOS ELEMENTOS DE MADERA, Y PREFERENTEMENTE ES SEGUIDO POR UN PROCESO DE ACETILACIÓN CONTINUA REALIZADO EN UNA ZONA DE REACCIÓN DE ACETILACIÓN CORRIENTE ABAJO DE LA ZONA DONDE SE LLEVA A CABO LA IMPREGNACIÓN.</p>
