Abstract

La solicitud divulga en la cláusula 1 un método para hacer un conjunto composicional para hacer una composición de recubrimiento curable, CARACTERIZADO porque el método comprende: a. Mezclar una primera composición que comprende 2 a 55% de un agente de relleno, por peso seco del conjunto composicional; 5 a 20% de un agente de reticulado, por peso seco del conjunto composicional; y 6 a 42% de un agente de emisividad, por peso del conjunto composicional; y b. Mezclar una segunda composición que comprende de 20% a 65% de un aglutinante de metasilicato, porque el metal del aglutinante de metasilicato es uno de un metal álcali térreo o un metal alcalinotérreo; y donde la primera composición y la segunda composición están separadas. La solicitud divulga en la cláusula 11 un método para hacer un conducto aéreo recubierto, CARACTERIZADO porque el método comprende: a. Proporcionar un conjunto composicional formado por una primera composición y una segunda composición; i. Mezclar una primera composición que comprende 2 a 55% de un agente de relleno, por peso seco del conjunto composicional; 5 a 20% de un agente de reticulado, por peso seco del conjunto composicional; y 6 a 42% de un agente de emisividad, por peso del conjunto composicional; y ii. Mezclar una segunda composición que comprende de 20% a alrededor de 65% de un aglutinante de metasilicato, por peso seco del conjunto composicional, donde el metal del aglutinante de metasilicato es un metal álcali térreo o un metal alcalinotérreo, y donde la primera composición y la segunda composición se mezclan por separado; b. Mezclar la primera composición y la segunda composición juntas para formar la composición de recubrimiento curable; y c. Aplicar la composición de recubrimiento sobre la superficie de un conductor desnudo para formar un conductor aéreo recubierto.
