Abstract
<p>LA PRESENTE INVENCIÓN SE REFIERE A UN MÉTODO QUE EVITA LA UNIÓN INDESEABLE DE DDNTP A POLINUCLEÓTIDOS DE DOBLE CADENA CUANDO ESTÁ EN PRESENCIA DE UNA POLIMERASA. TALES MÉTODOS PUEDEN USARSE PARA PREVENIR LA APARICIÓN DE FALSOS POSITIVOS EN MÉTODOS QUE EMPLEAN DDNTPS, POR EJEMPLO, EN MÉTODOS DE DETECCIÓN DE SECUENCIAS. LA PRESENTE INVENCIÓN TAMBIÉN PROPORCIONA UN MÉTODO PARA EVITAR UNA LECTURA FALSA DE TM O FALSOS EFECTOS DE FRET (TALES COMO SUPRESIÓN DE FALSOS POSITIVOS), POR EJEMPLO EN UN MÉTODO DE ANÁLISIS DE LA CURVA DE FUSIÓN. EN PARTICULAR, SE PROPORCIONA UN MÉTODO EN EL QUE SE DETECTA UNA SECUENCIA DE NUCLEÓTIDOS DIANA EN UN POLINUCLEÓTIDO DE PRUEBA UTILIZANDO UN MÉTODO EN EL QUE SE GENERA UNA MOLÉCULA DE DOBLE CADENA QUE PUEDE O NO COMPRENDER DOS ETIQUETAS DEPENDIENDO DE SI LA SECUENCIA DIANA ESTÁ PRESENTE EN LA QUE SE DETERMINA LA PRESENCIA DE LAS DOS ETIQUETAS, PREFERIBLEMENTE REALIZANDO UN ANÁLISIS DE LA CURVA DE FUSIÓN.</p>
