Abstract
La invención proporciona un método para enfriar, transportar y almacenar alimentos sin utilizar hielo para el transporte y el almacenamiento utilizando un nuevo método de enfriamiento de los alimentos por debajo de cero para prolongar la vida útil y la calidad del producto. Además, la presente invención proporciona un nuevo método para la entrega de artículos alimentarios frescos en el mercado con la recopilación de datos para la clasificación de la calidad y la preparación de lotes.
