Abstract

Según la invención, está prevista una composición para la fabricación de componentes, que comprende componentes sólidos, que presentan al menos un material base, así como meta-arcilla, así como una solución de activación, presentando la solución de activación más del 5 % en masa de silicatos alcalinos, siendo la masa del material base del 200 % al 500 % de la masa de la meta-arcilla y siendo proporción entre la masa de la solución de activación y la masa de la meta-arcilla mayor que 1. Además, un método para la fabricación de un componente, en el que, en una primera etapa, se fabrica una mezcla de una composición que comprende componentes sólidos, que presentan al menos un material base, así como meta-arcilla, así como una solución de activación, caracterizado por que la solución de activación presenta más del 5 % en masa de silicatos alcalinos, la masa de material base es del 200 % al 500 % de la masa de la meta-arcilla y la proporción entre la masa de la solución de activación y la masa de la meta-arcilla es mayor que 1, y en una segunda etapa, la mezcla se conforma en un componente por medio de una extrusora.
