Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型方便面调料酱,其特征在于:主要由食用油、常规调料酱和小球藻粉制成,上述食用油、常规调料酱和小球藻粉的用量分别为19.6-20.4重量份、98-102重量份和47.04-48.96重量份。采用上述方案后,本发明的方便面调料酱,与现有技术相比,在调料酱中加入了小球藻,小球藻中赖氨酸含量高,在调料酱中添加小球藻粉即可解决方便面赖氨酸含量低的问题,而且使各种氨基酸含量趋于平衡,明显改变原有方便面的营养不全面的难题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种方便食品,尤其是一种方便面的调料酱。
背景技术
方便面食用、携带快捷方便,被人们当作临时充饥的主要辅助食品。方便面一般包括面饼、调料粉和调料酱,其中调料酱的成份主要为食用油和各种调料。从营养学分析,方便面的主要营养成分是碳水化合物和脂肪,其中碳水化合物约占55%-65%,脂肪约占18%-20%,其营养特点是能量高,100克方便面含2000千卡的热量,而同重量的普通面条和馒头才能提供300千卡的热量。但方便面的面饼一般是由面粉和盐碱水制成的,面粉中蛋氨酸及胱氨酸含量较高,而赖氨酸含量较低,赖氨酸是人体必须的氨基酸,如果长期摄入不足会易出现氨基酸摄入不平衡,影响身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种富含人体全面营养成份的新型方便面调料酱。
本发明的技术方案是这样的:一种新型方便面调料酱,主要由食用油、常规调料酱和小球藻粉制成,上述食用油、常规调料酱和小球藻粉的用量分别为19.6-20.4重量份、98-102重量份和47.04-48.96重量份。
上述常规调料酱由红葱头、姜、蒜、豆瓣酱、甜酱、白砂糖、海鲜抽提物、干贝素、味精和核苷酸二钠(I+G)混合而成,其中,红葱头、姜、蒜、豆瓣酱、甜酱、白砂糖、海鲜抽提物、干贝素、味精和核苷酸二钠(I+G)的用量分别为3.92-4.08重量份、3.92-4.08重量份、1.96-2.04重量份、39.2-40.8重量份、19.6-20.4重量份、5.88-6.12重量份、9.8-10.2重量份、0.98-1.02重量份、11.76-12.24重量份和0.98-1.02重量份。
上述食用油为精炼棕榈油。
小球藻中叶绿素的含量为2000-7000毫克,其叶绿素含量是自然界中最高的种类。叶绿素分子结构和血红蛋白分子结构相似,有很强的吸附毒素作用,被誉为排出肠、肾、肺、血液中有害物质的“清洁工”。叶绿素与叶酸可以保持细胞和骨骼钙的浓度,使中老年人不因钙的快速流失而导致骨质疏松、牙齿脱落,能修复受损的牙龈组织。对于不愿吃青菜的儿童及吃青菜困难的老年人来说,小球藻是补充叶绿素及叶酸营养的佳品。
小球藻中含有天然的生物素,生物素的作用起来越来越被医学和营养学所重视。生物素参与碳水化合物、蛋白质和脂肪的代谢,具有防止过早白发、脱发、视力减退,缓解痛风、肌肉疼痛,减轻湿疹、皮炎过敏症等功能。
小球藻还具有珍贵的生物活性物质(CGF),CGF是具有生物反应修饰作用的活性物质,其生理功能表现为:对于抵抗衰老、活化人体细胞具有重要作用,改善心、肺的带氧功能;激活淋巴细胞,增加巨噬细胞吞噬功能的作用;识别并抑制变异细胞的生长,预防癌症的发生;增加机体的免疫功能;高浓度的叶绿素协同作用,能与体内器官组织中蓄积的重金属、化学有害物质等毒素结合,并将其排出体外;净化体内环境,恢复肝、脾、肾等脏器的解毒功能;平复血压、血脂、血糖值,辅助治疗糖尿病及心脑血管等慢性疾病;促进人体受损伤组织的修复及伤口愈合;改善胃肠功能,防治胃溃疡,促进人体肠道中双歧杆菌和乳酸菌繁殖,具有调节肠道内菌群、灭活致病菌的作用。
采用上述方案后,本发明的方便面调料酱,与现有技术相比,在调料酱中加入了小球藻,小球藻中赖氨酸含量高,在方便面调料酱中添加小球藻粉即可解决方便面赖氨酸含量低的问题,而且使各种氨基酸含量趋于平衡,明显改变原有方便面的营养不全面的难题。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
本发明的一种新型方便面调料酱,主要由20重量份的精炼棕榈油、100重量份常规调料酱和48重量份的小球藻粉制成。其中,常规调料酱以海鲜调料酱为例,主要由4重量份的红葱头、4重量份的姜、2重量份的蒜、40重量份的豆瓣酱、20重量份的甜酱、6重量份的白砂糖、10重量份的海鲜抽提物、1重量份的干贝素、12重量份的味精和1重量份的核苷酸二钠(I+G)混合而成。
实施例二:
本发明的一种新型方便面调料酱,主要由19.6重量份的精炼棕榈油、98重量份常规调料酱和47.04重量份的小球藻粉制成。其中,常规调料酱以海鲜调料酱为例,主要由3.92重量份的红葱头、3.92重量份的姜、1.96重量份的蒜、39.2重量份的豆瓣酱、19.6重量份的甜酱、5.88重量份的白砂糖、9.8重量份的海鲜抽提物、0.98重量份的干贝素、11.76重量份的味精和0.98重量份的核苷酸二钠(I+G)混合而成。
实施例三:
本发明的一种新型方便面调料酱,主要由20.4重量份的精炼棕榈油、102重量份常规调料酱和48.96重量份的小球藻粉制成。其中,常规调料酱以海鲜调料酱为例,主要由4.08重量份的红葱头、4.08重量份的姜、2.04重量份的蒜、40.8重量份的豆瓣酱、20.4重量份的甜酱、6.12重量份的白砂糖、10.2重量份的海鲜抽提物、1.02重量份的干贝素、12.24重量份的味精和1.02重量份的核苷酸二钠(I+G)混合而成。

1.一种新型方便面调料酱,其特征在于:主要由食用油、常规调料酱和小球藻粉制成,上述食用油、常规调料酱和小球藻粉的用量分别为19.6-20.4重量份、98-102重量份和47.04-48.96重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型方便面调料酱,其特征在于:上述常规调料酱由红葱头、姜、蒜、豆瓣酱、甜酱、白砂糖、海鲜抽提物、干贝素、味精和核苷酸二钠(I+G)混合而成,其中,红葱头、姜、蒜、豆瓣酱、甜酱、白砂糖、海鲜抽提物、干贝素、味精和核苷酸二钠的用量分别为3.92-4.08重量份、3.92-4.08重量份、1.96-2.04重量份、39.2-40.8重量份、19.6-20.4重量份、5.88-6.12重量份、9.8-10.2重量份、0.98-1.02重量份、11.76-12.24重量份和0.98-1.02重量份。
