Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种电灯,这种电灯包括:
一个透光的灯管,以真空气密方式密封,在两个端部具有封口端;
一个装在灯管中的电气元件;
通过相应的封口端引向电气元件的供电导体;
具有至少部分地容纳一个相应封口端的空腔的陶瓷灯帽;
具有与相应的供电导体相固定的第一端的导电电缆,该电缆通过处在相关供电导体横向的灯帽上的开口端而通向外面。
一种此类型的电灯已在英国专利申请第8    807    227号中公开并叙述。
在这种已知的电灯中,陶瓷灯帽借助于粘合剂而与灯管的封口端相固定。已经发现,这种电灯的封口端会由于使用粘合剂引起的机械应力而发生破裂。紧固着电缆的电灯在实际上被用于各种使得封口端在电灯通电工作时呈现相当高温的场合。当电灯被设置在照明设备内而靠灯帽支承电灯的情况下,电灯也容易破裂。
本发明的目的是提供一种如本说明书最前面的段落所描述的一类电灯,它具有无需使用粘合剂固定的简单的灯帽。
根据本发明,这个目的得到实现,在本发明中,每一灯帽包括:
一个可以从灯帽的空腔进入的管道,用以容纳相关的供电导体;
一个横跨管道的凹口,用以容纳相关电缆的第一端,该凹口在离开空腔一定距离的地方与管道相交;
一个横跨凹口和管道的孔穴。凹口和管道就在该孔穴内相交,并且,电缆和供电导体就在该孔穴内相固定。
在根据本发明的电灯中,当使电缆与相关的供电导体相固定时,灯帽就被固定到灯管上。当灯帽已经就位时,灯帽的孔穴使得电缆便于固定。经过该孔穴可进行熔接或焊接的联接。完成这种联接后,灯帽和灯管之间构成不可拆的连接。因此,这种联接无需粘合剂或其他任何材料。仅仅需要的零件就是这种特殊形状的灯帽。
灯帽可仅在相对的两侧横向地包围封口端,或者在另一个实施例,它可横向地在周围包围封口端。
电气元件可以是灯丝或电极对。
根据本发明的电灯的一个实施例将参考附图而较详细地叙述。
在附图中,

图3是图2的灯帽由图2的Ⅲ-Ⅲ线位置的视图;
图4是图2的灯帽由图2的Ⅳ-Ⅳ线位置的视图。
图1所示的电灯具有一个透光的管灯1,后者以真空气密方式密封,在其两端有封口端2和3。在灯管1内容纳作为电气元件4的灯丝,灯丝与供电导体5、6相连接,供电导体5、6穿过相应的封口端2和3。电灯具有陶瓷灯帽7和8,它们各有如图2中所示的空腔13,空腔13至少部分地包容着相应的封口端2和3。导电电缆9和10具有第一端11,第一端11固定到相应的供电导体5和6上。电缆9和10通过相应的灯帽7和8上的处在相关供电导体5和6横向的开口而通向外面。
各陶瓷灯帽7、8有一个管道12(见图2至图4),从灯帽7、8的空腔13可以进入该管道12,在该空腔13中容纳封口端2、3(见图1)。管道12中容纳相关的供电导体5、6。灯帽7、8具有与管道12横向相交 的凹口14,在凹口14中,容纳相关的电缆9的第一端,凹口14与管道12相交的位置与空腔13相隔一段距离。灯帽7、8上还有孔穴15,该孔穴既处在凹口14的横向,也处在管道12的横向,供电导体5、6分别和相应的电缆9、10在该孔穴内相固定。
在灯帽7、8已经安装到灯管1上之后,电缆9、10通过孔穴15与供电导体5、6相固定。电缆9、10使灯帽7、8固定在灯管1上,无需任何附加措施。
灯帽7、8横向地环绕包围着相应的封口端2、3,因为空腔13除了与管道12连通之外,仅在一侧是开口的。

Claims (2)

1、一种电灯,包括:
一个透光的灯管(1),以真空气密方式密封,在两个端部具有封口端(2、3);
一个装在灯管中的电气元件(4);
通过相应的封口端引向电气元件的供电导体(5、6);
具有至少部分地容纳一个相应封口端的空腔(13)的陶瓷灯帽(7、8);
具有与相应的供电导体相固定的第一端(11)的导电电缆(9、10),该电缆通过处在相关供电导体横向的灯帽开口而通向外面,其特征在于每个陶瓷灯帽包括:
一个可从灯帽的空腔(13)而进入的管道(12),其中容纳相关的供电导体(5、6);
一个与管道横向相交、并容纳相关电缆(9)第一端(11)的凹口(14),该凹口与管道在离开空腔一定距离的位置相交;
一个与凹口和管道都横向相交的孔穴(15),在该孔穴内凹口和管道相交叉,并且在该孔穴内电缆与供电导体相固定。
2、一种如权利要求1的电灯,其特征在于所述陶瓷灯帽横向环绕包围相关的封口端。
