Abstract
本发明提供了一种鞋用底胶的配方及合成工
艺。该底胶主要用于SBS鞋底表面处理,还适用于
EVA切片、尼龙织物、硫化橡胶的表面处理,该底胶
主要利用苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)和甲基丙
烯酸甲酯接枝共聚反应制得。SBS鞋底表面经该底
胶处理后,晾干采用接枝型氯丁胶粘剂,可获得与泡
沫人造革、皮革、尼龙粘物等牢结的粘合。
Description
本发明提供了一种鞋用底胶的配方及合成工艺。该厂胶主要用于SBS鞋底表面处理,还适应于EVA切片、尼龙织物、硫化橡胶的表面处理。
美国专利US 3459700(1969年)介绍:如果将20~60%的ABA三嵌段共聚物如SBS,溶于80~40%的苯乙烯中(内含5~40%羟基丙烯酸酯),混合物加垫至20~200℃,反应时间为0.1~24小时。借助自由基引发剂(如过氧化氢、过硫酸钾、过氧化苯酰或偶氮异丁腈等),可获得热固性接枝交联透明共聚物,这个不寻常的发明是铝合金表面不需预先处理,並获得未曾估计的粘合强度。
本发明所提供的是一种鞋用底胶,主要利用苯乙烯一丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯接枝共聚反应制的。SBS鞋底表面经该底胶处理后,晾干采用接枝型氯丁胶粘剂,可获得与泡沫人造革、皮革、尼龙织物等牢靠的粘合。对比所查阅的文献资料所知,资料中介绍的产品主要用作胶粘剂,所采用的接枝单体为苯乙烯或丙烯酸丁酯或其他化合物。
本发明的总配方:
苯乙烯一丁二烯嵌段共聚物(国产YH-802或YH-792) 100份
甲基丙烯酸甲酯 50~100份
溶剂总用量(甲苯,稀释时用酯酸乙酯或汽油) 900~1200份
引发剂(过氧化二苯甲酰或偶氮二异丁腈) 适量
增粘树脂(松香或松香甘油酯或改性酚醛树脂、萜烯树脂、石
油树脂) 0~100份
本发明的合成基本工艺如下:在带有回流和搅拌装置的反应器中,按配方中所列的重量比加入苯乙烯一丁二烯嵌段共聚物SBS和溶剂甲苯;甲苯与SBS的重量比为1∶3~3.5,待SBS溶解后,加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯和引发剂过氧化二苯甲酰或偶氮二异丁腊,在60~110℃下反应0.5~8小时。然后根据不同的用途加入适量的增粘树脂和烯释溶剂醋酸乙酯或汽油制成底胶。
经该底胶处理后的SBS鞋底表面与泡沫人造革采用接枝型氯丁胶粘合的剥离强度大于3Kg/Cm(2.94KN/m),与皮革粘合的剥离强度大于6Kg/Cm(5.88KN/m),与尼龙织物粘合的剥离强度大于3Kg/Cm(2.94KN/m)。

Claims (3)
1、一种鞋用底胶,其特征在于,在带有回流和搅拌装置的反应器中;加及苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚SBS和溶剂甲苯,待SBS溶解后,加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯MMA和适量引发剂过氧化二苯甲酰或偶氮二异丁腊,有60~110℃下反应0.5~8小时,然后根据不同用途加入适量的增粘树脂和烯释溶剂醋酸乙酯或汽油。SBS与溶剂总用量与MMA的重量比为10∶5~10∶90~120,其中SBS与甲苯的重量比为1∶3~3.5。
2、根据权利的要求1,其特征在于苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物可选择国产YH-802或YH-792或国产其他型号。
3、根据权利要求1,其特征在于增粘树脂可选择松香或松香甘油酯或改性酚醛树脂、萜烯树脂、石油树脂。
