技术领域
本发明涉及一种模具，尤其涉及一种自带报警功能的新型模具。
背景技术
目前的行业中，在使用模具进行铸模时，由于原材料进入模具之后进行铸模时，由于操作人员在不知情的情况下，对所铸物件的不了解，损坏到模具或者导致模具厚度不能达到预期的效果，导致成品的成功率有所下降。
发明内容
本发明针对目前生产技术上的缺陷，提供了一种新型的自带报警功能的新型模具。
本发明的技术方案：一种模具，包括上模和下模，所述下模的一侧安装有固定板，所述固定板上安装有压力检测装置，所述压力检测装置与下模内侧用压力检测线连接。
所述压力检测装置上设置有报警器。
本发明所产生的有益效果是：结构简单，提高了成品模的成功率，能够很好的进行实时监控。

具体实施方式
一种模具，包括上模1和下模2，所述下模2的一侧安装有固定板3，所述固定板3上安装有压力检测装置4，所述压力检测装置4与下模2内侧用压力检测线5连接；所述压力检测装置4上设置有报警器6。
本发明所产生的有益效果是：结构简单，提高了成品模的成功率，能够很好的进行实时监控。

1.一种模具，包括上模和下模，其特征在于：所述下模的一侧安装有固定板，所述固定板上安装有压力检测装置，所述压力检测装置与下模内侧用压力检测线连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种模具，其特征在于：所述压力检测装置上设置有报警器。
