Abstract
本方法系利用在多孔和高级吸收纸衬底上用辐
射非敏感热熔物涂隔层上的硅树脂进行照射处理,有
秩序地生产涂硅树脂层释放纸,标签和胶带的方
法。
Description
本发明涉及的是在廉价多孔吸收纸或类似代用品上涂以相对低粘度非辐射敏感热熔物隔湿涂层并叠加照射处理硅树脂涂层的单一有秩序生产技术,本发明与现有技术不同,现行技术既需较高级纸或类似物,还需相对高粘度辐射敏感聚乙烯等单独涂层生产线,随后涂硅树脂照射处理。本发明还涉及新的廉价释放纸,粘结标签和胶带等类似产品,本方法尚属初次使用。
特别是在有低级多孔高吸收的廉价原料等发展中国家和希望生产很便宜先品的地方。能利用本地产的低价原料(尽管低级)生产硅树脂涂层释放低及其它产品,而这些原料以前未被考虑到用于此目的。先前的方法需要较高级纸和很高温度,高粘度,照射处理及敏感涂层原料,如前面所说的聚乙烯(粘度为106厘泊Centerpoise)的涂隔层。此外,涂隔层尚需在第一道生产线进行,一般是照射处理(通常是紫外线或电子束)然后卷起。(例如,参见美国专利,专利号为NO4537811和NO4,443,491)紧接着再放开纸卷并通过第二通单独工序涂硅树脂,再做进一步照射处理工序,道照射工序带来了这样的问题,使下面的照射敏感处理的隔层受到了潜在的有害影响,包括与产品挠性降低结果相同而引起的僵硬问题。
因此本发明涉及到,而使用廉价多孔纸和单独廉价隔层有秩序地涂硅树脂方法并利用廉价低敏感的隔层涂料也能制出高级涂硅树脂层产品的方法。并找到可能利用相对低粘度(105厘泊),廉价且大量供给如蜡质的热熔物料并渗入多孔纸衬底内的方法,本法一般不需要照射,易集成和硬化或可用同样的如在已形成涂层的隔层上立即涂硅树脂的有秩序生产线,再进行照射处理的最有效的隔层涂层来形成,对非辐射敏感或使聚合的涂隔层纸衬底无任何有害的降低等其它影响。
本发明的目的是提供一种在相对劣质和廉价多孔高吸收等纸上涂隔层和叠加硅树脂层新的改进的单独有秩序工艺。
另一个目的是提供用某些廉价基础材料很成功地转化成为高级和新颖的硅树脂涂层,包括释放纸,胶带和标签等产品的方法。
其它更多的目的将在后面的附加权利要求书中给予特别说明和解释。
总之,从其观点之一出发,本发明包括一种在多孔高吸湿纸衬底有秩序涂硅树脂层工艺的生产方法。它包括在衬底一侧涂照射非敏感蜡质热熔物隔层,紧接着在衬底上集成并设置该涂层,进一步有秩序地在其上涂照射处理硅树脂,在上述进一步硅树脂涂层上到设置的隔层涂层进行照射处理,较佳和最佳的实施方案和结果的新产品将在后面叙述。
本发明的说明参阅附图进行。图1示出以本发明生产硅树脂涂层释放纸的方法。
图2A和2B是用等轴侧投影表示在释放纸产品上涂热熔隔层并紧接着涂照射处理硅层。
图3与图1相似,表示在标签纸衬底上有热熔物涂层释放纸的图2B的用法。
图4A是图2B的重复图。
图4B表示用硅树脂隔层多孔纸作为涂热熔物或其他粘涂层标签衬底的释放纸的相同用途。
图5演释图2B的硅树脂隔层产品的用途,此产品是为用热熔物压力敏感或其它粘性物的基底形成的如图5A所示的胶带产品。
图1表示在以前没有被利用的多孔劣质吸收纸1(包括极低类或质地不密实的牛皮纸等)上涂层,用的具是如美国专利NO3,592,204所述型式的槽形喷咀5或其它型式的涂层器。在6处可大量给出的蜡质热熔物涂料,这些涂料有如:埃克森(EXXSON)化学公司的照射非敏感的“埃斯可林(Eseorene)”型MU-2514(乙基乙烯基醋酸盐、蜡质球粒聚合物ethyl Vinylacetate Wax Like pelleted polymer)和V.S.I化学公司“皮特罗森(Potrothene)”型N601将它们渗入与多孔纸1集成并提供一种加强体的湿的涂隔层衬底并很快地成形和硬化(图2A)。经过使用这种型式的涂隔层,衬底可很快有秩序地通过到达硅树脂涂层站,在形成的涂隔层2上在3处进行涂硅树脂,然后到4以同法进行照射处理,由于辐射非敏感这种形式的隔层涂料而对隔层衬底没有任何有害影响,(不象以前用过的幅射敏感聚乙烯Polyethelene和类似隔层涂料),硅隔层形成的产品示于图2B及图4A的1-2-3。适用的照射处理硅树脂涂料有歌德施米特公司(Goldschmidt)生产的产品,RC-450,RC-802,RC-149型,用于U.V光激发器的有如A4型,在50~100微米的类似于多孔牛皮纸上热熔物涂隔层典型厚度或重量是约15微米量级(每平方米15克)硅树脂涂层的每平方米1~2克量级。人们发现上述型式的涂隔层能防止硅树脂进入到纸内,因此它不能在幅射处理中变硬或变脆。
图2B所指1-2-3,所形成的产品已发现是作为在力敏感胶带用途最好的硅树脂纸,图5A示出在多孔纸1另一侧涂有热熔物或其他粘性物2′,是这样做的,在图5中,将示出在8处有涂硅树脂载体产品1-2-3,反转,在5′处,使用热熔压敏感或其他粘性物2′,如在涂硅树脂隔层纸衬底另一侧粘附上合成橡胶聚合热熔物。如:壳牌克莱顿(Shell Krayfon)1320型等,由于有硅树脂涂层供给的释放表面3,这胶带将自行缠卷在12上。
产品1-2-3如前所述用为释放纸如图2B和4A也很有用,产品1-2-3如图3所示,在转站8处翻转。用已在5″处涂了热熔压敏或相似的粘合物2″的标签堆纸衬底或薄膜6,在10处叠层。这样附有粘性物标签纸6-2″可以从产品1-2-3的硅树脂表面3上释放或被切成条如图4B所示。
进一步的修正和产品的使用,由本技术领域的技术人员提出但同时这种考虑仍在权利要求所规定的发明精神及范围之内。
Claims (5)
1、在多孔和高吸湿纸底衬上涂硅树脂层有秩序的生产方法,它包括,向底衬一侧涂辐射非敏感热熔物隔层,然后集成并在此底衬上形成这样的涂层,有秩序地在其上进一步涂可照射处理硅树脂;及对该进一步的硅树脂涂层到形成的隔层涂层进行照射处理。
2、根据权利要求1的方法,其中,将衬底反转并在衬底的另一侧涂上压力敏感热粘性熔物。
3、根据权利要求1的方法,其中,已涂敷压力敏感粘物并设置在另一个衬底上,上述另一个衬底被叠层放到称为第一的有硅树脂涂层衬底的表面上,并允许以同样卷起,紧接着被切成条从硅树脂涂层衬底释放出带有粘性物的另一衬底。
4、有硅树脂的释放纸是一种具有多孔高吸收纸底衬,集成有幅射非敏感硬化热熔物涂隔层,其上处理的幅射硅涂层已结合很牢。
5、粘性可自卷胶带包括有多孔高吸收纸衬底,在一侧集成有幅射非敏感硬化热熔物隔层,其上涂有处理的硅树脂涂层,该层已结合很牢并在另一侧载有压力敏感粘性物。
