Abstract
本发明提供了一种自然消色墨水及其生产方法,该墨水由有机染料、溶剂、螯合物、防腐剂、抗冻吸湿剂、香精等原料组成,这种墨水适用于绘图、学习、服装裁剪,能在一定的时间和条件下完全消色,不留痕迹。
Description
本发明涉及一种墨水,特别是在自然环境条件下经过一段时间能自动消色的芳香型水基彩色墨水。
目前所见的墨水有多种形式,如通常使用的炭素墨水,蓝黑墨水,红色墨水,还有一些特殊用途的专用墨水,这些墨水一旦写到纸和物品上,便会永久留下痕迹,很难去除,而人们在学习和工作中,有时候并不希望墨迹永远保留在纸和物品上,如有些学生读书,平时喜欢在书上批注,但有时又希望将批注消除;又如在服装裁剪时,需要用画粉在布料上画出线段,而缝好后又不需要留下痕迹,这就需要人们去寻找或研究一种能在自然条件下按要求能自动消色的墨水。
本发明的目的是提供一种能在自然环境条件下自动消色的芳香型彩色墨水,这种墨水适用于学生学习、工程技术人员绘草图、服装裁剪师画线。
本发明以下面方式实现:选择一些对日晒、光照、水洗、升华、温度、湿度变化较敏感的、在一定条件下性能又较稳定的有机化合物染料,通过添加其它化学成份,在隔离空气和一定酸碱度条件下,进行化学反应,得到产品,具体的化学组成和含量如下(含量单位为克/升):
有机染料 0.01-50
有机溶剂 50-400毫升
螯合剂 0.1-5
流利剂 0.05-0.5
防腐剂 0.05-5
抗冻吸湿剂 10-300
碱性缓冲溶液 适量
香精 适量
去离子水 余量
上述所说的有机染料选择多元苯酚共轭结构的有机弱酸性染料化合物;有机溶剂选用乙醇、丙酮、丁醇、甲苯等;整合剂选用EDTA钠盐、六偏磷酸钠等;流利剂选用阴离子和非离子表面活性剂,如K12、拉开粉、平平加等;防腐剂选用苯酚、山梨酸盐、苯甲酸钠等;抗冻吸湿剂选用乙二醇、丙三醇等;碱性缓冲溶液以下的几种碱和盐的混合物:如氢氧化钠,氢氧化铵、硼砂、磷酸三钠、硅酸钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、氯化钠、氯化钾等;香精选用市售合成香精。
上述芳香水基自然消色墨水的生产方法是先将螯合剂、流利剂、防腐剂、抗冻吸湿剂用去离子水溶解,加入碱性缓冲溶液,调节溶液的PH值为7.5-12.5之间,再加入用有机溶剂溶解的有机染料,在真空反应器和充氮气、充隋性气体的反应器以25-60℃下搅拌反应0.5-1小时,最后加入适量香精,在常温下一边搅拌,一边加去离子水稀释到所需体积,过滤,真空罐装到容器中,密封包装即成为产品。
本发明的优点是:
1、芳香水基自然消色墨水能在学习、绘图、裁剪等多种场合上使用,如学生用于练习书法,可大大节省纸张,保护森林资源,用于裁剪衣服,比传统画粉方便,不用洗涤几天后就能自动消除画痕,用于绘制草图和保存期较短的图纸及在书本上批注,也很方便。
2、可根据需要做成红色、黄色、蓝色、紫色等多种色彩,书写流利,可灌入钢笔、纤维笔等多种笔具使用。用于裁剪、画出的线条比画粉更细、更直、准确度高,如果想快一些去除笔迹,在水中稍泡浸,立即可消除颜色,十分方便。
以下是本发明墨水及其生产方法的实施例:
实施例一,取EDTA二钠盐2克,拉开粉0.3克,山梨酸1克,丙三醇100克,用200ml去离子水溶解后,加入200mlNaHCO3-Na2CO3-Na2B4O7的缓冲溶液,使PH为8.0-11.0之间,再加入用100ml 90%乙醇溶解的20克邻甲酚红弱酸性染料,放到真空反应器,在40℃的温度下搅拌反应1小时,最后加入适量香精,在常温下一边搅拌一边加去离子水稀释到1升,过滤,真空罐装到玻璃或塑料瓶中,密封,得到红色自然消色墨水,此墨水书写后一周内可自然消色。
实施例二,取六偏磷酸钠3克,K120.3克,苯甲酸钠2克,丙三醇150克,用300ml去离子水溶解后加入100-300ml NH4OH-NH4CL或硅酸钠-氢氧化钠-氯化钠的缓冲溶液,使溶液的PH值保持在7.5-12之间,再加入用150ml丙酮溶解25克溴代酚盐酸性染料,在真空反应器中以30-35℃搅拌反应1小时,再加入适量香精,搅拌,加入去离子水稀释至1升,过滤,装到瓶子加以密封得到蓝色自然消色墨水,该墨水在10天内可自然消色。
Claims (2)
1.一种芳香水基自然消色墨水,包括有机染料、有机溶剂和水,其特征在于它的组成和每升墨水中各成份的含量为:
有机染料 0.5-50克 有机溶剂 50-400ml
螯合剂 0.1-5克 流利剂 0.1-5克
防腐剂 0.5-5克 抗冻吸湿剂 10-300克
碱性缓冲溶液 100-300ml 香精 适量
去离子水 余量
所述的有机染料为多元苯酚共轭结构的有机弱酸性化合物,有机溶剂为乙醇或丙酮、丁醇、甲苯,螯合剂为EDTA钠盐或六偏磷酸盐,流利剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、1,2-二丁基萘-6-磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,抗冻吸湿剂为乙二醇或丙三醇,碱性缓冲溶液为碱和盐的混合物,在氢氧化钠、氢氧化铵、硼砂、磷酸三钠、硅酸钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、氯化钠、氯化钾中组配的碱性缓冲溶液。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的芳香水基自然消色墨水的生产方法,其特征在于先用去离子水将螯合剂、流利剂、防腐剂、抗冻吸湿剂溶解,加入碱性缓冲溶液,调节溶液的PH值在7-12.5之间,再加入用有机溶剂溶解的有机染料,在真空反应器或充氮气,隋性气体的反应器以25-60℃搅拌反应0.5-1小时,加入适量香精,在常温下一边搅拌,一边加去离子水稀释到所需体积,过滤,真空罐装到容器中,密封得到产品。
