背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,大家对于自身和家庭健康卫生更加重视。城镇化的加速,人们的洗涤环境和生活方式发生了改变,首先,全自动洗衣机的普及,人们的节水意识增加,衣物集中洗涤的消费者增加;其次,高层或多层楼房居住人口增加,双职工家庭增多,造成夜间洗涤、室内干燥衣物的情况增加;第三,环境状况的变化,空气污染和雾霾天气的加剧和增加。上述变化导致衣物洗涤条件发生变化,使得衣物容易沾染和滋生更多的细菌,产生异味。为此,如何有效地去除和杀灭衣物上的细菌,已成为现在人们对于织物洗涤提出的新要求。
目前市面上抗菌洗涤产品不少,但性能差异很大,在抗菌宣传上也常常概念混淆,尤其是一些产品说明中将杀菌和抑菌,抗菌和除菌、抗菌和清洁的概念混淆,让消费者误以为抑菌即杀菌,除菌即杀菌,衣物表面洗净即杀菌。部分标注抗菌的产品,能提供的检测结果数据仅为抑菌指标或是同品牌其他产品的检测报告,而实际没有杀菌功能。目前仅有少数厂家的产品明确标注有抗菌功能和杀菌种类,且有省级疾控中心的检测结果,这些产品既有杀菌功能又有去污洗涤作用,所以未来增长潜力和发展空间都很大,具有极强的社会效益。

本发明的目的是提供一种抗菌织物洗涤剂及其制备方法,具有去污和杀菌双重功效,同时具有去除织物异味和抑制异味产生、抗污垢再沉积、对人体安全无毒无刺激、对环境无污染、生产成本低等特点。

非离子表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸酯乙氧基化物、糖衍生物;

4、本发明配方中不含三氯生、对氯间二苯酚、三氯卡斑等杀菌剂。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细的说明。
本发明涉及的抗菌织物洗涤剂,由以下质量份的组分配制:
非离子表面活性剂5-40份
两性离子表面活性剂1-15份
抗菌剂0.05-10份
增溶剂0.5-10份
螯合剂0.1-10份
抗污垢再沉积剂0.1-5份
软化水余量
各组分的质量份总和为100份。
其中:
(1)非离子表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸酯乙氧基化物、糖衍生物;
所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,烷基链长度为C8-C16,EO数为5-15;
所述的脂肪酸酯乙氧基化物,脂肪酸为单链脂肪酸或三链脂肪酸,脂肪酸链为饱和的或不饱和的,碳链长度为C8-C22,EO数为5-20;
所述的糖衍生物为烷基糖苷、醇醚糖苷或烷基葡萄糖酰胺:其中,烷基糖苷,碳链长度为C8-C16;醇醚糖苷,碳链长度为C8-C22,EO数为2-15;烷基葡萄糖酰胺,碳链长度为C8-C22。
(2)两性离子表面活性剂为烷基酰胺丙基甜菜碱或烷基二甲基氧化胺;
所述的烷基酰胺丙基甜菜碱,烷基链长度为C8-C16;
所述的烷基二甲基氧化胺,烷基链长度为C8-C16。
(3)抗菌剂选自烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、双烷基二甲基氯化铵、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐;
所述的烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,碳链长度为C8-C16;
所述的双烷基二甲基氯化铵,碳链长度为C8-C16。
(4)增溶剂选自C1-C6烷基醇。
(5)螯合剂选自柠檬酸钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸、α-葡庚糖酸钠。
(6)抗污垢再沉积剂为聚乙二醇聚酯共聚物,如:Ashlandsorez100、ClariantSRN-100。
上述抗菌织物洗涤剂的制备方法为:
向反应釜加入软化水,加热至50℃,在搅拌下,依次加入非离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、增溶剂、抗污垢再沉积剂、螯合剂、抗菌剂,搅拌均匀即成。
实施例1:
非离子表面活性剂10份
两性离子表面活性剂8份
抗菌剂0.2份
增溶剂2份
螯合剂0.5份
抗污垢再沉积剂0.5份
软化水余量
各组分的重量份数总和为100。
非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
两性离子表面活性剂为烷基酰胺丙基甜菜碱。
抗菌剂为烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵。
增溶剂为C1-C2烷基醇。
螯合剂为柠檬酸钠。
抗污垢再沉积剂为聚乙二醇聚酯共聚物。
实施例2:
非离子表面活性剂20份
两性离子表面活性剂15份
抗菌剂0.5份
增溶剂4份
螯合剂2份
抗污垢再沉积剂2份
软化水余量
各组分的重量份数总和为100。
非离子表面活性剂为脂肪酸酯乙氧基化物。
两性离子表面活性剂为烷基酰胺丙基甜菜碱。
抗菌剂为双烷基二甲基氯化铵。
增溶剂选自C3-C4烷基醇。
螯合剂为甲基甘氨酸二乙酸。
抗污垢再沉积剂为聚乙二醇聚酯共聚物,如:Ashlandsorez100、ClariantSRN-100。
实施例3:
非离子表面活性剂5份
两性离子表面活性剂15份
抗菌剂0.05份
增溶剂10份
螯合剂0.1份
抗污垢再沉积剂5份
软化水余量
各组分的质量份总和为100份。
非离子表面活性剂为糖衍生物。
两性离子表面活性剂为烷基二甲基氧化胺。
抗菌剂为聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐。
增溶剂选自C5-C6烷基醇。
螯合剂为α-葡庚糖酸钠。
抗污垢再沉积剂为聚乙二醇聚酯共聚物。
实施例4:
非离子表面活性剂40份
两性离子表面活性剂1份
抗菌剂10份
增溶剂0.5份
螯合剂10份
抗污垢再沉积剂0.1份
软化水余量
各组分的质量份总和为100份。
非离子表面活性剂为糖衍生物。
两性离子表面活性剂为烷基二甲基氧化胺。
抗菌剂为聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐。
增溶剂选自C5-C6烷基醇。
螯合剂为α-葡庚糖酸钠。
抗污垢再沉积剂为聚乙二醇聚酯共聚物。
以下为本发明所涉及的抗菌织物清洗剂的性能测试说明:
实验1:
测试该发明物与市购产品在去污力方面的性能对比。
测试方法按照QB/T1224-2012执行,采用三种标准污布,JB-01炭黑污布,JB-02蛋白污布,JB-03油脂污布,评价结果如下:
实验2:
测试该发明物杀菌性能。
实验方法按照GB/T15979-2002执行,微生物菌种为:大肠杆菌(ATCC8099)、金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC6538),测试液体为1%样品原液,作用时间为20min。
根测试结果如下:

1.抗菌织物洗涤剂,其特征在于:
由以下质量份的组分配制:
非离子表面活性剂5-40份
两性离子表面活性剂1-15份
抗菌剂0.05-10份
增溶剂0.5-10份
螯合剂0.1-10份
抗污垢再沉积剂0.1-5份
软化水余量
各组分的质量份总和为100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌织物洗涤剂,其特征在于:
非离子表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸酯乙氧基化物、糖衍生物;
所述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,烷基链长度为C8-C16,EO数为5-15;
所述的脂肪酸酯乙氧基化物,脂肪酸为单链脂肪酸或三链脂肪酸,脂肪酸链为饱和的或不饱和的,碳链长度为C8-C22,EO数为5-20;
所述的糖衍生物为烷基糖苷、醇醚糖苷或烷基葡萄糖酰胺:其中,烷基糖苷,碳链长度为C8-C16;醇醚糖苷,碳链长度为C8-C22,EO数为2-15;烷基葡萄糖酰胺,碳链长度为C8-C22。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌织物洗涤剂,其特征在于:
两性离子表面活性剂为烷基酰胺丙基甜菜碱或烷基二甲基氧化胺;
所述的烷基酰胺丙基甜菜碱,烷基链长度为C8-C16;
所述的烷基二甲基氧化胺,烷基链长度为C8-C16。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌织物洗涤剂,其特征在于:
抗菌剂选自烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、双烷基二甲基氯化铵、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐;
所述的烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,碳链长度为C8-C16;
所述的双烷基二甲基氯化铵,碳链长度为C8-C16。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗菌织物洗涤剂,其特征在于:
增溶剂选自C1-C6烷基醇。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗菌织物洗涤剂,其特征在于:
螯合剂选自柠檬酸钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸、α-葡庚糖酸钠。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抗菌织物洗涤剂,其特征在于:
抗污垢再沉积剂为聚乙二醇聚酯共聚物。
8.抗菌织物洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于:
向反应釜加入软化水,加热至50℃,在搅拌下,依次加入非离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、增溶剂、抗污垢再沉积剂、螯合剂、抗菌剂,搅拌均匀即成。
