Abstract
本发明公开了一种钢化玻璃用UV光固化磨砂釉料及使用其制备钢化玻璃方法,釉料采用环氧丙烯酸酯、甲级丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、氧化锰、方解石、氧化铝、助剂作为材料,得到钢化玻璃用UV光固化磨砂釉料,后通过预处理、光引发、加热、保温、清洗步骤进行处理,得到钢化玻璃。本发明通过将磨砂釉料的磨砂成分掺杂于光固化涂料中,由于光固化涂料在高温或光照途中将产生聚合形成涂层,可直接掺杂磨砂成分,达到磨砂效果;另外,本发明中上釉工艺与钢化工艺是同时进行的,由此使得釉料与玻璃之间可参数键合作用,避免釉料在玻璃表面脱落,影响使用效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及釉料领域,特别涉及一种钢化玻璃用UV光固化磨砂釉料及使用其制备钢化玻璃方法。
背景技术
传统的钢化玻璃生产工艺中,为了让钢化玻璃采用表面磨砂的效果,多数采用化学蚀刻的方式进行处理,通过将在玻璃表面上进行蚀刻,以损坏玻璃表面为代价,无疑效率较低,且对环保污染严重,未能满足需求。
另外,市面上存在生产涂釉的钢化玻璃时,一般玻璃钢化工艺与涂釉工艺进行分开操作,而其缺点在于釉料未能与钢化玻璃进行产生键合,因此经常使得釉料容易在玻璃表面脱落,影响使用效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种钢化玻璃用UV光固化磨砂釉料及使用其制备钢化玻璃方法。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种钢化玻璃用UV光固化磨砂釉料,其特征在于,由以下成分按照一定重量份配制而成:
环氧丙烯酸酯 30-100份
甲级丙烯酸甲酯 10-20份
丙烯酸丁酯 1-9份
氧化锰 1-3份
方解石 0.2 - 0.8份
氧化铝 1-3份
助剂 1-3份。
一种使用上述所述釉料制备钢化玻璃的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将玻璃基板进行预处理,将尘埃等杂质去除;
(2)将玻璃基板的一表面涂抹权利要求1所述的UV光固化磨砂釉料,并加入光引发剂,放置在紫外高温固化炉中;
(3)将步骤(2)所述的紫外高温固化炉中的通过紫外光照射及加热方式将温度提升700-800℃,保温1-3h,后降温至室温;
(4)玻璃表面经水浸泡,得到钢化玻璃产品。
作为优选的技术方案之一,其特征在于,所述的光引发剂为2,4,6(三甲基苯甲酰基)二苯基氧化膦。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过将磨砂釉料的磨砂成分掺杂于光固化涂料中,由于光固化涂料在高温或光照途中将产生聚合形成涂层,可直接掺杂磨砂成分,达到磨砂效果;另外,本发明中上釉工艺与钢化工艺是同时进行的,由此使得釉料与玻璃之间可参数键合作用,避免釉料在玻璃表面脱落,影响使用效果。

实施例:一种钢化玻璃用UV光固化磨砂釉料,其特征在于,由以下成分按照一定重量份配制而成:环氧丙烯酸酯70份;
甲级丙烯酸甲酯20份;丙烯酸丁酯3份;氧化锰2份;方解石0.8份;氧化铝2份;助剂2份。
一种使用上述实施例釉料制备钢化玻璃的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将玻璃基板进行预处理,将尘埃等杂质去除;
(2)将玻璃基板的一表面涂抹实施例釉料的UV光固化磨砂釉料,并加入光引发剂,放置在紫外高温固化炉中;
(3)将步骤(2)所述的紫外高温固化炉中的通过紫外光照射及加热方式将温度提升800℃,保温3h,后降温至室温;
(4)玻璃表面经水浸泡,得到钢化玻璃产品。
作为优选的实施方式之一,其特征在于,所述的光引发剂为2,4,6(三甲基苯甲酰基)二苯基氧化膦。

1. 一种钢化玻璃用UV光固化磨砂釉料,其特征在于,由以下成分按照一定重量份配制而成:
环氧丙烯酸酯 30-100份
甲级丙烯酸甲酯 10-20份
丙烯酸丁酯 1-9份
氧化锰 1-3份
方解石 0.2 - 0.8份
氧化铝 1-3份
助剂 1-3份。
2.一种使用权利要求1所述釉料制备钢化玻璃的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将玻璃基板进行预处理,将尘埃等杂质去除;
(2)将玻璃基板的一表面涂抹权利要求1所述的UV光固化磨砂釉料,并加入光引发剂,放置在紫外高温固化炉中;
(3)将步骤(2)所述的紫外高温固化炉中的通过紫外光照射及加热方式将温度提升700-800℃,保温1-3h,后降温至室温;
(4)玻璃表面经水浸泡,得到钢化玻璃产品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备钢化玻璃的方法,其特征在于,所述的光引发剂为2,4,6(三甲基苯甲酰基)二苯基氧化膦。
