技术领域
本发明属于无机非金属材料装饰技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐洗碗机的贵金属制剂。
背景技术
光亮的贵金属制剂是由可溶性的有机贵金属化合物和一种以有机基础化合物形式呈现的可溶性助熔剂以及一种有机媒介物组成。作为一种助熔剂,有机金属化合物的数量是0.25-1mol,毎摩尔贵金属可以使用基础金属。这些制剂被运用于陶瓷上的贵金属膜的生产,焙烧温度是1140℃。然而这些外涂层虽然可战线光亮的贵金属的特质,但是不能抗洗碗机。
在专利DE-AS 22 08 915中介绍到,含有固体非金属氧化物的铮亮金制剂,高于黄金的熔点1063℃,适用于硅酸盐材料。其烧制成的金色薄膜虽然有相对高密的涂层,也能显示明亮金色的特性,但是它们的耐机械性磨损和耐化学性腐蚀较差,不能抗洗碗机。
发明内容
针对以上技术问题,本发明公开了一种耐洗碗机的贵金属制剂,其使用在硅酸盐基材上经烧制后的产品保持光亮的颜色,并具有较高的耐机械性磨损和耐化学性腐蚀。

一种耐洗碗机的贵金属制剂,所述耐洗碗机的贵金属制剂包括:
溶于溶剂中的黄金、铂或钯的金属有机化合物、溶于溶剂中的钒的金属有机化合物、溶于溶剂中的锆的金属有机化合物、溶解于溶剂中的铋的金属有机化合物、溶解于溶剂中的铬的金属有机化合物。
优选的,所述贵金属制剂包括溶解于溶剂中的基础金属助熔剂。
优选的,所述黄金、铂或钯的金属有机化合物为黄金、铂或钯的树脂酸盐。
其中,承载金属有机化合物的溶剂的组成成分的选择可以来自各种合适的有机溶剂,其中可以选择香精油。例如,溶剂的构成可以是任何适合的简单有机溶剂或两种或两种以上的有机溶剂的混合物,如甲苯、硝基苯、丁醇、苯甲醇、溶纤剂、丁基溶纤剂、丙酮、丁酮、环己酮、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、乙醚、松节油、萜品醇、二甲苯、各种帖烯类如蒎烯、二戊烯等。香精油可以包括薰衣草油、迷迭香油、穗花油和/或樟脑油。所述贵金属制剂还可以包括粘合剂,所述粘合剂为合成树脂,优选为酚醛树脂。

作为本发明的进一步改进,所述铋的金属有机化合物是铋的羧酸盐,所述钒的金属有机化合物是钒的羧酸盐,所述锆的金属有机化合物是锆的羧酸盐,所述铬的金属有机化合物是铬的羧酸盐。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述铋的羧酸盐、钒的羧酸盐、锆的羧酸盐、铬的羧酸盐和锡的羧酸盐是从铋、锆、钒、铬,锡及其混合物中提取出来的。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述耐洗碗机的贵金属制剂用于硅酸盐基材上的焙烧温度为780~820℃。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述耐洗碗机的贵金属制剂还包括助剂,所述助剂包括松香和柔性树脂,所述柔性树脂如聚酰胺。
采用此技术方案,所述柔性树脂在有机金属化合物里溶解作为载体,利于进行丝网印刷。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述助剂还包括消泡剂和触变剂。采用此技术方案,有利于更好的进行丝网印刷。
本发明还公开了一种耐洗碗机的贵金属装饰膜,为采用上述的耐洗碗机的贵金属制剂转印到硅酸盐基材上,在780~820℃进行焙烧得到。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
采用本发明的技术方案,所述耐洗碗机的贵金属制剂使用在硅酸盐基材上经烧制后的产品保持光亮的颜色,并具有较高的耐机械性磨损和耐化学性腐蚀,抗洗碗机性能优异,经洗碗机测试后仍保持硅酸盐基材上的贵金属装饰层的光亮。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较优的实施例作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
按照表1的配方表称取各组分,并将其混合均匀后,在75℃的恒温中加热1.5小时,涂刷到硬瓷0.5cm*4cm的区域上,然后在820℃的恒温中烧制90分钟后,硬瓷表面上具有耐洗碗机的亮金外涂层。
将本硬瓷表面的亮金外涂层,根据ASTM碳酸酯标准测试进行测试,即放入95℃中溶有0.5%碳酸钠的水中,分别经过2、4、6小时后用布擦拭,没有磨损。
此外,按照英国标准耐洗碗测试BS EN12875-2进行测试,在0.5%指定的洗涤剂成分中,所述洗涤剂包括碳酸钠1-20%、无水偏硅酸钠40-80%和二氯异氰尿酸钠0.25-2.5%;温度为75℃,16小时为一个周期,共浸泡32小时,之后用干布擦拭,满足标准要求。
另外,将本例的具有亮金外涂层的硬瓷放入洗碗机中进行完成洗碗程序,硬瓷表面的亮金外涂层没有磨损。
表1实施例1的配方表
实施例2
一种光亮的贵金属丝网印刷制剂,按照表2的配方表称取各组分,将上述物质在90℃至120℃之间搅拌均匀,使之发生均质化和胶质化反应。然后,像贴花一样将其印制在质地很硬的瓷器上,印刷面积大小为5×5cm,经820℃焙烧后,形成一层光亮的金色层,对其进行洗碗机测试。

将上述瓷器表面的光亮的金色层,根据ASTM碳酸酯标准测试进行测试,即放入95℃中溶有0.5%碳酸钠的水中,分别经过2、4、6小时后用布擦拭,没有磨损。

实施例3
一种为丝网印刷准备的光亮的白色金制剂(7%金),配方表如表3所示。按照表3的配方表称取各组分,将上述物质在75℃下搅拌均匀,使之发生均质化和触变性。然后,像贴花一样将其印制在质地很硬的瓷器上,印刷面积大小为5x5cm,经820℃焙烧后,形成一层光亮的白金色层,对其进行洗碗机测试。

Claims (3)
1.一种耐洗碗机的贵金属制剂,其特征在于,所述贵金属制剂的原料按重量百分比计,由如下原料组成:
含56wt%金的黄金磺基树脂酸盐:17.9%;
铑磺基树脂酸盐:1.0%,采用5%铑磺基树脂酸盐,溶于松油醇;
辛酸钒:1.6%,采用4%辛酸钒,溶于松节油;
铋树脂酸盐:1.0%,采用5%铋树脂酸盐,溶于松油醇;
铬树脂酸盐:1.5%,采用3%铬树脂酸盐,溶于松油醇;
沥青树脂:25.0%,采用50%沥青树脂,溶于穗花油;
锡树脂酸盐:2.0%,采用4%锡树脂酸盐,溶于松树油;
锆树脂酸盐:1.0%,采用4%锆树脂酸盐,溶于松节油;
松香酚醛树脂:15.0%,采用60%松香酚醛树脂,溶于松树油;
松树油:34.0%;
或者由如下原料组成:
含56wt%金的黄金磺基树脂酸盐:17.9%;
铑磺基树脂酸盐:1.4%,采用5%铑磺基树脂酸盐,溶于松油醇;
环己醇:17.0%;
薰衣草油:15.0%;
铋树脂酸盐:9.0%,采用5%铋树脂酸盐,溶于松油醇;
铬树脂酸盐:2.2%,采用4%铬树脂酸盐,溶于甲苯;
硅树脂酸盐:2.1%,采用含10%硅的硅树脂酸盐,溶于松油;
辛酸钒:0.4%,采用4%辛酸钒,溶于松节油;
含5%锆的乙基己酸锆盐:1.0%;
聚酰胺树脂:22.0%,采用50%聚酰胺树脂,溶于迷迭香油;
硫化的酚醛树脂:10.0%;
触变剂:2.0%;
或者由如下原料组成:
含56wt%金的黄金磺基树脂酸盐:12.5%;
含10%Pt的铂金磺基树脂酸盐:10.0%;
铑磺基树脂酸盐:1.4%,采用5%铑磺基树脂酸盐,溶于松油醇;
穗花油:27.4%;
环己醇:9.0%;
铋树脂酸盐:9.0%,采用5%铋树脂酸盐,溶于松油醇;
辛酸钒:1.0%,采用4%辛酸钒,溶于松节油;
铬树脂酸盐:2.2%,采用4%铬树脂酸盐,溶于甲苯;
硅树脂酸盐:0.8%,采用含10%硅的硅树脂酸盐,溶于松油;
含5%锆的乙基己酸锆盐:0.8%;
聚酰胺树脂:23.9%,采用50%聚酰胺树脂,溶于迷迭香油;
触变剂蓖麻油衍生物:2.0%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐洗碗机的贵金属制剂,其特征在于:所述耐洗碗机的贵金属制剂用于硅酸盐基材上的焙烧温度为780~820℃。
3.一种耐洗碗机的贵金属装饰膜,为采用如权利要求1或2任意一项所述的耐洗碗机的贵金属制剂转印到硅酸盐基材上,在780~820℃进行焙烧得到。
