Abstract
The invention provides a precious metal preparation for a bowl washing-resistant machine, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: gold, platinum or palladium, vanadium, zirconium, bismuth, chromium, or a mixture thereof dissolved in a solvent. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the product fired on the silicate substrate by using the bowl washing resistant precious metal preparation can keep bright color, has higher mechanical wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, has excellent dish washing resistant performance, and can still keep the brightness of the precious metal decorative layer on the silicate substrate after being tested by using the bowl washing resistant preparation.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of inorganic non-metallic material decoration, and particularly relates to a precious metal preparation for washing bowls and machines.
Background
The bright noble metal preparations are composed of soluble organic noble metal compounds and a soluble fluxing agent in the form of an organic base compound and an organic vehicle. As a fluxing agent, the quantity of the organic metal compound is 0.25-1mol, and basic metal can be used per mol of precious metal. These formulations were used for the production of noble metal films on ceramics, with a firing temperature of 1140 ℃. However, these topcoats, while warline bright precious metal in nature, are not dishwasher resistant.
In DE-AS 2208915, there is described a shining gold preparation containing solid non-metal oxides, having a melting point 1063 ℃ above that of gold, suitable for silicate materials. The fired gold films showed bright gold color in spite of their relatively high density coating, but they were less resistant to mechanical abrasion and chemical corrosion and could not be dishwasher resistant.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above technical problems, the present invention discloses a precious metal preparation for washing bowls and machine, which maintains bright color of the product after being fired on a silicate substrate and has high mechanical wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.

gold, platinum or palladium, vanadium, zirconium, bismuth, chromium, or a mixture thereof dissolved in a solvent.
Preferably, the precious metal preparation comprises a base metal flux dissolved in a solvent.
Preferably, the metal organic compound of gold, platinum or palladium is resinate of gold, platinum or palladium.
The selection of the composition of the solvent carrying the metal organic compound may be from a variety of suitable organic solvents, among which essential oils may be selected. For example, the solvent may be constituted of any suitable simple organic solvent or a mixture of two or more organic solvents, such as toluene, nitrobenzene, butanol, benzyl alcohol, cellosolve, butyl cellosolve, acetone, butanone, cyclohexanone, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, diethyl ether, turpentine, terpineol, xylene, various terpenes such as pinene, dipentene, and the like. As a further improvement of the invention, the content of the vanadium accounts for 0.016-0.1% of the total weight of the components.
As a further development of the invention, the dishwasher-resistant precious-metal preparation also comprises a metal-organic compound of tin dissolved in a solvent.
As a further improvement of the invention, the content of the tin accounts for 0.08 to 0.1 percent of the total weight of the components.

As a further improvement of the invention, the roasting temperature of the precious metal preparation for washing the bowl machine on the silicate substrate is 780-820 ℃.
As a further development of the invention, the precious-metal preparation of the dishwasher-resistant machine also comprises auxiliaries, which comprise rosin and flexible resins, such as polyamides.
By adopting the technical scheme, the flexible resin is dissolved in the organic metal compound to be used as a carrier, thereby being beneficial to screen printing.
As a further improvement of the invention, the auxiliary agent also comprises an antifoaming agent and a thixotropic agent. By adopting the technical scheme, the screen printing is favorably and better carried out.
The invention also discloses a precious metal decorative film for the dish washing machine, which is obtained by transferring the precious metal preparation of the dish washing machine onto a silicate substrate and roasting at 780-820 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
by adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the product fired on the silicate substrate by the precious metal preparation for washing the dish machine can keep bright color, has higher mechanical abrasion resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, has excellent dish-washing machine resistance, and can still keep the brightness of the precious metal decorative layer on the silicate substrate after the dish-washing machine test.
Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail below.
Example 1
Weighing the components according to the formula table in table 1, uniformly mixing, heating at a constant temperature of 75 ℃ for 1.5 hours, brushing the mixture on a region of 0.5cm x 4cm of hard porcelain, and firing at a constant temperature of 820 ℃ for 90 minutes to obtain a bright gold outer coating capable of resisting a dish washing machine on the surface of the hard porcelain.
The bright gold external coating on the surface of the hard porcelain is tested according to the ASTM carbonate standard test, namely the hard porcelain is put into water dissolved with 0.5 percent of sodium carbonate at 95 ℃ and is wiped by cloth after 2, 4 and 6 hours respectively without abrasion.
In addition, the detergent comprises sodium carbonate 1-20%, anhydrous sodium metasilicate 40-80% and sodium dichloroisocyanurate 0.25-2.5% of 0.5% of the specified detergent ingredients, as tested according to the british standard bowl wash test BS EN 12875-2; the temperature is 75 ℃, 16 hours is a period, the soaking time is 32 hours, and then the cloth is wiped by a dry cloth to meet the standard requirement.
In addition, the hard porcelain with the bright gold external coating is put into a dishwasher to complete the dish washing procedure, and the bright gold external coating on the surface of the hard porcelain is not worn.

Example 2
A bright noble metal silk-screen printing preparation is prepared by weighing the components according to the formula of Table 2, and stirring the above materials at 90-120 deg.C to perform homogenization and gelatinization reaction. Then, it was printed like a decal on a very hard porcelain in a size of 5X5cm at a printing area, and after firing at 820 ℃ it formed a bright gold layer, which was subjected to a dishwasher test.

The bright gold layer on the surface of the porcelain is tested according to ASTM carbonate standard test, namely, the porcelain is put into water dissolved with 0.5 percent of sodium carbonate at 95 ℃ and is wiped by cloth after 2, 4 and 6 hours respectively without abrasion.

Example 3
A bright white gold preparation (7% gold) prepared for screen printing, the formulation table being shown in table 3. The components were weighed according to the formulation table in table 3, and the above materials were stirred at 75 ℃ to be homogeneous and thixotropic. It was then printed like a decal on a very hard porcelain with a print area size of 5x5cm and fired at 820 ℃ to form a shiny white gold layer which was subjected to a dishwasher test.

The bright white gold layer on the surface of the porcelain is tested according to the ASTM carbonate standard test, namely the porcelain is put into water dissolved with 0.5 percent of sodium carbonate at 95 ℃, and is wiped with cloth after 2, 4 and 6 hours respectively without abrasion.

Claims (3)
1. The precious metal preparation for washing bowl machines is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
gold sulforesinate containing 56 wt% gold: 17.9 percent;
rhodium sulforesinate: 1.0 percent, 5 percent rhodium sulforesinate is adopted and dissolved in terpineol;
vanadium octoate: 1.6 percent, adopting 4 percent vanadium octoate to dissolve in turpentine;
bismuth resinate: 1.0 percent, 5 percent of bismuth resinate is adopted and dissolved in terpineol;
chromium resinate: 1.5 percent, 3 percent of chromium resinate is adopted and dissolved in terpineol;
asphalt resin: 25.0 percent, adopts 50 percent of asphalt resin and is dissolved in the panicle flower oil;
tin resinate: 2.0 percent of the oil, 4 percent of tin resinate is adopted and dissolved in pine oil;
zirconium resinate: 1.0 percent, 4 percent of zirconium resinate is adopted and dissolved in turpentine oil;
rosin phenolic resin: 15.0 percent of rosin phenolic resin is adopted and dissolved in pine oil;
pine oil: 34.0 percent;
or consists of the following raw materials:
gold sulforesinate containing 56 wt% gold: 17.9 percent;
rhodium sulforesinate: 1.4%, using 5% rhodium sulforesinate, dissolving in terpineol;
cyclohexanol: 17.0 percent;
lavender oil: 15.0 percent;
bismuth resinate: 9.0 percent of bismuth resinate is adopted and dissolved in terpineol;
chromium resinate: 2.2 percent, 4 percent of chromium resinate is adopted and dissolved in toluene;
a silicone resin acid salt: 2.1 percent, adopting 10 percent of silicon-containing silicate, and dissolving in pine oil;
and (3) vanadium octoate: 0.4 percent of vanadium octoate is adopted and dissolved in turpentine oil;
zirconium ethyl hexanoate containing 5% zirconium: 1.0 percent;
polyamide resin: 22.0 percent of polyamide resin with the concentration of 50 percent is adopted and dissolved in rosemary oil;
cured phenolic resin: 10.0 percent;
thixotropic agent: 2.0 percent;
or comprises the following raw materials:
gold sulforesinate containing 56 wt% gold: 12.5 percent;
platinum sulforesinate containing 10% Pt: 10.0 percent;
rhodium sulforesinate: 1.4%, using 5% rhodium sulforesinate, dissolving in terpineol;
fringe oil: 27.4 percent;
cyclohexanol: 9.0 percent;
bismuth resinate: 9.0 percent of bismuth resinate is adopted and dissolved in terpineol;
vanadium octoate: 1.0 percent of vanadium octoate is adopted and dissolved in turpentine oil;
chromium resinate: 2.2 percent, 4 percent of chromium resinate is adopted and dissolved in toluene;
a silicone resin acid salt: 0.8 percent of silicone resin acid salt containing 10 percent of silicon is adopted and dissolved in pine oil;
zirconium ethyl hexanoate containing 5% zirconium: 0.8 percent;
polyamide resin: 23.9 percent, adopting 50 percent of polyamide resin, and dissolving in rosemary oil;
thixotropic agent castor oil derivatives: 2.0 percent.
2. A precious metal preparation for washing bowls according to claim 1, characterized in that: the roasting temperature of the precious metal preparation for the bowl washing resistant machine on the silicate base material is 780-820 ℃.
3. A precious metal decorative film for washing bowl machines is obtained by transferring a precious metal preparation of the washing bowl machines according to any one of claims 1 or 2 onto a silicate substrate and roasting at 780-820 ℃.
