本发明公开了一种公厕除臭灭蝇方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:步骤一、配置除臭灭蝇剂;步骤二、将除臭灭蝇剂加入储液箱中与水混匀;步骤三、开启气泵,将稀释的除臭灭蝇剂吸取到混合腔,并形成雾状喷出;当药品喷洒结束时,开启水泵将进水管道中残余的液体抽回储液箱,然后打开热风机和第一阀门,关闭液体阀,将进水管道左侧吹干,然后打开液体阀,关闭液体流量调节阀,将进水管道右侧吹干。本发明通过气体负压吸取液体,降低了对管道的强度要求,且能够防止喷口堵塞和管道发霉,具有很好的实用性。

技术领域
本发明属于环保领域,尤其涉及一种公厕除臭灭蝇方法。
背景技术
现有的垃圾场的通常通过喷洒除臭喷雾液体对垃圾场的臭味进行除臭。其原理为通过高压泵输送混有除臭剂的溶液到达喷嘴,利用高压将液体自喷嘴快速喷出,从而达到将液体雾化的效果。例如专利201420745381.1一种移动喷雾除臭装置,包括除臭剂储存箱、喷雾控制装置,所述喷雾控制装置包括高压泵、过滤装置以及自动控制装置,所述除臭储存箱与所述过滤装置连通,所述过滤装置与所述高压泵连通。但是由于使用了高压泵,因此容易导致管路压力过大而容易将水管压裂。此外,现有的喷雾系统,没有烘干系统,喷洒完毕后,管内残留液体,容易产生霉变,从而污染管道,甚至阻塞喷头。最后,现有的垃圾除臭试剂效果也不理想。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种公厕除臭灭蝇方法。本发明的除臭灭蝇方法,在除臭的同时防止蚊虫滋生,具有良好的除臭灭蝇效果并且可以防止除臭设备内部霉变生菌,延长了设备的使用寿命。
为达到上述技术效果,本发明的技术方案是:
一种公厕除臭灭蝇方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、配置除臭灭蝇剂,所述除臭灭蝇剂包括除臭剂和灭蝇剂;
步骤二、将除臭灭蝇剂加入储液箱中与水混匀形成稀释的除臭灭蝇剂;
步骤三、开启气泵,气体流动形成负压,通过进水管道将储液箱中稀释的除臭灭蝇剂吸取到混合腔,并形成雾状喷出;
步骤四、当气水混合喷头的喷嘴堵住时,快速变换气泵的压力,使得滑杆前后移动,将喷头打通;
步骤五、当药品喷洒结束时,开启水泵将进水管道中残余的液体抽回储液箱,然后打开热风机和第一阀门,关闭液体阀,将进水管道左侧吹干,然后打开液体阀,关闭液体流量调节阀,将进水管道右侧吹干。
进一步的改进,所述步骤五中,打开反吹泵和第二阀门,关闭空气流量调节阀,对空气过滤器进行反吹。
进一步的改进,所述步骤一中,除臭灭蝇剂的喷洒量为垃圾裸露面0.05kg/㎡-0.5kg/㎡。
进一步的改进,所述除臭剂包括地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、纳豆芽孢杆菌、产朊假丝酵母、掷孢酵母、产色高温单孢菌和米曲霉。
进一步的改进,所述地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、纳豆芽孢杆菌、产朊假丝酵母、掷孢酵母、产色高温单孢菌和米曲霉的质量比为1.5:1.5:2:2.5:2.5:5:3。
进一步的改进,所述灭蝇剂包括6%氯氟氰菊酯、5%氟虫氰、3%十二烷基苯磺酸钙、3%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和1-4%的幼虫灭杀剂,其余为水;所述幼虫灭杀剂包括环丙氨嗪、吡丙醚、烯虫酯、灭蝇胺、除虫脲、双苯氟脲中的至少一种。
进一步的改进,所述幼虫灭杀剂包括环丙氨嗪和除虫脲。
进一步的改进,所述灭蝇剂为除臭剂体积的1-10%。

以下通过具体实施方式并且结合附图对本发明的技术方案作具体说明。
实施例1
如图1和图2所示的一种公厕除臭灭蝇的装置和使用方法,包括气水混合喷头1,所述气水混合喷头1包括喷嘴11,喷嘴11连通有混合腔12,混合腔12连通有进气孔13和进水孔14;进气孔13连通有进气管道2,进水孔14连通有进水管道3;所述进气管道2上设置有进气口21,进气口21顺气流方向依次连通气泵28、空气阀22、空气过滤器23、空气流量调节阀24和进气孔13;所述进水管道3上设置有进水口31,进水口31顺水流方向依次连通有储液箱310、水泵39、液体阀32、液体过滤器33、液体流量调节阀34和进水孔14;液体过滤器33和液体流量调节阀34之间的进水管道3连通有烘干管道35,烘干管道35连通有热风机36,烘干管道35上设置有第一阀门37。空气过滤器23和液体过滤器33分别用于过滤气体和液体,防止其内有杂物堵塞喷嘴。水泵39用于停止喷液时,将管道内惨留的水抽回储液箱310内。
本发明使用时,第一阀门37关闭,进气管道2通入气体,通过气体的流动形成负压,将进水管道3中的液体除臭剂吸入混合腔12,然后呈雾气中一起喷出。由于是通过气体形成的负压进行吸液,因此液体管路基本不承受压力,从而防止液体管路爆裂。而且水被空气包裹也有利于水的雾化。且气体流动性高于液体,因此气体管路承压也较小。空气过滤器23和液体过滤器33分别用于防止空气和液体中的杂质堵塞喷头。
当喷洒完毕后,打开第一阀门37和热风机36,将气水混合喷头1、进水管道3、液体过滤器33等烘干,从而防止发生霉变。
为了增加空气过滤器的使用寿命,空气过滤器23和空气流量调节阀24之间的进气管道2连通有反吹管25,反吹管25连通有反吹泵26,反吹管25上设置有第二阀门27。从而可以通过反吹,清理空气过滤器23的灰尘等脏物。
为了防止气水混合喷头1被堵塞,气水混合喷头1中部设有滑槽19,滑槽19内设有滑杆15,滑杆15前段设置有锥形部16,锥形部16固定有针头17,滑杆15后端通过弹簧18与气水混合喷头1底部连接。这样通过空气压力,锥形部16受力,使得滑杆15内缩,打开喷嘴11。当压力减小时,弹簧18的弹力使得滑杆15外顶,从而可以通过控制气流压力使得针头17来回运动,去除喷头的杂物,防止喷嘴11被堵塞。同时,当结束喷洒时,受弹簧弹力,锥形部16外凸将喷嘴11堵住,从而防止喷完之后出现滴漏现象,同时防止外物将喷嘴11堵塞。
烘干管道35内安装有湿度传感器38,所述液体阀32、液体流量调节阀34、第一阀门37为电磁阀;热风机36、液体阀32、液体流量调节阀34、第一阀门37和湿度传感器38电连接有控制系统。这样当结束喷涂,将进水管道3的水放干后,湿度传感器38感应到湿度下降,从而自动打开第一阀门37和热风机36,自动将管道烘干。
喷嘴11的直径为0.3mm。
使用的除臭剂可以为化学除臭剂,也可以为生物除臭剂。
实施例2
本发明还提供了一种优良的生物除臭剂,除臭剂包括地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、纳豆芽孢杆菌、产朊假丝酵母、掷孢酵母、产色 高温单孢菌和米曲霉;地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、纳豆芽孢杆菌、产朊假丝酵母、掷孢酵母、产色高温单孢菌和米曲霉的质量比为1.5:1.5:2:2.5:2.5:5:3。除臭剂中的菌液浓度为105个/ml-106个/ml。本发明所有的除臭剂与市售的生物除臭剂品种作对照,使用相同浓度和用量,发现本发明的除臭剂NH3去除率可达97.63%、H2S去除率98.12%、臭气浓度去除率90.12%、杂菌去除率75.64%;而市售品种的NH3去除率为88.63%、H2S去除率60.12%、臭气浓度去除率80.66%、杂菌去除率65.34%。因此本发明提供的除臭剂效果远优于市售品种。
实施例3
为了防止苍蝇传播病菌,在上述生物除臭剂中添加灭蝇剂,灭蝇剂优选为灭蝇剂A,包括6%氯氟氰菊酯、5%氟虫氰、3%十二烷基苯磺酸钙、3%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,其余为水。在其中加入质量比为2%的幼虫灭杀剂,其中幼虫灭杀剂分别选择为环丙氨嗪、吡丙醚、烯虫酯、灭蝇胺、除虫脲、双苯氟脲中的一种。在除臭剂中添加的灭蝇剂的体积分数为10%。将同一区的粪便垃圾均分为7份分别放入不同灭蝇室中,其中一份加入相应体积的水做空白对照,按照《生活垃圾卫生填埋场环境监测技术要求》GB18772-2008中的要求,放入诱蝇笼,采样方法是日出时将装好诱饵的诱蝇笼放在采样点上诱蝇,日落时收笼,用杀虫剂杀灭活蝇,一并计数。采集数据如表1所示:

表1的结果说明,加入幼虫灭杀剂可以明显灭杀掉垃圾中的苍蝇幼虫,从而延迟新的苍蝇的产生,迟滞苍蝇的产生数量。根据表1的结果,以20天为一周期对苍蝇进行灭杀,可以明显控制苍蝇数量处于可控范围内。灭蝇剂可根据条件在除臭剂体积的1-10%之间进行调节。
对六种幼虫灭杀剂进行搭配实验,在第20天时使用诱蝇笼进行苍蝇数量的检验。在灭蝇剂添加质量分数为2%的幼虫灭杀剂;幼虫灭杀剂包括两种组分,两种组分两两之间的质量比为1:1,具体实验数据如表2所示:

根据表2可以看出,环丙氨嗪与除虫脲具有良好的协同作用,其共同作用,可以极大限度的灭杀苍蝇幼虫。然后对环丙氨嗪与除虫脲的配比在1:3-3:1之间进行调节,发现当环丙氨嗪与除虫脲的质量比 为1:2左右时,其灭杀效果较好。幼虫灭杀剂的用量可根据苍蝇的密度在1-4%之间进行调节。
为了防止苍蝇抗药性,以20天为一个周期,连续三个周期添加灭蝇剂A;第四个周期添加灭蝇剂B如:吡虫啉。四个周期作为一个循环,以防止苍蝇产生抗药性。
上述仅为本发明的一个具体导向实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明的保护范围的行为。
Claims (8)
1.一种公厕除臭灭蝇方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、配置除臭灭蝇剂,所述除臭灭蝇剂包括除臭剂和灭蝇剂;
步骤二、将除臭灭蝇剂加入储液箱中与水混匀形成稀释的除臭灭蝇剂;
步骤三、开启气泵,气体流动形成负压,通过进水管道将储液箱中稀释的除臭灭蝇剂吸取到混合腔,并形成雾状喷出;
步骤四、当气水混合喷头的喷嘴堵住时,快速变换气泵的压力,使得滑杆前后移动,将喷头打通;
步骤五、当药品喷洒结束时,开启水泵将进水管道中残余的液体抽回储液箱,然后打开热风机和第一阀门,关闭液体阀,将进水管道左侧吹干,然后打开液体阀,关闭液体流量调节阀,将进水管道右侧吹干。
2.如权利要求1所述的公厕除臭灭蝇方法,其特征在于,所述步骤五中,打开反吹泵和第二阀门,关闭空气流量调节阀,对空气过滤器进行反吹。
3.如权利要求1所述的公厕除臭灭蝇方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中,除臭灭蝇剂的喷洒量为垃圾裸露面0.05kg/㎡-0.5kg/㎡。
4.如权利要求1所述的公厕除臭灭蝇方法,其特征在于,所述除臭剂包括地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、纳豆芽孢杆菌、产朊假丝酵母、掷孢酵母、产色高温单孢菌和米曲霉。
5.如权利要求4所述的公厕除臭灭蝇方法,其特征在于,所述地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、纳豆芽孢杆菌、产朊假丝酵母、掷孢酵母、产色高温单孢菌和米曲霉的质量比为1.5:1.5:2:2.5:2.5:5:3。
6.如权利要求1所述的公厕除臭灭蝇方法,其特征在于,所述灭蝇剂包括6%氯氟氰菊酯、5%氟虫氰、3%十二烷基苯磺酸钙、3%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和1-4%的幼虫灭杀剂,其余为水;所述幼虫灭杀剂包括环丙氨嗪、吡丙醚、烯虫酯、灭蝇胺、除虫脲、双苯氟脲中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求6所述的公厕除臭灭蝇方法,其特征在于,所述幼虫灭杀剂包括环丙氨嗪和除虫脲。
8.如权利要求1所述的公厕除臭灭蝇方法,其特征在于,所述灭蝇剂为除臭剂体积的1-10%。
