本发明公开了一种具有协同增效作用的除草组合物,有效成分由噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸(或其酯类化合物)组成,噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸(或其酯类化合物)三者在组合物中的重量比为1~20:1:1~30。本发明除草组合物主要应用于水稻田杂草的防除,与各单剂单独使用或相互二元复配使用相比明显提高了除草效果,扩大了除草谱,持效期长,对水稻安全。噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯三元复配后具有显著的协同增效作用,可减少各单剂的有效使用量,降低使用成本,减轻对环境的污染,延缓杂草抗药性的产生,增加农药使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药除草组合物及其应用领域,具体地说是一种以噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸(或其酯类化合物)为有效活性成分三元复配的除草组合物,主要应用于水稻田杂草的防除。
背景技术
噁唑酰草胺(metamifop)是芳氧苯氧丙酸类内吸传导型除草剂,其作用机制为乙酰辅酶A羧化酶抑制剂,能抑制植物脂肪酸的合成,可用于水稻田茎叶处理防除稗草、千金子、稻李氏禾、马唐等多种禾本科杂草,但是其对阔叶杂草和莎草科杂草基本无除草活性。
氯氟吡啶酯(florpyrauxifen)是新型芳香基吡啶甲酸类除草剂,具有广谱、高效、速效、用量低等特点。芽后茎叶处理,可用于水稻田防除禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草和莎草。
氯氟吡氧乙酸(fluroxypyr)、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯(fluroxypyr-meptyl)均为内吸传导型苗后除草剂,氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯是氯氟吡氧乙酸与醇类反应得到的酯类产物。氯氟吡氧乙酸、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯对水稻田的多种阔叶杂草有着很好的防治效果,但是对禾本科杂草和莎草科杂草防治效果差,且对水稻易产生药害。
可见,噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯单独使用时均存在一定的缺陷,如防治谱窄、对水稻易产生药害、使用成本高以及杂草易产生抗药性等诸多问题;由于水稻田杂草发生时草相复杂、种类繁多,如禾本科杂草、莎草科杂草和阔叶杂草等混合发生,即使将噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯相互二元复配使用,也存在对部分杂草防效差的缺陷,不能彻底解决水稻田杂草为害。
本发明人将噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯三种有效活性成分复配在一起,在一定的复配比例范围内,具有显著的协同增效作用,对水稻田多种阔叶杂草、禾本科杂草和莎草科杂草均具有突出的防治效果,扩大了除草谱,降低了使用成本,延缓了杂草抗药性的产生,对水稻安全,有效解决了各单剂单独使用或相互二元复配使用时上述所述存在的多种问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种组分合理,协同增效作用显著,除草效果突出,除草谱广,持效期长,用药成本低,能延缓杂草产生抗药性,且对水稻安全的三元复配除草组合物。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述除草组合物在防除水稻田杂草中的应用。
本发明的技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种具有协同作用的除草组合物,有效成分由噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸(或其酯类化合物)组成,噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸(或其酯类化合物)三者在组合物中的重量比为1~20:1:1~30,优选重量比为10:1:15或10:1:30。
本发明除草组合物中,噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸(或其酯类化合物)在组合物中的总重量百分含量为1%~85%,优选总重量百分含量为10%~70%。
本发明除草组合物可以制备成适合农业生产上使用的多种应用剂型,比较好的剂型有水悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、乳油、水分散粒剂、微乳剂、水乳剂等。
本发明除草组合物制备的各种应用剂型中,除了有效活性成分外,还包括农药中允许使用和可以接受的各种辅助成分。

乳油中的辅助成分有:乳化剂可选自如十二烷基苯磺酸钙(农乳500#)、农乳700#、农乳2201、斯盘-60#、乳化剂T-60(通用名:失水山梨醇单硬酯酸酯聚氧乙烯醚)、TX-10(通用名:辛基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚)、农乳1601#、农乳600#、农乳400#中的一种或几种的混合;溶剂可选自如二甲苯、三甲苯、甲基萘、溶剂油(S-150、S-180、S-200)、甲苯、油酸甲酯、脂肪酸甲酯、松基油、大豆油、生物柴油中的一种或几种的混合;助溶剂可选自如乙酸乙酯、甲醇、二甲基甲酰胺、环己酮、丙酮中的一种或几种的混合。
所述除草组合物各种应用剂型的生产工艺均属现有已知技术,在此不再赘述。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1、噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯三元复配,具有显著的协同增效作用,较之各单剂单独使用或相互二元复配使用明显提高了对杂草的防治效果,扩大了除草谱。
2、噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯三元复配,作用机理互不相同,作用位点增加,可延缓杂草抗药性的产生,延长农药使用寿命。
3、噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯三元复配,减少了农药有效使用量,降低了使用成本、减轻了对环境的污染。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明的实质,下面结合实施例对本发明的内容作进一步说明,但不能视为对本发明的限制,以下所述仅用于解释本发明,对于不偏离本发明精神和原则所做的修改、替换或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
下列各实施例中所有百分比均为重量百分比。
实施例1:17%噁唑酰草胺·氯氟吡啶酯·氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯水悬浮剂。
噁唑酰草胺1%、氯氟吡啶酯1%、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯15%、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯12%、烷基萘磺酸盐5%、黄原胶2%、异噻唑啉酮0.3%、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物0.2%、甲基亚丙基双甘醇2%、去离子水补足100%。将上述物料按比例混合,经高速剪切分散均匀、砂磨机中砂磨后,制得17%噁唑酰草胺·氯氟吡啶酯·氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯水悬浮剂。
实施例2:26%噁唑酰草胺·氯氟吡啶酯·氯氟吡氧乙酸可分散油悬浮剂。
噁唑酰草胺10%、氯氟吡啶酯1%、氯氟吡氧乙酸15%、EO-PO嵌段共聚物10%、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚5%、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚8%、硅酸镁铝1.5%、乙二醇1.5%、松脂基植物油补足100%。将上述物料按比例混合,经高速剪切分散均匀、砂磨机中砂磨后,制得26%噁唑酰草胺·氯氟吡啶酯·氯氟吡氧乙酸可分散油悬浮剂。
实施例3:51%噁唑酰草胺·氯氟吡啶酯·氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯水分散粒剂。
噁唑酰草胺20%、氯氟吡啶酯1%、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯30%、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚嵌段共聚物15%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯基醚12%、硫酸铵8%、硅藻土补足100%。将上述物料按比例混合,经气流粉碎混合均匀、捏合造粒、干燥筛分后,制得51%噁唑酰草胺·氯氟吡啶酯·氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯水分散粒剂。
实施例4:32%噁唑酰草胺·氯氟吡啶酯·氯氟吡氧乙酸微乳剂。
噁唑酰草胺1%、氯氟吡啶酯1%、氯氟吡氧乙酸30%、农乳2201#10%、甲醇1.5%、环己酮10%、乙酸仲丁酯5%、乙二醇2%、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物0.2%、环氧大豆油2.5%、去离子水补足100%。将上述物料按比例混合,经高速剪切搅拌均匀后,制得32%噁唑酰草胺·氯氟吡啶酯·氯氟吡氧乙酸微乳剂。
实施例5:41%噁唑酰草胺·氯氟吡啶酯·氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯乳油。
噁唑酰草胺10%、氯氟吡啶酯1%、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯30%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙5%、失水山梨醇单硬酯酸酯聚氧乙烯醚5%、二甲基甲酰胺10%、松基油补足100%。将上述物料按比例混合,经溶解搅拌均匀后,制得41%噁唑酰草胺·氯氟吡啶酯·氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯乳油。
实施例6:36%噁唑酰草胺·氯氟吡啶酯·氯氟吡氧乙酸水乳剂。
噁唑酰草胺14%、氯氟吡啶酯1%、氯氟吡氧乙酸21%、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚15%、醋酸仲丁酯10%、溶剂油(牌号:S-180)5%、丁基羟基茴香醚2%、乙二醇1.5%、纤维素醚1.5%、硅油0.2%、苯甲酸钠0.5%、去离子水补足100%。将上述物料按比例混合,经高速剪切搅拌均匀后,制得36%噁唑酰草胺·氯氟吡啶酯·氯氟吡氧乙酸水乳剂。
实施例7:室内生物活性测定。
试验方法:参考《农药室内生物测定试验准则除草剂NY/T1155.4-2006》,采用茎叶喷雾法。试验方法:在高6cm、直径9cm的塑料钵内装定量土,将供试靶标杂草种子15~20粒播种在塑料钵内,盖0.5~1cm厚的细土后放在温室内培养,待杂草长至2-3叶期进行喷雾处理,每钵喷药液1mL,每处理重复4次,并设不含药剂的处理为对照。处理后试材置于温室内培养,定期观察靶标杂草的生长情况,21d后目测靶标受害症状及生长抑制情况,并称地上部分鲜重,计算鲜重防效。
用DPS统计分析软件对药剂剂量的对数值与鲜重防效的几率制进行回归分析,计算各药剂的ED50,并根据孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)。
共毒系数(CTC)≥120表现为增效作用;CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<CTC<120表现为相加作用。

实施例8:田间药效试验
试验地选择水稻田进行,每处理设3个重复,药后30天观察各处理杂草死亡情况并计算防效。
表7各药剂处理防除水稻田杂草的田间药效试验结果
由表7的田间试验结果可以看出,药后30天噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯三元复配的各实施例组合物制剂均对水稻田的稻李氏禾、光头稗、鳢肠、眼子菜、野荸荠、日照飘拂草等杂草具有优异的防治效果,防效均达80%以上,明显要好于各单剂单独使用或相互二元复配使用,其中实施例2(26%噁唑酰草胺·氯氟吡啶酯·氯氟吡氧乙酸可分散油悬浮剂)和实施例5(41%噁唑酰草胺·氯氟吡啶酯·氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯乳油)的防效更加突出,防效均达90%以上。同时在试验调查过程中未发现噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯三元复配的各实施例组合物制剂对水稻产生药害。
综上所述,本发明所述的一种具有协同作用的除草组合物,协同增效作用显著,相比各单剂单独使用或相互二元复配使用扩大了除草谱,提高了防效,能有效防除水稻田阔叶杂草、禾本科杂草和莎草科杂草等多种杂草,持效期长,使用成本低,对水稻安全,值得在农业生产上推广应用。
Claims (7)
1.一种具有协同增效作用的除草组合物,其特征在于:有效成分由噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯组成,噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯三者在组合物中的重量比为1~20:1:1~30。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有协同增效作用的除草组合物,其特征在于:噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯三者在组合物中的重量比为10:1:15。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有协同增效作用的除草组合物,其特征在于:噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯三者在组合物中的重量比为10:1:30。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有协同增效作用的除草组合物,其特征在于:噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡啶酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸或氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯三者在组合物中的总重量百分含量为1%~85%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有协同作用的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述除草组合物的剂型为水悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、乳油、水分散粒剂、微乳剂或水乳剂。
6.权利要求1所述的一种具有协同作用的除草组合物在防除水稻田杂草中的用途。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种具有协同作用的除草组合物在防除水稻田杂草中的用途,其特征在于:所述水稻田杂草为稻李氏禾、光头稗、鳢肠、眼子菜、野荸荠、日照飘拂草。
