Detailed Description
The invention provides a solid detergent for tableware, which comprises a washing mixture and a flexible framework, wherein the flexible framework is preferably made of a porous material or a filamentous, strip-shaped or net-shaped (including a woven cloth-shaped) material, or other flexible materials capable of being attached with the washing mixture, and the washing mixture is fixed on the flexible framework and generally fills all or part (usually most) of gaps in the flexible framework. The detergent block is characterized in that the detergent material in/on the flexible framework is solid, only the detergent material which is wiped to the surface of the object to be washed is separated from the flexible framework, the detergent material which is not coated on the surface of the object to be washed is not wasted, and the friction effect of the flexible framework is helpful for removing dirt which is fixed on the surface of the object. The hardness of the flexible skeleton can be based on actual needs, for example, the hardness of the existing steel wire dish washing ball can be the same as that of the existing plastic bath ball.
The flexible skeleton is preferably made of natural fibres, but also synthetic fibres, or of metal wires, or a mixture of several different materials. When the washing material is made of natural fibers, the holes of the natural fibers can be used for absorbing the washing material and slowly releasing the washing material when necessary, the washing material is particularly favorable for improving the consolidation strength of the washing material on the flexible framework, the washing material is prevented from being stripped from the flexible framework, water is prevented from permeating into the washing material along the gaps on the surface of the framework during washing, the washing material is dissolved, the whole detergent is softened and even dispersed, and when the washing material on the outer layer is used up, the natural fibers exposed outside can better absorb water and control the release amount of the washing material by using the holes in the natural fibers in the washing process compared with synthetic fibers, so that the washing effect is ensured, and the washing material is prevented from being excessively separated.
The porosity of the flexible framework (the ratio of the voids between the metal wires, fiber yarns or meshes, without considering the internal porosity of the fibers) is preferably 20-50% to better adapt to the washing requirements.
The flexible framework is preferably a bath ball-shaped or cleaning ball-shaped flexible framework, and can also be a block-shaped structure which is relatively fixed in shape, such as a scouring pad, a dish towel, a multilayer dish washing block and the like, and is similar to a rectangle or a ball.
The flexible skeleton made of natural fiber is preferably made of natural fiber yarn, silk screen or cloth, and is in any suitable three-dimensional shape (which can be deformed under the action of self gravity according to the flexibility of the flexible skeleton material) such as spherical shape, rectangular shape or ellipsoidal shape in a natural state, and can be set in any way according to needs and consumer preferences, and gaps are left among the yarns (including the yarn of the silk screen or the cloth) so as to accommodate washing materials.
The plastic making is that flexible materials are locally connected to form a flexible body (which is not changed into a compact and/or hard body in a compaction or compact bonding mode) with a three-dimensional shape such as a sphere, a rectangle, an olive and the like, and the materials are sewn into a whole from the center or the edge; winding and bundling a silk screen or cloth strip into a bathtub shape; winding or weaving natural fiber yarns or cloth strips into cleaning balls and the like.
The natural fiber is mixed with synthetic fiber, such as nylon filament, accounting for 20-30% of the total mass of the fiber to improve the strength of the flexible skeleton, and the natural fiber can be mixed with the synthetic fiber to form yarn in any suitable mode, such as mixing the synthetic fiber with the natural fiber to form yarn, or blending the synthetic fiber yarn and the natural fiber yarn into yarn, or weaving the synthetic fiber yarn to replace part of the natural fiber yarn to form silk screen or woven cloth.
Preferably, the washing mixture mainly comprises 100 parts by mass of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 25-35 parts by mass of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 20-30 parts by mass of saponin powder, 20-30 parts by mass of AEO-9, 80-110 parts by mass of bentonite powder and 40-60 parts by mass of zeolite powder.
