腺嘌呤核苷广泛分布于动物及植物组织,是多种羧化酶辅基的成分。它与酶蛋白活性部位的某个赖氨酸残基结合生成L-赖氨酸,亦称生物胞素。生物胞素是许多需ATP的羧化反应中羧基的载体。
三十烷醇磷酸酯钾(简称TPK),是一种从蜂蜡、米糠蜡、甘蔗中提取的三十烷醇为原料的天然新型植物生长刺激剂,其本身亦具有乳化性,容易进入植物并在植物体内的代谢过程中缓慢释放出三十烷醇(TA),由于三十烷醇的特性,可经由植物的茎、叶吸收而促进植物的生长,能够增加干物质的积累、改善细胞膜的透性、增加叶绿素的含量、提高光合强度、增强淀粉酶、多氧化酶、过氧化物酶活性。可以促进发芽、生根、茎叶生长及开花,使农作物早熟,提高结实率,增强抗寒、抗旱能力、增加产量、改善产品品质。同时对人畜无害及副作用,对环境无污染,农业上可作为广谱性植物生长刺激剂。由于 TPK是在TA的分子结构上加入了磷酸酯钾,TPK还可兼具P、K的功能,对植物的代谢产生重要的影响,因此,可通过根茎叶吸收,促生长促分裂,增加叶绿素,提高光合作用,激活生物酶,促花芽分化,提高座果率,具有良好增产作用。同时可显著提高植物酸还原酶活性,且由于硝酸还原的是植物氮素代谢途径的限速酶,其活性大小不仅与硝酸盐的利用能力有关,还可提高蛋白质,氨基酸的合成,提高其在植物中的含量,提高光合色素及光合辅助色素合成,使得光合作用增强,生长速度加快,促进产量提高。也为保持生态平衡、回归自然、为绿色食品提供重要的技术支持。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺陷,本发明提出了一种生物刺激剂组合物及其制剂和应用,组合物可应用于植物生长,其特点为使用方便,效率较高,成本较低,因此具有极其广泛的应用前景。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出一种生物刺激剂组合物,所述组合物包括腺嘌呤核苷和植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐,所述腺嘌呤核苷和植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐质量比为(1~10):(0.1~5)。
优选的,所述腺嘌呤核苷和植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐质量比为(2~6):(0.2~2)。
一种制剂,包括本发明所提供的生物刺激剂组合物和辅剂;所述辅剂为溶剂、助剂和载体中任意两种或三种。
优选的,所述生物刺激剂组合物在制剂中的质量百分比含量为:腺嘌呤核苷0.1~10%,植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐0.01~10%。
优选的,所述制剂的剂型为乳粉剂、粉剂或可湿性粉剂。
所述制剂按重量百分比计包括以下组分:腺嘌呤核苷0.5~10%,植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐0.1~3.0%,助剂85~97%;所述助剂为溶剂、乳化剂和增效剂,所述助剂按重量百分比计包括以下组分:包括溶剂5~15%,增效剂45~75%,防结块剂0.5~5%。
所述增效剂为至少一种选自加益粉、无水硫酸镁、硫酸锌、聚天冬氨酸钙;所述填料为至少一种选自白炭黑、高岭土、硅藻土或轻质碳酸钙;所述乳化剂为至少一种选自十二烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸环氧乙烷加成物、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯;所述溶剂为至少一种选自甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、丙酮、环戊酮、环己酮或乙酸乙酯;所述防结块剂为亚铁氰化钾、硅铝酸钠或二氧化硅。
所述制剂的剂型为乳粉剂,所述制剂按重量百分比计包括:腺嘌呤核苷为(1~10)%,植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐(0.1~5)%,乳化剂0.2~5%,增效剂25~45%,填料15~55%;所述制剂的剂型为粉剂,所述制剂按重量百分比计包括:腺嘌呤核苷为(1~10)%,植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐0.1~5%,乳化剂1~10%,增效剂 25~45%,填料15~55%;所述制剂的剂型为可湿性粉剂,所述制剂按重量百分比计包括:腺嘌呤核苷1~10%,植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐0.1~1.0%,乳化剂1~10%,增效剂25~45%,填料15~ 55%。
本发明所提供的生物刺激剂组合物以及本发明所提供的制剂在促进植物生长、促进果蔬坐果和抗逆方面的应用。
所述果蔬包括水果和蔬菜;所述水果为任意一种选自葡萄、苹果、梨、枇杷、柑橘、樱桃、芒果、荔枝、猕猴桃、桃或杏;所述蔬菜为任意一种选自西红柿、黄瓜、丝瓜,豆角,茄子、苦瓜、辣椒或青椒。
有益效果
本发明所述生物刺激剂组合物包括腺嘌呤核苷和植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐以一定的比例组成,具有促进植物生长、促进果蔬坐果和抗逆方面的作用,本发明提供的含所述生物刺激剂组合物的制剂,通过助剂的选择,助剂与组合物之间的配比,经药效稳定性试验证明,本申请所述制剂能显著提高药效稳定性,增加制剂的利用率,适合工业化生产。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
具体实施方案以下述实施例阐述并应用于农业领域。
实施例1
配方为:腺嘌呤核苷1.5%,植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐 0.3%,加益粉30%,无水硫酸镁28%,防结块剂0.5%,溶剂为甲醇,其余成分为填料。
制备步骤:
(1)将腺嘌呤核苷用少量去离子水溶解,溶液呈无色透明状,无沉淀。
(2)用一定量的甲醇溶液溶解植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐,溶液呈乳白色,无不溶物。
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)得到的溶液,倒入加益粉上,直至溶液被加益粉完全吸附,在室温下晾干。
(4)将助剂、填料、防结块剂连同步骤(3)晾干后的物质,一起倒入粉碎机中粉碎,得到最终产品。
(5)测得产品理化性质为:呈白色粉状,水中溶解度为5%,溶液的pH=6.0-7.0。
实施例2
组成成分为:腺嘌呤核苷2.5%,植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐0.5%,助剂10%,其余成分为填料。其中助剂按质量百分比包括以下组分:加益粉82%,溶剂10%,防结块剂5%。
制备与应用:如图1
应用步骤:
(1)调节溶液的pH=6.0-7.0。
(2)使用前稀释至规定浓度,按要求喷施于植物叶面或根部。
(3)可与肥料混合后施用。
实施例3本制剂对茄子生长的影响
材料与方法:
(1)供试作物:茄子;
(2)供试药剂:实施例1所制(标记为:CBLS),按照设计浓度施用;
(3)对照药剂:类三十烷醇·芸乳粉(标记为:SYRF)。
试验方法与结果:
(1)试验方法:挑选生长一致的幼苗定植于大田中,在幼苗期和开花期分两次喷施1g/亩、2g/亩的制剂CBLS和3000X对照SYRF,试验采用随机区组排列,每小区15株,重复3次。
(2)结果分析:从表1可知,制剂CBLS在所设浓度中,均显著增大茄子果实纵径、果实横径和单果重,对照相比,增长率分别为 (19.88%、7.07%和37.62%)和(18.46%、15.27%和58.13%);对照 SYRF在3000X时,对茄子果实性状也表现出促进作用,增长率分别为12.98%、4.01%和22.80%。

(3)试验结论:通过此次试验可知,制剂CBLS在所设浓度中,均显著增大茄子果实纵径、果实横径和单果重。综合比较,制剂CBLS在 2g/亩时,对茄子植株长势和果实性状表现最好,且优于3000X的对照SYRF。
Claims (10)
1.一种生物刺激剂组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物包括腺嘌呤核苷和植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐,所述腺嘌呤核苷和植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐质量比为(1~10):(0.1~5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物刺激剂组合物,其特征在于:所述腺嘌呤核苷和植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐质量比为(1~10):(0.1~5)。
3.一种制剂,其特征在于:包括权利要求1或2任意一项权利要求所述的生物刺激剂组合物和助剂;所述助剂为溶剂、增效剂和填料中任意两种或三种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制剂,其特征在于:所述生物刺激剂组合物在制剂中的质量百分比含量为:腺嘌呤核苷1~10%,植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐0.1~5.0%,助剂85~97%。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的制剂,其特征在于:所述制剂的剂型为乳粉剂、粉剂或可湿性粉剂。
6.根据权利要求3所述的制剂,其特征在于:所述制剂按重量百分比计包括以下组分:腺嘌呤核苷1~10%,植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐0.1~5.0%,助剂85~97%;所述助剂为溶剂、乳化剂和增效剂,所述助剂按重量百分比计包括以下组分:包括溶剂5~15%,增效剂45~75%,防结块剂0.5~5%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制剂,其特征在于:所述增效剂为至少一种选自加益粉、无水硫酸镁、硫酸锌、聚天冬氨酸钙;所述填料为至少一种选自白炭黑、高岭土、硅藻土或轻质碳酸钙;所述乳化剂为至少一种选自十二烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸环氧乙烷加成物、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯;所述溶剂为至少一种选自甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、丙酮、环戊酮、环己酮或乙酸乙酯;所述防结块剂为亚铁氰化钾、硅铝酸钠或二氧化硅。
8.根据权利要求3所述的制剂,其特征在于:所述制剂的剂型为乳粉剂,所述制剂按重量百分比计包括:腺嘌呤核苷为(1~10)%,植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐(0.1~5)%,乳化剂0.2~5%,增效剂25~45%,填料15~55%;所述制剂的剂型为粉剂,所述制剂按重量百分比计包括:腺嘌呤核苷为(1~10)%,植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐0.1~5.0%,乳化剂1~10%,增效剂25~45%,填料15~55%;所述制剂的剂型为可湿性粉剂,所述制剂按重量百分比计包括:腺嘌呤核苷1~10%,植物提取物三十烷醇磷酸酯钾盐0.1~5.0%,乳化剂1~10%,增效剂25~45%,填料15~55%。
9.根据权利要求1至2任意一项所述的植物生长调节组合物以及权利要求3至8任意一项权利要求所述的制剂在促进植物生长、促进果蔬坐果和抗逆方面的应用。
10.根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于:所述果蔬包括水果和蔬菜;所述水果为任意一种选自葡萄、苹果、梨、枇杷、柑橘、樱桃、芒果、荔枝、猕猴桃、桃或杏;所述蔬菜为任意一种选自西红柿、黄瓜、丝瓜,豆角,茄子、苦瓜、青椒或辣椒。
