Abstract
本发明公开了一种增强手套防切割性能的浸胶复合材料,其特征在于:在胶乳中添加有添加物,所述添加物为金属氧化物和/或二氧化硅和/或玻璃纤维和/或玄武岩纤维和/或芳纶纤维。本发明通过对浸胶层的配方进行改良,浸胶层具有防切割性能,其可明显提高手套的防切割等级。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种手套浸胶层,具体地说,涉及一种增强手套防切割性能的浸胶复合材料。
背景技术
浸胶手套所用浸胶层常见的有PU、丁腈等,浸胶层的作用大多为增强手套的抓握力、耐磨性。而手套的防切割性能只能通过手套芯来提升,现有的浸胶层都不具有增强防切割的功能。因此,需要一种新的技术方案来解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种增强手套防切割性能的浸胶复合材料,利用该浸胶复合材料制成的浸胶层能够明显增强手套的防切割等级。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种增强手套防切割性能的浸胶复合材料,在胶乳中添加有添加物,所述添加物为金属氧化物和/或二氧化硅和/或玻璃纤维和/或玄武岩纤维和/或芳纶纤维。
所述胶乳为天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶、聚氨酯、聚脲、硅胶、丁苯橡胶、聚异戊二烯橡胶和丙烯酸中一种或几种任意比例的混合物。
所述金属氧化物为二氧化钛、氧化铁、氧化钙、氧化镁、氧化钠、氧化钾、氧化磷、氧化锰和氧化锆中的一种或几种任意比例的混合物。
所述金属氧化物的形态为晶须或是粉末状。
所述玻璃纤维、玄武岩纤维和芳纶纤维均为短纤或是浆粕。
所述添加物与胶乳的质量比为1-60:100。
本发明通过对浸胶层的配方进行改良,浸胶层具有防切割性能,其可明显提高手套的防切割等级。
具体实施方案
实施例1
一种增强手套防切割性能的浸胶复合材料,在10Kg聚氨酯胶料中添加0.05Kg二氧化钛细粉和0.05Kg二氧化硅细粉,搅拌均匀后制得浸胶复合料,采用普通不具有耐切割等级的手套芯,按照现有浸胶工艺浸胶制得手套。
实施例2
浸胶复合料由10Kg聚氨酯胶料中添加0.1Kg二氧化硅细粉搅拌均匀制得,手套芯及浸胶工艺同实施例1。
实施例3
浸胶复合料由10Kg聚氨酯胶料中添加0.05Kg二氧化硅细粉和0.06Kg玻璃短纤搅拌均匀制得,手套芯及浸胶工艺同实施例1。
实施例4
浸胶复合料由10Kg聚氨酯胶料中添加0.05Kg二氧化硅细粉和0.06Kg玻璃短纤搅拌均匀制得,手套芯及浸胶工艺同实施例1。
实施例5
浸胶复合料由10Kg聚氨酯胶料中添加0.05Kg二氧化钛细粉、0.05Kg二氧化硅细粉和0.06Kg玻璃短纤搅拌均匀制得,手套芯及浸胶工艺同实施例1。
实施例6
浸胶复合料由10Kg丁腈胶料中添加0.05Kg玄武岩纤维短纤和0.06Kg玻璃短纤搅拌均匀制得,手套芯及浸胶工艺同实施例1。
实施例7
浸胶复合料由10Kg丁腈胶料中添加0.12Kg玻璃短纤搅拌均匀制得,手套芯及浸胶工艺同实施例1。
实施例8
浸胶复合料由10Kg丁腈胶料中添加0.05Kg氧化镁、0.05K氧化钙、0.05Kg芳纶纤维浆搅拌均匀制得,手套芯及浸胶工艺同实施例1。
实施例9
浸胶复合料由10Kg聚脲料中添加0.05Kg二氧化硅和0.05K氧化钙搅拌均匀制得,手套芯及浸胶工艺同实施例1。
实施例10
浸胶复合料由10Kg聚脲料中添加0.05Kg二氧化硅和0.05K玄武岩短纤维搅拌均匀制得,手套芯及浸胶工艺同实施例1。
对比例1
浸胶复合料仅由聚氨酯胶料组成,取实施例1同等的手套芯,采用相同的浸胶工艺制得手套。
对比例2
浸胶复合料仅由丁腈胶料组成,取实施例1同等的手套芯,采用相同的浸胶工艺制得手套。
对比例3
浸胶复合料仅由聚脲胶料组成,取实施例1同等的手套芯,采用相同的浸胶工艺制得手套。
上述实施例1-10以及对比例1-3中所制得手套的浸胶层厚度均相同,上述13组手套的切割等级经耐切割等级检测,所得数据如下:

1.一种增强手套防切割性能的浸胶复合材料,其特征在于:在胶乳中添加有添加物,所述添加物为金属氧化物和/或二氧化硅和/或玻璃纤维和/或玄武岩纤维和/或芳纶纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强手套防切割性能的浸胶复合材料,其特征在于:所述胶乳为天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶、氯丁橡胶、聚氨酯、聚脲、硅胶、丁苯橡胶、聚异戊二烯橡胶和丙烯酸中一种或几种任意比例的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强手套防切割性能的浸胶复合材料,其特征在于:所述金属氧化物为二氧化钛、氧化铁、氧化钙、氧化镁、氧化钠、氧化钾、氧化磷、氧化锰和氧化锆中的一种或几种任意比例的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种增强手套防切割性能的浸胶复合材料,其特征在于:所述金属氧化物的形态为晶须或是粉末状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强手套防切割性能的浸胶复合材料,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维、玄武岩纤维和芳纶纤维均为短纤或是浆粕。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种增强手套防切割性能的浸胶复合材料,其特征在于:所述添加物与胶乳的质量比为1-60:100。
