本发明提供一种医疗绷带及其制作方法,所述医疗绷带包括外表层、内表层;所述外表层为麻纤维与聚丙烯树脂纤维制作的无纺布,所述内表层为壳聚糖纤维制作的无纺布;所述外表层、内表层采用纺粘法制备形成,所述外表层、内表层之间采用水刺法进行复合形成。所述医疗绷带的制作方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1,将外表层无纺布和内表层无纺布卷制成卷;步骤2,将外表层无纺布及内表层无纺布进行托辊压合;步骤3,将压合后的双层无纺布进行水刺复合形成整体;在水刺复合过程中,采用中药液作为高压水流介质,对无纺布进行射流穿刺;步骤4,复合后的无纺布经过烘干箱烘干。本发明与伤口贴合性好,纤维不会对伤口造成损伤。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗卫生品技术领域,特别是一种医疗绷带及其制作方法。
背景技术
绷带是一种用以固定和保护手术或受伤部位的材料,是一种常见的医疗用品。绷带包扎为伤口提供了能够促进其愈合的环境,其保护伤口防止环境污染,防止外部物质对伤口造成组织损伤,固定伤口边缘,提供压力以闭合死腔,并减少水肿和出血。
现有的绷带为纱布或者棉布制作而成,用其包扎伤口后,其作用单一,伤口在恢复过程中容易受到外部细菌的感染,导致伤口愈合速度慢,尤其在夏季,绷带将伤口捂住后,容易导致伤口发炎。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种医疗绷带及其制作方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种医疗绷带,包括外表层、内表层;所述外表层为麻纤维与聚丙烯树脂纤维制作的无纺布,所述内表层为壳聚糖纤维制作的无纺布;
所述外表层、内表层采用纺粘法制备形成,所述外表层、内表层之间采用水刺法进行复合形成。
所述的壳聚糖纤维包括如下重量份组分:壳聚糖45-50份、热塑性聚氨酯20-30份、线性低密度聚乙烯5-8份、纳米银离子粉末2-3份、交联剂1-3份、接枝助剂1-2份、加工助剂1-2份,且通过以下步骤制备:
步骤1)原料制备:将壳聚糖、热塑性聚氨酯、线性低密度聚乙烯、纳米银离子粉末、交联剂、加工助剂按比例充分混合后,密炼机组密炼造粒制得原料粒料,密炼机造粒温度150℃,密炼时间30min,造粒机造粒温度120℃;
步骤2)纤维制备:将制得粒料充分搅拌后,加入接枝助剂进行接枝改性,充分混合后在双螺杆挤出机拉丝,制成壳聚糖纤维。
进一步的,所述交联剂选自二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述接枝助剂为邻苯二甲酸酐和马来酸酐中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述的加工助剂为低分子酯类硬脂酸和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述医疗绷带的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,采用纺粘法制得外表层无纺布和内表层无纺布,将外表层无纺布和内表层无纺布卷制成卷;
步骤2,将外表层无纺布及内表层无纺布上下布置,外表层无纺布及内表层无纺布进行托辊压合,压合后外表层无纺布及内表层无纺布形成压合状态的双层无纺布A;
步骤3,将压合后的双层无纺布A穿过水刺加工系统的高压水流,双层无纺布A进行水刺复合形成整体;在水刺复合过程中,采用中药液作为高压水流介质,对无纺布进行射流穿刺;得到复合后的无纺布B;
步骤4,复合后的无纺布B经过烘干箱烘干,烘干后进行卷料成卷,卷料分切后进行杀菌,杀菌后包装制得医疗绷带。
进一步的,所述外表层无纺布的克重为60g/平方米,所述内表层无纺布的克重为80g/平方米。
进一步的,步骤3中水刺的水流压力为4-4.5Mpa。
进一步的,所述中药液采用如下步骤制成:
步骤1)选取原料,去除杂物,所述原料包括如下重量份组份:癣草25-30份、牡荆叶8-10份、老鹳草12-15份、金果榄8-15份、老枪谷子20-25份、荜澄茄15-18份、白背叶根12-15份、吊竹梅3-5份、石荠苎5-8份、鸡眼草15-20份、烂脚草25-30份、金银花20-25份、三白草15-20份、兰香草10-20份;
步骤2)将各原料进行磨粉,磨粉后粒径小于0.5mm;然后将磨粉后的原料按配比进行充分混合,制成混合物A;
步骤3)将混合后的混合物A加入5倍质量的水,进行煮制,煮至沸腾30分钟后,过滤得到中药液。
所述的水刺加工系统,包括压合托辊、第一托辊、第二托辊、第三托辊、第四托辊、烘干箱、输网帘、接水槽、水刺头、挤压滚筒、集水槽、水泵;
所述压合托辊设有2件相对设置的滚筒,用于将经过滚筒之间的无纺布进行挤压;
所述第一托辊、第二托辊、第三托辊、第四托辊外设有输网帘,所述第一托辊、第二托辊位于第三托辊、第四托辊的上部,所述第一托辊、第二托辊、第三托辊、第四托辊及输网帘组成四边形,所述输网帘用于支撑位于其上方的无纺布;
所述水刺头位于输网帘的上方,所述水刺头用于喷射高压水流;
接水槽,所述接水槽位于水刺头下方,所述接水槽用于回收穿刺的水流;
所述挤压滚筒位于第二托辊的一侧,所述挤压滚筒设有2件相对设置的滚筒,用于将水刺复合的无纺布压紧;
所述接水槽通过水管与集水槽相连,所述水泵的进水口通过水管与集水槽相连,所述水泵的出水口通过水管与水刺头相连;
所述烘干箱设置在挤压滚筒的一侧,所述烘干箱内设有第五托辊,所述烘干箱的内壁设有加热丝,所述烘干箱下方设有中转滚筒;所述烘干箱用于烘干水刺后的无纺布。
进一步的,所述水泵的进水口连接有过滤器。
本发明中,医疗绷带采用双层结构,外表面采用麻纤维与聚丙烯树脂纤维制作的无纺布,使得结构透气性好,并具有较大强度;内表层采用壳聚糖纤维制作的无纺布,与伤口贴合性好,纤维不会对伤口造成损伤;采用中药液进行水刺复合,使得无纺布中含有中药成分,能够对伤口进行灭菌;并且双层复合性好,不会出现分层;将中药液通过高压水刺的方式对无纺布进行喷射,带有中药成分的高压水流穿过无纺布并反复回弹撞击,使得中药成分能够进入纤维之间,使绷带中集聚更多的中药成分,使得药效持久。

实施例1:
一种医疗绷带,包括外表层、内表层;所述外表层为麻纤维与聚丙烯树脂纤维制作的无纺布,所述内表层为壳聚糖纤维制作的无纺布;
所述外表层、内表层采用纺粘法制备形成,所述外表层、内表层之间采用水刺法进行复合形成;
所述的壳聚糖纤维包括如下重量份组分:壳聚糖45份、热塑性聚氨酯25份、线性低密度聚乙烯8份、纳米银离子粉末2份、交联剂2份、接枝助剂2份、加工助剂1份,且通过以下步骤制备:
步骤1)原料制备:将壳聚糖、热塑性聚氨酯、线性低密度聚乙烯、纳米银离子粉末、交联剂、加工助剂按比例充分混合后,密炼机组密炼造粒制得原料粒料,密炼机造粒温度150℃,密炼时间30min,造粒机造粒温度120℃;
步骤2)纤维制备:将制得粒料充分搅拌后,加入接枝助剂进行接枝改性,充分混合后在双螺杆挤出机拉丝,制成壳聚糖纤维;
所述交联剂采用二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯;所述接枝助剂采用邻苯二甲酸酐;所述的加工助剂采用低分子酯类硬脂酸。
所述医疗绷带的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,采用纺粘法制得外表层无纺布和内表层无纺布,将外表层无纺布和内表层无纺布卷制成卷;
步骤2,将外表层无纺布及内表层无纺布上下布置,外表层无纺布及内表层无纺布进行托辊压合,压合后外表层无纺布及内表层无纺布形成压合状态的双层无纺布A;
步骤3,将压合后的双层无纺布A穿过水刺加工系统的高压水流,双层无纺布A进行水刺复合形成整体;在水刺复合过程中,采用中药液作为高压水流介质,对无纺布进行射流穿刺;得到复合后的无纺布B;水刺的水流压力为4Mpa;
步骤4,复合后的无纺布B经过烘干箱烘干,烘干后进行卷料成卷,卷料分切后进行杀菌,杀菌后包装制得医疗绷带。
具体的,所述外表层无纺布的克重为60g/平方米,所述内表层无纺布的克重为80g/平方米。
所述中药液采用如下步骤制成:
步骤1)选取原料,去除杂物,所述原料包括如下重量份组份:癣草25份、牡荆叶9份、老鹳草15份、金果榄8份、老枪谷子22份、荜澄茄18份、白背叶根12份、吊竹梅4份、石荠苎8份、鸡眼草15份、烂脚草28份、金银花25份、三白草15份、兰香草18份;
步骤2)将各原料进行磨粉,磨粉后粒径小于0.5mm;然后将磨粉后的原料按配比进行充分混合,制成混合物A;
步骤3)将混合后的混合物A加入5倍质量的水,进行煮制,煮至沸腾30分钟后,过滤得到中药液。
实施例2:
一种医疗绷带,包括外表层、内表层;所述外表层为麻纤维与聚丙烯树脂纤维制作的无纺布,所述内表层为壳聚糖纤维制作的无纺布;
所述外表层、内表层采用纺粘法制备形成,所述外表层、内表层之间采用水刺法进行复合形成;
所述的壳聚糖纤维包括如下重量份组分:壳聚糖48份、热塑性聚氨酯30份、线性低密度聚乙烯5份、纳米银离子粉末2.4份、交联剂3份、接枝助剂1份、加工助剂1.5份,且通过以下步骤制备:
步骤1)原料制备:将壳聚糖、热塑性聚氨酯、线性低密度聚乙烯、纳米银离子粉末、交联剂、加工助剂按比例充分混合后,密炼机组密炼造粒制得原料粒料,密炼机造粒温度150℃,密炼时间30min,造粒机造粒温度120℃;
步骤2)纤维制备:将制得粒料充分搅拌后,加入接枝助剂进行接枝改性,充分混合后在双螺杆挤出机拉丝,制成壳聚糖纤维;
所述交联剂采用六亚甲基二异氰酸酯;所述接枝助剂为马来酸酐;所述加工助剂为季戊四醇硬脂酸酯。
所述医疗绷带的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,采用纺粘法制得外表层无纺布和内表层无纺布,将外表层无纺布和内表层无纺布卷制成卷;
步骤2,将外表层无纺布及内表层无纺布上下布置,外表层无纺布及内表层无纺布进行托辊压合,压合后外表层无纺布及内表层无纺布形成压合状态的双层无纺布A;
步骤3,将压合后的双层无纺布A穿过水刺加工系统的高压水流,双层无纺布A进行水刺复合形成整体;在水刺复合过程中,采用中药液作为高压水流介质,对无纺布进行射流穿刺;得到复合后的无纺布B;水刺的水流压力为4.2Mpa;

所述外表层、内表层采用纺粘法制备形成,所述外表层、内表层之间采用水刺法进行复合形成;
所述的壳聚糖纤维包括如下重量份组分:壳聚糖50份、热塑性聚氨酯20份、线性低密度聚乙烯6份、纳米银离子粉末3份、交联剂1份、接枝助剂1.5份、加工助剂2份,且通过以下步骤制备:
步骤1)原料制备:将壳聚糖、热塑性聚氨酯、线性低密度聚乙烯、纳米银离子粉末、交联剂、加工助剂按比例充分混合后,密炼机组密炼造粒制得原料粒料,密炼机造粒温度150℃,密炼时间30min,造粒机造粒温度120℃;
步骤2)纤维制备:将制得粒料充分搅拌后,加入接枝助剂进行接枝改性,充分混合后在双螺杆挤出机拉丝,制成壳聚糖纤维;
所述交联剂为甲苯二异氰酸酯;所述接枝助剂为邻苯二甲酸酐;所述的加工助剂为季戊四醇硬脂酸酯。

本发明提供的一种医疗绷带制作方法中,所述的水刺加工系统,包括压合托辊1、第一托辊2、第二托辊3、第三托辊4、第四托辊5、烘干箱6、输网帘7、接水槽8、水刺头9、挤压滚筒10、集水槽11、水泵12;
所述压合托辊1设有2件相对设置的滚筒,用于将经过滚筒之间的无纺布进行挤压;
所述第一托辊2、第二托辊3、第三托辊4、第四托辊5外设有输网帘7,所述第一托辊2、第二托辊3位于第三托辊4、第四托辊5的上部,所述第一托辊2、第二托辊3、第三托辊4、第四托辊5及输网帘7组成四边形,所述输网帘7用于支撑位于其上方的无纺布;
所述水刺头9位于输网帘7的上方,所述水刺头9用于喷射高压水流;
所述接水槽8位于水刺头9下方,所述接水槽8用于回收穿刺的水流;
所述挤压滚筒10位于第二托辊3的一侧,所述挤压滚筒10设有2件相对设置的滚筒,用于将水刺复合的无纺布压紧;
所述接水槽8通过水管与集水槽11相连,所述水泵12的进水口通过水管与集水槽11相连,所述水泵12的出水口通过水管与水刺头9相连;
所述烘干箱6设置在挤压滚筒10的一侧,所述烘干箱6内设有第五托辊61,所述烘干箱6的内壁设有加热丝62,所述烘干箱6下方设有中转滚筒63;所述烘干箱6用于烘干水刺后的无纺布。
具体的,所述水泵12的进水口连接有过滤器。

所述外表层、内表层采用纺粘法制备形成,所述外表层、内表层之间采用水刺法进行复合形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医疗绷带,其特征在于,所述的壳聚糖纤维包括如下重量份组分:壳聚糖45-50份、热塑性聚氨酯20-30份、线性低密度聚乙烯5-8份、纳米银离子粉末2-3份、交联剂1-3份、接枝助剂1-2份、加工助剂1-2份,且通过以下步骤制备:
步骤1)原料制备:将壳聚糖、热塑性聚氨酯、线性低密度聚乙烯、纳米银离子粉末、交联剂、加工助剂按比例充分混合后,密炼机组密炼造粒制得原料粒料,密炼机造粒温度150℃,密炼时间30min,造粒机造粒温度120℃;
步骤2)纤维制备:将制得粒料充分搅拌后,加入接枝助剂进行接枝改性,充分混合后在双螺杆挤出机拉丝,制成壳聚糖纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种医疗绷带,其特征在于,所述交联剂选自二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种医疗绷带,其特征在于,所述接枝助剂为邻苯二甲酸酐和马来酸酐中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种医疗绷带,其特征在于,所述的加工助剂为低分子酯类硬脂酸和季戊四醇硬脂酸酯中的一种或几种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种医疗绷带的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,采用纺粘法制得外表层无纺布和内表层无纺布,将外表层无纺布和内表层无纺布卷制成卷;
步骤2,将外表层无纺布及内表层无纺布上下布置,外表层无纺布及内表层无纺布进行托辊压合,压合后外表层无纺布及内表层无纺布形成压合状态的双层无纺布A;
步骤3,将压合后的双层无纺布A穿过水刺加工系统的高压水流,双层无纺布A进行水刺复合形成整体;在水刺复合过程中,采用中药液作为高压水流介质,对无纺布进行射流穿刺;得到复合后的无纺布B;
步骤4,复合后的无纺布B经过烘干箱烘干,烘干后进行卷料成卷,卷料分切后进行杀菌,杀菌后包装制得医疗绷带。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种医疗绷带的制作方法,其特征在于,所述外表层无纺布的克重为60g/平方米,所述内表层无纺布的克重为80g/平方米;步骤3中水刺的水流压力为4-4.5Mpa。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种医疗绷带的制作方法,其特征在于,所述中药液采用如下步骤制成:

所述挤压滚筒位于第二托辊的一侧,所述挤压滚筒设有2件相对设置的滚筒,用于将水刺复合的无纺布压紧;
所述接水槽通过水管与集水槽相连,所述水泵的进水口通过水管与集水槽相连,所述水泵的出水口通过水管与水刺头相连;
所述烘干箱设置在挤压滚筒的一侧,所述烘干箱内设有第五托辊,所述烘干箱的内壁设有加热丝,所述烘干箱下方设有中转滚筒;所述烘干箱用于烘干水刺后的无纺布。
