Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pipeline dredging, in particular to a dredging device and a dredging method for a condenser pipeline.
Technical Field
The condenser is auxiliary equipment of the steam turbine unit, and the heat exchange between the condenser and the steam turbine exhaust steam enables the steam turbine exhaust steam to be rapidly cooled into condensed water, so that lower unit exhaust steam back pressure is ensured, and the unit is ensured to operate in a higher efficiency interval. In the long-term running process of the unit, circulating water in a condenser pipeline is continuously evaporated and concentrated, so that bicarbonate, silicate and the like dissolved in the water are continuously decomposed and precipitated, and scaling and blocking in the condenser pipeline are caused.
The inner diameter of the condenser tube is usually below 20mm, the whole length is usually above 4000mm, and the pipeline is long and narrow and horizontally arranged. Once scaling is formed, heat exchange of the condenser is seriously affected, so that the output of the turbine unit is insufficient, and the unit efficiency is reduced. The surface roughness of the scale is far greater than that of the metal pipe wall. The core of follow-up scale deposit can be formed in the region that forms the incrustation scale, accelerates the formation of incrustation scale, finally causes the condenser pipeline to block up completely, and the condenser is scrapped.
The existing pipeline descaling method mainly comprises two types of mechanical cleaning and chemical cleaning. Mechanical cleaning is not effective in removing scale from elongated pipes due to the size of the cleaning equipment. The chemical cleaning has no requirement on pipe diameter, but the flow channel is communicated, the cleaning agent can effectively remove scale by forming circulation, and once the condenser pipe is seriously blocked, the chemical cleaning is difficult to achieve the ideal effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and provides a condenser pipeline dredging device which is convenient to use and good in cleaning effect and a pipeline dredging method by the device.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the utility model provides a condenser pipeline pull throughs, includes the long tube, welds in the solid pole on long tube top, welds in the hollow drill bit of long tube front end, the sleeve pipe of suit in long tube outer rear end, installs in the gland at sleeve pipe both ends, sets up sealing washer and sealing ring between gland and sleeve pipe, peg graft the inlet tube on the sleeve pipe, encircles the pipe wall on the intraductal one section long tube of being located and has seted up a set of inlet port that leads to long tube centre bore, the hole of long tube communicates with each other with the hole of hollow drill bit.
The solid rod is a square rod. The total length of the dredging device is 2500mm, the water inlet holes formed in the long pipe are 20 uniformly distributed holes, and the diameter phi of the water inlet holes is 2.5mm.
The method for dredging the condenser pipeline by adopting the dredging device comprises the following steps:
a. aiming the hollow drill bit at the inlet of the blocked condenser pipeline, firstly screwing the drill bit into the pipeline to destroy the scale surface layer in the pipeline;
b. acetic acid is introduced into a condenser pipeline through a water inlet pipe and a certain pressure is applied, and acid liquor enters a long pipe center hole through a water inlet hole and then is ejected out of the front end of a hollow drill bit, so that the acid liquor fully permeates into a gap of scale;
c. the acid liquor reacts with the scale in the pipeline, at the moment, whether bubbles are emitted from the pipeline is observed, and when no bubbles are emitted, the reaction is finished, and the scale is softened and dissolved;
d. screwing the hollow drill bit into the condenser pipeline again, and further crushing the softened scale;
e. introducing clean water into the condenser pipeline through the water inlet pipe, and flushing out scale broken by the drill bit;
f. repeating the operations of the steps b-e until the scale of the condenser pipeline is cleaned.
The dredging device can be screwed into a condenser pipeline through the hollow drill bit, the scale attached to the inner wall of the pipeline is broken, the scale in the pipeline is softened by introducing acid liquor from the water inlet pipe, and the softened scale is washed out by introducing clear water. The introduced acid liquor and clear water also play roles in cooling the hollow drill bit, lubricating and promoting slag discharge, and the drill bit can be prevented from being broken due to scalding in the screwing process. The device can effectively remove the scale in the long and narrow pipeline of the condenser, and has simple operation and high scale removal efficiency.

FIG. 1 is an outline view of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a schematic view of the present invention in an axial section.
Detailed Description
The condenser pipeline dredging device shown in fig. 1 and 2 comprises a long pipe 1, a solid rod 8 welded at the top end of the long pipe, a hollow drill bit 2 welded at the front end of the long pipe, a sleeve 3 sleeved at the outer rear end of the long pipe, pressure covers 4 arranged at the two ends of the sleeve, a sealing ring 5 and a sealing ring 6 arranged between the pressure covers and the sleeve, a water inlet pipe 7 inserted on the sleeve, a group of water inlet holes 1-1 leading to the central hole of the long pipe are formed in a section of long pipe positioned in the sleeve, and the central hole of the long pipe is communicated with the central hole of the hollow drill bit. The long pipe is made of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel pipe with specification phi 12 multiplied by 2, and the overall length of the dredging device is 2500mm after the whole manufacturing and forming. 20 water inlets are uniformly distributed on a section of long tube wrapped by the sleeve and encircle the tube wall, and the diameter phi of each water inlet is 2.5mm. The hollow drill 2 is commercially available directly. The solid rod 8 is made into a square rod, so that the solid rod is convenient to be sleeved with a handle or clamped by a hand-held electric drill. The device is particularly suitable for cleaning carbonate and silicate scale in long and narrow pipelines with the inner diameter of the pipeline below 20mm and the length of the pipeline above 4000 mm.
The method for dredging the condenser pipeline by adopting the dredging device comprises the following steps:
a. aiming the hollow drill bit 2 at the inlet of a blocked condenser pipeline, firstly screwing the drill bit into the pipeline to destroy the scale surface layer in the pipeline;
b. acetic acid is introduced into a condenser pipeline through a water inlet pipe 7 and a certain pressure is applied, and acid liquor enters a long pipe center hole through a water inlet hole 1-1 and then is ejected out of the front end of a hollow drill bit, so that the acid liquor fully permeates into a gap of scale;
c. the acid liquor reacts with the scale in the pipeline, at the moment, whether bubbles are emitted from the pipeline is observed, and when no bubbles are emitted, the reaction is finished, and the scale is softened and dissolved;
d. screwing the hollow drill bit into the condenser pipeline again, and further crushing the softened scale;
e. introducing clean water into the condenser pipeline through the water inlet pipe 7 to flush out scale broken by the drill bit;
f. repeating the operations of the steps b-e until the scale of the condenser pipeline is cleaned.
