Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of new materials, in particular to spray for cleaning asphalt and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Asphalt is an organic material consisting mainly of saturated alkanes, cycloalkanes, small amounts of aromatics and sulfur-, nitrogen-, and oxygen-containing compounds, which form gum-bitumen masses. Bitumen is of many types and varies widely in consistency, but its chemical composition is almost the same, generally in the following ranges: 70-80% of carbon, 10-15% of hydrogen, 2-8% of sulfur, 1-2% of oxygen and 0.5-2% of nitrogen. Typical road asphalt includes petroleum asphalt and asphalt. According to the diversity of main components of road asphalt, a composite broad-spectrum solvent is selected as a main body of the cleaning agent by utilizing the principles of structure similarity and intermiscibility and polarity similarity and intermiscibility. The asphalt stained on the vehicle body can form a hard and compact polymer film and an oxide film under the action of light, heat, air and the like, and simultaneously can adsorb dust and other dirt flying on a road surface or in the air, so that the emulsification, dispersion and solubilization of the nonionic surfactant are utilized to accelerate the dissolution of the asphalt and effectively prevent the dissolved asphalt from being adhered to the vehicle body again, and the vehicle body is cleaned thoroughly without leaving any trace.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the spray for cleaning the asphalt, which is environment-friendly, low in cost and safe; the preparation method is simple.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the spray for cleaning the asphalt comprises the following components in parts by mass: 8-15% of D-limonene, 3-8% of surfactant, 0.5-3% of organic solvent, 0.05-1% of perfume, 18-25% of propellant and the balance of pure water.
Preferably, the D-limonene is fractionated and extracted from mandarin orange oil, lemon oil, fragrant orange oil and camphor white oil.
Preferably, the surfactant is one or more of cocamide methyl MEA and octyl phenol polyethenoxy ether.
Preferably, the organic solvent is a mixture of ethanol and isopropanol, and the ratio of the organic solvent to the isopropanol is 1: 3-1: 5.
Preferably, the propellant is one or more of trichlorofluoromethane, difluoromethane and trichlorotetrafluoroethane.
A method of preparing a spray for cleaning asphalt comprising the steps of: adding D-limonene, a surfactant, an organic solvent and a spice into a stirring kettle according to the mass ratio, and stirring until the components are uniformly dissolved; slowly adding the water component into the stirring kettle under uniform stirring, stirring until the solution is uniformly mixed, and filling the mixture and the propellant into an aerosol can.
