一种清洗柏油的喷雾及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及新材料领域,特别是一种清洗柏油的喷雾及其制备方法。
背景技术
柏油是一种有机性材料,其主要组成为饱和烷烃、环烷烃、少量的芳烃和含硫、含氮、含氧化合物,它们形成脂胶-沥青物质。沥青种类很多,其稠度差别亦很大,但其化学组成几乎相同,一般在下列范围:碳70-80%,氢10-15%,硫2-8%,氧1-2%,氮0.5-2%。通常筑路用的沥青有石油沥青和地沥青。我们根据路用沥青主成分的多样性,利用结构相似相溶、极性相似相溶原理选择了复合广谱溶剂作为本清洗剂的主体。沾污在车身上的柏油在光、热、空气等作用下而可能形成质地较硬、紧密的高分子膜和氧化膜,同时可能吸附有路面上或空气中飞扬的灰尘及其它污垢,我们利用非离子型表面活性剂的乳化、分散、增溶作用加速了柏油的溶解并有效地防止溶解后的柏油重新粘附到车身上,彻底清洗不留痕迹。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种既环保、成本低,且安全的清洗柏油的喷雾;该制备方法简单。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种清洗柏油的喷雾,包括以下成分和质量配比:D-苎烯8-15%、表面活性剂3-8%、有机溶剂0.5-3%、香料0.05-1%、抛射剂18-25%、余量为纯水。
优选的,所述的D-苎烯为从蜜柑油、柠檬油、香橙油、樟脑白油中分馏提取。
优选的,所述的表面活性剂是椰油酰胺甲基MEA、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述的有机溶剂为乙醇和异丙醇的混合物,配比为1:3~1:5。
优选的,所述的抛射剂为三氯一氟甲烷、二氟甲烷、三氯四氟乙烷中的一种或几种。
一种清洗柏油的喷雾的制备方法,包括以下生产步骤:按质量配比在搅拌釜中加入D-苎烯、表面活性剂、有机溶剂、香料,搅拌至组分溶解均匀;在匀速搅拌下,将水组分缓慢加入搅拌釜中,加完后再搅拌至溶液混均,与抛射剂一并灌入气雾罐即可。
本发明制备得到的喷雾既环保、成本低,且安全的清洗柏油的喷雾;该制备方法简单。

实施例1
一种清洗柏油的喷雾,包括以下成分和质量配比:D-苎烯8%、表面活性剂3%、有机溶剂0.5%、香料0.05%、抛射剂18%、余量为纯水;所述的D-苎烯为从蜜柑油、柠檬油、香橙油、樟脑白油中分馏提取;所述的表面活性剂是椰油酰胺甲基MEA、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种;所述的有机溶剂为乙醇和异丙醇的混合物,配比为1:3~1:5;所述的抛射剂为三氯一氟甲烷、二氟甲烷、三氯四氟乙烷中的一种或几种。
