本发明公开了一种种植牙口腔护理凝胶,由下列重量份的物质制备而成:葡萄糖酸洗必泰0.01~0.012重量份,芍药精油0.85~0.9重量份,洋甘菊精油0.1~0.15重量份,咪唑啉1~3重量份,甘油4~7重量份,薄荷醇6~8重量份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚1~3重量份,山梨醇1~2重量份,卡波姆0.5~0.8重量份,去离子水加至100重量份。本发明可激发人体自身免疫力,调整口腔微生态,抑制牙菌斑,减少术后感染发生,促进口腔创口愈合,保证种植体成功;镇痛、调节患者情绪;应用广泛,除种植牙手术人群适用外,口腔手术、洁牙等人群都可使用。本发明还公开了前述种植牙口腔护理凝胶的制备方法。

背景技术
牙膏是人们每天都必须使用的口腔卫生护理用品,具有清洁口腔的功能。

国际专利申请WO2015/168877A于2015-11-12公开了一种口腔护理组合物,所述口腔护理组合物包含:a.0.01%至5%的亚锡离子源;b.0.01%至15%的增稠剂,所述增稠剂包含至少2种选自以下的试剂:i)直链硫酸化多糖;ii)天然凝胶;和iii)非离子纤维素衍生物;和c.至少30%的总水含量;其中所述组合物具有介于4至10之间的pH。
中国专利CN105213298A于2016-01-06公开了一种口腔护理凝胶,包括纯化水、甘油、卡波姆、透明质酸钠、三乙醇胺、乙基己基甘油、苯氧乙醇、羟苯甲酯,其中纯化水占凝胶总重量的70-95%,甘油占凝胶总重量的5-15%,卡波姆占凝胶总重量的0.8-2.2%,透明质酸钠占凝胶总重量的0.1%-2%,三乙醇胺为pH调节剂,调节pH至中性,乙基己基甘油占凝胶总重量的0.2-0.4%,苯氧乙醇占凝胶总重量的0.2-0.4%,羟苯甲酯占凝胶总重量的0.1-0.2%;其将低分子量的透明质酸钠寡聚糖作为抗炎剂,采用卡波姆为凝胶基质同时也作为药物载体,将透明质酸钠寡聚糖靶向送到各病理部位并定位于作用部位,同时缓慢释放;该口腔护理凝胶可抗炎抑菌,促进口腔黏膜和组织的修复和再生,有效预防和缓解口腔问题。
种植牙是一种开放性半污染手术,其植牙体进入人体无菌牙槽中,被相关法规定义为三类手术,一般术后感染率高达20%。种植牙植入后,至少有3-5个月与牙糟骨愈合的过程。种植后2小时口腔细菌进入植入体孳生繁殖,造成植入体牙菌斑和细菌感染。口腔微生物存在于牙菌斑、口腔黏膜、牙结石、龈袋、唾液、以及术后的牙髓中。特别是牙菌斑具有独特的生物膜结构,这是造成种植牙手术失败的隐患,因此,种植牙术前术后的口腔护理尤为重要。
国际专利申请WO2013/095439A、WO2015/168877A和中国专利CN105213298A不涉及种植牙术前术后的口腔护理。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述不足,根据本发明的实施例,希望提供一种种植牙术前术后口腔护理效果好,杀灭和抑制口腔有害微生物繁殖,激发自身免疫功能的种植牙口腔护理凝胶,并提出该种植牙口腔护理凝胶的制备方法。
根据本发明的实施例,本发明提供的一种种植牙口腔护理凝胶,由下述重量份的组分制备而成:
葡萄糖酸洗必泰0.01~0.012重量份;
芍药精油0.85~0.9重量份;
洋甘菊精油0.1~0.15重量份;
咪唑啉1~3重量份;
甘油4~7重量份;
薄荷醇6~8重量份;
聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚1~3重量份;
山梨醇1~2重量份;
卡波姆0.5~0.8重量份;
去离子水加至100重量份。
本发明使用的原料为现有公开使用的原料。
本发明中,芍药精油是从植物中萃取的特有芳香物质。芍药精油中含有的多种物质具有促进粘膜细胞新陈代谢,促进唾液腺分泌,激发自身免疫功能,创建口腔优质微生态环境,抑制口腔有害微生物繁殖的作用。
根据本发明的实施例,本发明提供的种植牙口腔护理凝胶的制备方法,包括如下工艺步骤:
(1)混合精油制备:按重量份准确称芍药精油、洋甘菊精油,置入同一容器,加入咪唑啉乳化剂1~3重量份,充分搅拌混合,制成乳化精油备用;
(2)分别按所述重量份称取葡萄糖酸洗必泰、甘油、薄荷醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、山梨醇、卡波姆置入同一容器,充分搅拌混合;
(3)将步骤(1)产物加入步骤(2)产物中;
(4)向步骤(3)产物加入去离子水,至100重量份;
(5)将步骤(4)产物充分搅拌混合,用均质机二次均质;
(6)将步骤(5)产物抽真空、灌装入容器内。
相对于现有技术,本发明利用氯己定能与唾液糖蛋白结合,使牙面吸附的蛋白减少,也可与细菌细胞外多糖结合,从而干扰菌斑的形成并可吸附在细菌胞浆膜的渗透屏障,使细胞内容物漏出,杀菌作用好的特点(Deborah S.Yokoe在美国感染控制杂志(Volume42,Issue 8,August 2014)A Compendium of Strategies to Prevent Healthcare-Associated Infections in Acute Care Hospitals:2014Updates中指出:使用氯己定进行口腔护理(证据质量:II)可以成功去除口腔有害微生物并且抑制牙菌斑的生长。);利用芍药精油中含有的芍药甙促进人体粘膜细胞新陈代谢,激发粘膜细胞自身免疫作用的特点;利用洋甘菊精油独有的水果香气,调节牙膏口感,调节人的情绪,镇痛的特点;将上述作用综合在一起,达到最佳的种植牙术前术后口腔护理效果。
本发明的优点是:
1.利用氯己定、芍药精油、洋甘菊精油等的配合,激发人体自身免疫力,调整口腔微生态,抑制牙菌斑,减少术后感染发生,促进口腔创口愈合,保证种植体成功。
2.具有镇痛、调节患者情绪作用。
3.应用广泛,除种植手术人群适用外,口腔手术、洁牙等人群都可使用。
本发明含有氯己定、芍药精油、洋甘菊精油,抑制牙菌斑,调整口腔微生态环境、提高免疫功能、促进创口愈合,对种植牙术前术后的口腔护理产品是十分有意义的。
本发明首次将氯己定、芍药精油、洋甘菊精油混合精油制备凝胶,利用凝胶剂特点对口腔进行护理。利用氯己定、芍药精油、洋甘菊精油等的配合,激发人体自身免疫力,调整口腔微生态,抑制牙菌斑,减少术后感染发生,给口腔创口愈合,保证种植体成功,提供了有利的口腔环境。本发明既可用于种植牙术前术后患者口腔卫生护理和术后感染预防,也可以用来做为牙膏刷牙使用,具有使用方便、成本低、口腔预防护理效果好的优点。
本发明使用方法简单,将本发明凝胶产品涂抹在口腔中即可,一日两到三次。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。这些实施例应理解为仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的保护范围。在阅读了本发明记载的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等效变化和修改同样落入本发明权利要求所限定的范围。
本发明以下实施例中,未特别标示的实验方法,为本领域通用的实验方法。
本发明以下实施例中,各组分均由市售购得。
实施例1
准确称取葡萄糖酸洗必泰0.01公斤,芍药精油0.85公斤,洋甘菊精油0.1公斤,咪唑啉1公斤,甘油4公斤,薄荷醇6公斤,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚1公斤,山梨醇1公斤,卡波姆0.5公斤备用。准备去离子水备用。
制备种植牙口腔护理凝胶,步骤如下:
(1)将芍药精油、洋甘菊精油,置入同一容器,加入咪唑啉乳化剂,充分搅拌混合,制成乳化精油备用;
(2)将葡萄糖酸洗必泰、甘油、薄荷醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、山梨醇、卡波姆置入同一容器,充分搅拌混合;
(3)将制成的乳化精油加入步骤(2)产物中;
(4)加入去离子水,至100公斤;
(5)充分搅拌混合,用均质机二次均质;
(6)将制成的产物抽真空、灌装入容器,制成种植牙口腔护理凝胶。
实施例2
准确称取葡萄糖酸洗必泰0.012公斤,芍药精油0.9公斤,洋甘菊精油0.15公斤,咪唑啉2公斤,甘油5公斤,薄荷醇8公斤,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚2公斤,山梨醇2公斤,卡波姆0.8公斤备用。准备去离子水备用。
制备种植牙口腔护理凝胶,步骤如下:
(1)将芍药精油、洋甘菊精油,置入同一容器,加入咪唑啉乳化剂,充分搅拌混合,制成乳化精油备用;
(2)将葡萄糖酸洗必泰、甘油、薄荷醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、山梨醇、卡波姆置入同一容器,充分搅拌混合;
(3)将制成的乳化精油加入步骤(2)产物中;
(4)加入去离子水,至100公斤;
(5)充分搅拌混合,用均质机二次均质;
(6)将制成的产物抽真空、灌装入容器,制成种植牙口腔护理凝胶。
试验例1
在某口腔医院口腔种植科使用本发明实施例1制成的种植牙口腔护理凝胶。
一、试验方法
试验组:术前2天,术后3天连续使用种植牙口腔护理凝胶。
对照组:常规生理盐水口腔冲洗。
种植牙口腔护理凝胶:利用氯己定干扰菌斑形成和抑菌作用好的特点,以及精油激发细胞自身免疫、抗感染和镇痛的作用,将上述作用综合在一起,达到最佳的种植牙术前术后口腔护理效果。
二、试用方法:每次取种植牙口腔护理凝胶5cm,用美国牙医协会推荐窄头细毛专用牙刷或口腔专用工具,涂刷口腔、牙龈、粘膜,舌面等,每次5-6min,并仰头含漱30秒,使口腔护理凝胶充分接触口腔手术区域或治疗区域,护理凝胶可更紧密接触保护粘膜,预防口腔条件致病菌孳生和抑制菌斑生成;精油成分本身就有抗感染作用,同时还有刺激口腔腺体分泌,产生自体溶菌酶,使人体达到自我平衡,减少其他口腔问题的发生。
对照组:常规生理盐水口腔每日3次冲洗,每天清洁3次,每次液体停留时间不低于5分钟。

如表1所示,使用本发明实施例1制得的种植牙口腔护理凝胶,每日早晚三次使用或遵医嘱,试验组中术后病患使用后无人发生术后感染,口腔糜烂、口腔溃疡人数大幅减少。而对照组则口腔问题明显发生。
试验例2
住院病人护理,同试验例1所述方法在某医院血液科、神经内科、ICU使用本发明实施例1制成的种植牙口腔护理凝胶。

如表2所示,住院期间,病人每日早晚三次或按医院护理常规要求使用,3天后有61.9%的病人反映效果明显口腔问题显著降低,同时使用后医院感染显著降低。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、改进等,均应包括在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (2)
1.一种种植牙口腔护理凝胶,其特征是,由下述重量份的组分制备而成:
葡萄糖酸洗必泰0.01~0.012重量份;
芍药精油0.85~0.9重量份;
洋甘菊精油0.1~0.15重量份;
咪唑啉1~3重量份;
甘油4~7重量份;
薄荷醇6~8重量份;
聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚1~3重量份;
山梨醇1~2重量份;
卡波姆0.5~0.8重量份;
去离子水加至100重量份。
2.一种种植牙口腔护理凝胶的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)混合精油制备:按权利要求1所述的重量份准确称芍药精油、洋甘菊精油,置入同一容器,加入咪唑啉乳化剂1~3重量份,充分搅拌混合,制成乳化精油备用;
(2)分别按权利要求1所述重量份称取葡萄糖酸洗必泰、甘油、薄荷醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、山梨醇、卡波姆置入同一容器,充分搅拌混合;
(3)将步骤(1)产物加入步骤(2)产物中;
(4)向步骤(3)产物加入去离子水,至100重量份;
(5)将步骤(4)产物充分搅拌混合,用均质机二次均质;
(6)将步骤(5)产物抽真空、灌装入容器内。
