As shown in fig. 1, the synthetic leather for outdoor yacht that this embodiment provided, including base cloth layer 1, wet process PU bottom 2, dry process PU surface course 3 and surface treatment layer 4 that set gradually, dry process PU surface course 3 is including forming first dry process PU surface course 31 between wet process PU bottom 2 and surface treatment layer 4 in proper order, second dry process PU surface course 32 and third dry process PU surface course 33, first dry process PU surface course 31 is located between second dry process PU surface course 32 and surface treatment layer 4, third dry process PU surface course 33 is located between wet process PU bottom 2 and second dry process PU surface course 32, surface treatment layer 4 is including setting gradually first processing layer 41 and the second processing layer 42 on first dry process PU surface course 31, first processing layer 41 is located between first dry process PU surface course 31 and the second processing layer 42.
In this example, the raw material formulation of the wet-process PU bottom layer 2 is shown in table 1, the raw material formulation of the first dry-process PU surface layer 31, the second dry-process PU surface layer 32, and the third dry-process PU surface layer 33 is shown in table 2, and the raw material formulation of the first treatment layer 41 and the second treatment layer 42 is shown in table 3.
The leather for the outdoor yacht is prepared by the following steps:
(1) according to the raw material formula of the wet-process PU bottom layer, mixing, stirring and defoaming the wet-process PU resin, the solvent, the color paste, the special white powder, the flame retardant and the auxiliary agent to prepare first mixture slurry, coating the first mixture slurry on the surface of the base cloth, and forming a wet-process PU bottom layer with the thickness of 0.2mm on the base cloth through wet-process film formation;
(2) according to the raw material formula of the first dry-method PU surface layer, mixing, stirring and defoaming the dry-method PU resin, the solvent, the ethyl ester, the toner and the mildew preventive uniformly to prepare second mixture slurry, coating the second mixture slurry on release paper with lines, and drying to form the first dry-method PU surface layer with the thickness of 0.03 mm;
(3) according to the raw material formula of the second dry-method PU surface layer, mixing, stirring and defoaming the dry-method PU resin, the solvent, the ethyl ester and the toner to prepare third mixture slurry, coating the third mixture slurry on the surface of the first dry-method PU surface layer prepared in the step (2), and drying to form the second dry-method PU surface layer with the thickness of 0.03 mm;
(4) according to the raw material formula of the third dry-method PU surface layer, mixing, stirring and defoaming the dry-method PU resin, the solvent, the ethyl ester and the toner to prepare fourth mixture slurry, coating the fourth mixture slurry on the surface of the second dry-method PU surface layer prepared in the step (3), drying to be semi-dry, forming the third dry-method PU surface layer on the second dry-method PU surface layer with the thickness of 0.03mm, then attaching the wet-method PU bottom layer prepared in the step (1) on the third dry-method PU surface layer, drying and peeling off release paper to prepare a leather semi-finished product;
(5) dissolving a defoaming agent, a hand feeling softening agent, a first oil-proof auxiliary agent, a second oil-proof auxiliary agent, a mildew-proof auxiliary agent, a bright surface auxiliary agent, a matte auxiliary agent and a cross-linking agent in water according to a raw material formula of a first treatment layer, uniformly stirring and mixing to prepare a first surface treatment agent, printing the first surface treatment agent on the surface of a first dry method PU surface layer of a leather semi-finished product, and drying to form the first treatment layer;
(6) kneading the leather semi-finished product treated in the step (5);
(7) and (3) according to the formula of the raw materials of the second treatment layer, mixing and stirring ethyl ester and the water repellent agent uniformly to prepare a second surface treatment agent, printing the second surface treatment agent on the first treatment layer prepared in the step (6), drying to form a second treatment layer, and finally obtaining the leather for the outdoor yacht.
Example 2
In the leather for the outdoor yacht provided in this embodiment, the raw material formulas of the wet-process PU bottom layer are shown in table 1, the raw material formulas of the first dry-process PU surface layer, the second dry-process PU surface layer, and the third dry-process PU surface layer are shown in table 2, and the raw material formulas of the first treatment layer and the second treatment layer are shown in table 3.
The rest is the same as example 1.
Example 3
In the leather for the outdoor yacht provided in this embodiment, the raw material formulas of the wet-process PU bottom layer are shown in table 1, the raw material formulas of the first dry-process PU surface layer, the second dry-process PU surface layer, and the third dry-process PU surface layer are shown in table 2, and the raw material formulas of the first treatment layer and the second treatment layer are shown in table 3.
The rest is the same as example 1.
Comparative example 1
In the leather for the outdoor yacht provided by the embodiment, the raw material formula of the wet-process PU bottom layer is shown in table 1, the raw material formula of the first dry-process PU surface layer, the raw material formula of the second dry-process PU surface layer and the raw material formula of the third dry-process PU surface layer are shown in table 2, and the raw material formula of the first treatment layer and the raw material formula of the second treatment layer are shown in table 3.
The rest is the same as example 1.
Comparative example 2
In the leather for the outdoor yacht provided by the embodiment, the raw material formula of the wet-process PU bottom layer is shown in table 1, the raw material formula of the first dry-process PU surface layer, the raw material formula of the second dry-process PU surface layer and the raw material formula of the third dry-process PU surface layer are shown in table 2, and the raw material formula of the first treatment layer and the raw material formula of the second treatment layer are shown in table 3.
The rest is the same as example 1.
Comparative example 3
In the leather for the outdoor yacht provided by the embodiment, the raw material formula of the wet-process PU bottom layer is shown in table 1, the raw material formula of the first dry-process PU surface layer, the raw material formula of the second dry-process PU surface layer and the raw material formula of the third dry-process PU surface layer are shown in table 2, and the raw material formula of the first treatment layer and the raw material formula of the second treatment layer are shown in table 3.
The rest is the same as example 1.

Evaluation method
The leathers prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to performance tests, and the test results are shown in table 4.

The utility model provides an outdoor leather for yacht which characterized in that: the leather for the outdoor yacht comprises a base cloth layer, a wet PU bottom layer, a dry PU surface layer and a surface treatment layer which are sequentially arranged, wherein the dry PU surface layer comprises a first dry PU surface layer, a second dry PU surface layer and a third dry PU surface layer which are sequentially formed between the wet PU bottom layer and the surface treatment layer, the first dry PU surface layer is positioned between the second dry PU surface layer and the surface treatment layer, the third dry PU surface layer is positioned between the wet PU bottom layer and the second dry PU surface layer, wherein,
the wet PU bottom layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
90-110 parts of wet PU resin;
80-100 parts of a solvent;
3-5 parts of color paste;
2-4 parts of special white powder;
8-12 parts of a flame retardant;
3.5-5.5 parts of an auxiliary agent;
the raw material formula of the first dry-method PU surface layer comprises the following components in parts by weight:
90-110 parts of dry PU resin;
40-60 parts of a solvent;
30-50 parts of ethyl ester;
4-6 parts of toner;
0.5-1.5 parts of a mildew inhibitor.
2. The leather for outdoor yacht of claim 1, wherein: the auxiliary comprises 1.5-2.5 parts of foaming auxiliary, 0.2-0.7 part of leveling auxiliary, 1.2-2 parts of foam hole shaping auxiliary and 0.2-0.7 part of water splashing agent.
3. The leather for the outdoor yacht as claimed in claim 1 is characterized in that the raw material formulas of the second dry-method PU surface layer and the third dry-method PU surface layer respectively and independently comprise the following components in parts by weight:
90-110 parts of dry PU resin;
40-60 parts of a solvent;
40-70 parts of ethyl ester;
9-11 parts of toner.
4. The leather for the outdoor yacht as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw material formula of the first treatment layer comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.01-0.05 part of defoaming agent;
0.5-1 part of a hand feeling softening agent;
0.5-1 part of a first oil stain prevention auxiliary agent;
0.05-0.15 part of second oil stain prevention auxiliary agent;
0.1-0.5 part of a mildew-proof auxiliary agent;
1-5 parts of a bright surface auxiliary agent;
5-10 parts of a matte auxiliary agent;
0.2-0.8 part of a crosslinking agent;
0.5-1.5 parts of water.
5. The leather for the outdoor yacht as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second treatment layer is composed of a water-repellent agent and ethyl ester according to a mass ratio of 1: 1-3.
6. The leather for outdoor yacht of claim 1, wherein: the base cloth layer is made of environment-friendly viscose cloth.
7. The leather for outdoor yacht of claim 1, wherein: the thickness of wet process PU bottom is 0.2 + -0.05 mm.
8. The leather for outdoor yacht of claim 1, wherein: the thickness of first dry method PU surface course is 0.03 + -0.01 mm, the thickness of second dry method PU surface course is 0.03 + -0.01 mm, the thickness of third dry method PU surface course is 0.03 + -0.01 mm.
9. A method of making a leather for outdoor yachts according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) according to the raw material formula of the wet-process PU bottom layer, mixing, stirring and defoaming the wet-process PU resin, the solvent, the color paste, the special white powder, the flame retardant and the auxiliary agent to prepare a first mixture slurry, coating the first mixture slurry on the surface of the base cloth, and forming a film on the base cloth by a wet process to form the wet-process PU bottom layer;
(2) according to the raw material formula of the first dry-method PU surface layer, mixing, stirring and defoaming dry-method PU resin, a solvent, ethyl ester, toner and a mildew preventive uniformly to prepare second mixture slurry, coating the second mixture slurry on release paper with lines, and drying to form the first dry-method PU surface layer;
(3) according to the raw material formula of the second dry-method PU surface layer, mixing, stirring and defoaming the dry-method PU resin, the solvent, the ethyl ester and the toner to prepare third mixture slurry, coating the third mixture slurry on the surface of the first dry-method PU surface layer prepared in the step (2), and drying to form the second dry-method PU surface layer;
(4) according to the raw material formula of the third dry-method PU surface layer, mixing, stirring and defoaming dry-method PU resin, a solvent, ethyl ester and toner to prepare fourth mixture slurry, coating the fourth mixture slurry on the surface of the second dry-method PU surface layer prepared in the step (3), drying to be semi-dry, forming the third dry-method PU surface layer on the second dry-method PU surface layer, then attaching the wet-method PU bottom layer prepared in the step (1) on the third dry-method PU surface layer, drying, and peeling release paper to prepare a leather semi-finished product;
(5) dissolving a defoaming agent, a hand feeling softening agent, a first oil-proof auxiliary agent, a second oil-proof auxiliary agent, a mildew-proof auxiliary agent, a bright surface auxiliary agent, a matte auxiliary agent and a cross-linking agent in water according to a raw material formula of a first treatment layer, uniformly stirring and mixing to prepare a first surface treatment agent, printing the first surface treatment agent on the surface of a first dry-method PU surface layer of a leather semi-finished product, and drying to form the first treatment layer;
(6) and (3) according to the formula of the raw materials of the second treatment layer, mixing and stirring ethyl ester and a water repellent agent uniformly to prepare a second surface treatment agent, printing the second surface treatment agent on the first treatment layer prepared in the step (5), drying to form a second treatment layer, and finally obtaining the leather for the outdoor yacht.
10. The method for preparing the leather for the outdoor yacht as claimed in claim 9, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the preparation method further comprises a step of graining, and specifically, the leather semi-finished product treated in the step (5) is firstly grained and then subjected to the step (6).
