The invention adopts the nano-crystal ceramic improvement technology to compositely modify the epoxy resin, and adds special additives such as a softening agent, anti-skid particles and the like to generate a solvent-free modified tough epoxy anti-skid ceramic resin composite material (namely liquid crystal ceramic for short); the material has the characteristics of higher bonding strength, high-speed water flow impact resistance, difficult abrasion, water resistance, and no delamination under positive and negative water pressure; meanwhile, the material of the invention conforms to GB/T17219-1998 safety evaluation standard of drinking water delivery and distribution equipment and protective materials for life, reaches the drinking water environmental protection standard, can adapt to the coating environmental protection requirements of the water world, the ocean hall and the swimming pool, and can thoroughly solve the problems of delamination, cracking and shelling of coatings of the water world, the ocean hall and the swimming pool under double underwater positive and negative conditions; the anti-slip particles specially added in the product can effectively prevent the risk of careless falling of tourists in the surfing process; meanwhile, the solid content of the product is up to 100 percent, and the product is not easy to dissolve in water due to the adoption of a wet curing agent; therefore, the coating can be completely and directly coated on wet surfaces, in light rain and underwater concrete, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, the coating time is saved, the construction compatibility is widened, and the problems of delamination and foaming caused by insufficient bonding strength of the conventional oily products (such as polyurea products) used for underwater coating, poor environmental protection effect, capability of resisting positive water pressure and incapability of effectively resisting negative water pressure are solved; and solves the problems of easy abrasion and difficult cleaning of the coating caused by insufficient hardness and poor stain resistance effect of the traditional waterborne products (such as waterborne polyurethane) used for underwater coating.

The following examples further illustrate embodiments of the present invention. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Example one
Special liquid crystal ceramic paint formula for underwater decoration protection
The preparation method of the special liquid crystal ceramic paint for underwater decoration and protection comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: sequentially adding epoxy modified resin, modified polyamide, wetting agent, dispersing agent and anti-settling agent, dispersing for 5min at medium speed, wherein the rotating speed of a stirring kettle is as follows: 1000 r/min; titanium dioxide and filler are added in sequence in the dispersion, and the high-speed dispersion is carried out for 20-30 min; the rotating speed of the stirring kettle is as follows: 1500r/min, and the detection fineness is less than or equal to 35 um; and finally, sequentially adding a flatting agent and a defoaming agent in the dispersion, dispersing at an intermediate speed for 5min, wherein the rotating speed of the stirring kettle is as follows: 1000 r/min.
Step two: and (3) mixing the main paint and the curing agent according to the ratio of 3.4:1, filtering the mixed paint by using a 200-300-mesh filter screen, and adding the filtered paint into a spray gun.
Step three: the method comprises the steps of carrying out wax and oil removal treatment on the surface of the liquid crystal ceramic for underwater decoration protection in the water world, adopting quick thin spraying when spraying for the first time, controlling the thickness to be 25-30 mu m, directly carrying out spraying for the second time after naturally cooling for 5min, controlling the thickness to be 20-25 mu m according to requirements, and cooling for 4 hours in a natural environment.

Step three: the liquid crystal ceramic surface of the underwater decoration protection of the swimming pool is subjected to wax and oil removal treatment, the quick thin spraying is adopted when the spraying is carried out for the first time, the thickness is controlled to be 25-30 mu m, the spraying is directly carried out for the second time after the natural cooling is carried out for 5min, the thickness is controlled to be 20-25 mu m according to the requirement, and the liquid crystal ceramic surface is cooled for 4 hours in the natural environment.

Claims (7)
1. The special liquid crystal ceramic paint for underwater decoration and protection is characterized in that: the coating is a single component and comprises the following components in parts by weight:
base material: 40-60
Auxiliary agent: 2-5
Pigment: 10-30
Filling: 15-40
Organic modified product: 90-120
The base material is epoxy modified resin;
the organic modifier is modified polyamide;
the auxiliary agent comprises a wetting agent, a dispersing agent, a flatting agent, a softening agent, anti-skid particles, an anti-settling agent and a defoaming agent which are compatible with the coating;
the pigment is a high-temperature calcined pigment or a high-temperature resistant pigment.
2. The special liquid crystal ceramic paint for underwater decorative protection as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the organic modifier is one or a mixture of more than two of modifiers selected from PA/PE, PA/PP, PA/ABS, PA/PC, PA/PBT, PA/PET, PA/PPO, PA/PPS, PA/I, PA/PA, PPO/PA6 and PPS/PA 66.

The special liquid crystal ceramic paint for underwater decorative protection as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the epoxy modified resin is one or a mixture of more than two of modified substances of polysulfide rubber, polyamide resin, polyvinyl butyral, nitrile rubber, phenolic resin, polyester resin, urea-formaldehyde melamine resin, furfural resin, vinyl resin, isocyanate and silicon resin.
4. The special liquid crystal ceramic paint for underwater decorative protection as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the curing agent used for paint preparation of the coating is an M233-B curing agent, and the solid content of the M233-B curing agent is 100%.
5. The special liquid crystal ceramic paint for underwater decorative protection as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the wetting dispersant is a high-molecular block copolymer with pigment-philic groups or an acrylic polymer containing pigment affinity groups.

The special liquid crystal ceramic paint for underwater decorative protection as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the pigment is one or a mixture of more than two of titanium dioxide, titanium nickel yellow, bismuth vanadate yellow, chrome yellow, strontium yellow, manganese iron black, copper chromium black, iron titanium black, carbon black, cobalt blue, titanium chromium brown, iron chromium brown, chromium green, cobalt green, molybdenum chromium red, iron red, pearlescent pigment, aluminum silver paste, mica powder, transparent silicon dioxide and transparent aluminum oxide.
7. The method for preparing the ceramic crystal coating for the metal surface according to any one of claims 1 to 6, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing paint: sequentially adding epoxy modified resin, modified polyamide, wetting agent, dispersing agent and anti-settling agent into a stirring kettle, dispersing for 5min at medium speed, wherein the rotating speed of the stirring kettle is as follows: 1000 r/min; titanium dioxide and filler are added in sequence in the dispersion, and the high-speed dispersion is carried out for 20-30 min; the rotating speed of the stirring kettle is as follows: 1500r/min, and the detection fineness is less than or equal to 35 um; and finally, sequentially adding a flatting agent and a defoaming agent in the dispersion, dispersing at an intermediate speed for 5min, wherein the rotating speed of the stirring kettle is as follows: 1000 r/min.
(2) Ceramic surface treatment: the method comprises the steps of firstly carrying out wax removal and oil removal treatment on the ceramic surface, then using a high-pressure air spray gun to spray oxides, stains and sand dust on the ceramic surface, wherein the workpiece subjected to impurity removal treatment needs to be sprayed within 1 hour, and the sand dust weather needs to be shortened as much as possible.
(3) Construction: mixing the main paint and the curing agent according to the ratio of 3.4:1, filtering the mixed paint by using a 200-300-mesh filter screen, adding the filtered paint into a spray gun, spraying under the normal air condition, adopting quick thin spraying when spraying for the first time, controlling the thickness to be 25-30um, directly spraying for the second time after naturally cooling for 5min, controlling the thickness to be 20-25 um according to the requirement, and cooling for 4 hours in the natural environment; and after spraying, the spray gun is cleaned by ethyl acetate.
