the supported nano titanium dioxide can improve the anti-felting property, the anti-ultraviolet property and the self-cleaning capability of the product.

Example 1
A preparation method of comprehensive easy-care wool tops specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials: preparing wool fibers to be treated, cleaning the wool fibers with clear water to remove impurities, and then drying the wool fibers for later use;
(2) and (3) negative ion treatment: padding the wool fibers prepared in the step (1) in an anion solution, cleaning the padding with deionized water, taking out and naturally drying;

the anion additive comprises the following components: 10 parts of tourmaline powder, 3 parts of monazite, 5 parts of kaolin and 5 parts of sodium silicate;
(3) and (3) flame retardant treatment: soaking the wool fiber subjected to the negative ion treatment in the step (2) into a flame-retardant solution again, and then drying to prepare the wool fiber with the flame-retardant function, wherein the flame-retardant solution specifically adopts dibromophenol;
(4) oxidation desquamation treatment: dipping the flame-retardant wool fiber obtained in the step (3) by using a degradation solution, rinsing by using clear water after finishing dipping, and drying, wherein the degradation solution is specifically an oxidation solution and comprises the following specific components: 2% of hydrogen peroxide, 2% of potassium nitrite, 1% of penetrating agent and water;
(5) loading nanometer titanium dioxide: placing the wool fibers dried in the step (4) into a titanium dioxide solution, sealing the container, slowly heating the sealed container to 100 ℃, continuously heating for 2 hours at a constant temperature, cooling to room temperature, taking out, and repeatedly washing and drying with deionized water after loading is finished to obtain the wool fibers loaded with the nano titanium dioxide;
the titanium dioxide solution is prepared from the following solutions: polyethylene glycol, ethanol, tetrabutyl titanate and deionized water;
the preparation method comprises the following steps: pouring ethanol into the container, adding polyethylene glycol into the container, adding tetrabutyl titanate again, stirring quickly, adding an ethanol solution in the stirring process until tetrabutyl titanate is completely dissolved, and preparing a titanium dioxide solution;
(6) preparing wool tops: and (4) preparing the wool fibers treated in the step (5) into the required comprehensive easily-cared wool tops through a slivering machine.
Example 2
A preparation method of comprehensive easy-care wool tops specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials: preparing wool fibers to be treated, cleaning the wool fibers with clear water to remove impurities, and then drying the wool fibers for later use;
(2) and (3) negative ion treatment: padding the wool fibers prepared in the step (1) in an anion solution, cleaning the padding with deionized water, taking out and naturally drying;
wherein, the anion solution comprises the following components: 25% of negative ion additive, 7% of penetrating agent and the balance of water;
the anion additive comprises the following components: 12 parts of tourmaline powder, 5 parts of monazite, 7 parts of kaolin and 8 parts of sodium silicate;
(3) and (3) flame retardant treatment: soaking the wool fiber treated by the negative ions in the step (2) into a flame-retardant solution again, and then drying to prepare the wool fiber with the flame-retardant function, wherein the flame-retardant solution specifically adopts tetrabromophthalic anhydride;
(4) oxidation desquamation treatment: dipping the flame-retardant wool fiber obtained in the step (3) by using a degradation solution, rinsing by using clear water after finishing dipping, and drying, wherein the degradation solution is specifically an oxidation solution and comprises the following specific components: 3% of hydrogen peroxide, 2% of potassium nitrite, 1% of penetrating agent and water;
(5) loading nanometer titanium dioxide: placing the wool fibers dried in the step (4) into a titanium dioxide solution, sealing the container, slowly heating the sealed container to 100 ℃, continuously heating for 2.5 hours at a constant temperature, cooling to room temperature, taking out, and repeatedly washing and drying with deionized water after loading is finished to obtain the wool fibers loaded with the nano titanium dioxide;
the titanium dioxide solution is prepared from the following solutions: polyethylene glycol, ethanol, tetrabutyl titanate and deionized water;
the preparation method comprises the following steps: pouring ethanol into the container, adding polyethylene glycol into the container, adding tetrabutyl titanate again, stirring quickly, adding an ethanol solution in the stirring process until tetrabutyl titanate is completely dissolved, and preparing a titanium dioxide solution;
(6) preparing wool tops: and (4) preparing the wool fibers treated in the step (5) into the required comprehensive easily-cared wool tops through a slivering machine.
Example 3
A preparation method of comprehensive easy-care wool tops specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials: preparing wool fibers to be treated, cleaning the wool fibers with clear water to remove impurities, and then drying the wool fibers for later use;
(2) and (3) negative ion treatment: padding the wool fibers prepared in the step (1) in an anion solution, cleaning the padding with deionized water, taking out and naturally drying;
wherein, the anion solution comprises the following components: 30% of anion additive, 8% of penetrating agent and the balance of water;
the anion additive comprises the following components: 15 parts of tourmaline powder, 7 parts of monazite, 8 parts of kaolin and 10 parts of sodium silicate;
(3) and (3) flame retardant treatment: soaking the wool fiber treated by the negative ions in the step (2) into a flame-retardant solution again, and then drying to prepare the wool fiber with the flame-retardant function, wherein the flame-retardant solution is specifically tetrabromophthalic anhydride;
(4) oxidation desquamation treatment: dipping the flame-retardant wool fiber obtained in the step (3) by using a degradation solution, rinsing by using clear water after finishing dipping, and drying, wherein the degradation solution is specifically an oxidation solution and comprises the following specific components: 4% of hydrogen peroxide, 3% of potassium nitrite, 2% of penetrating agent and water;
(5) loading nanometer titanium dioxide: placing the wool fibers dried in the step (4) into a titanium dioxide solution, sealing the container, slowly heating the sealed container to 100 ℃, continuously heating for 3 hours at a constant temperature, cooling to room temperature, taking out, and repeatedly washing and drying with deionized water after loading is finished to obtain the wool fibers loaded with the nano titanium dioxide;
the titanium dioxide solution is prepared from the following solutions: polyethylene glycol, ethanol, tetrabutyl titanate and deionized water;
the preparation method comprises the following steps: pouring ethanol into the container, adding polyethylene glycol into the container, adding tetrabutyl titanate again, stirring quickly, adding an ethanol solution in the stirring process until tetrabutyl titanate is completely dissolved, and preparing a titanium dioxide solution;
(6) preparing wool tops: and (4) preparing the wool fibers treated in the step (5) into the required comprehensive easily-cared wool tops through a slivering machine.
The preparation methods in the above embodiment 1, embodiment 2 and embodiment 3 can be adopted to prepare a comprehensive easy-care wool product with the effects of flame retardance, pilling resistance, antibiosis, sterilization and self-cleaning.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention within the knowledge of those skilled in the art.
Claims (8)
1. A preparation method of comprehensive easy-care wool tops is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials: preparing wool fibers to be treated, cleaning the wool fibers with clear water to remove impurities, and then drying the wool fibers for later use;
(2) and (3) negative ion treatment: padding the wool fibers prepared in the step (1) in an anion solution, cleaning the padding with deionized water, taking out and naturally drying;
(3) and (3) flame retardant treatment: soaking the wool fiber subjected to the negative ion treatment in the step (2) in a flame-retardant solution again, and then drying to prepare the wool fiber with the flame-retardant function;
(4) oxidation desquamation treatment: dipping the flame-retardant wool fibers obtained in the step (3) by using a degradation liquid, rinsing by using clear water after the dipping is finished, and drying;
(5) loading nanometer titanium dioxide: placing the wool fibers dried in the step (4) in a titanium dioxide solution and placing the titanium dioxide solution in a sealed container, gradually heating, and repeatedly cleaning and drying the wool fibers by using deionized water after loading is finished to obtain the wool fibers loaded with nano titanium dioxide;
(6) preparing wool tops: and (4) preparing the wool fibers treated in the step (5) into the required comprehensive easily-cared wool tops through a slivering machine.
2. The method for preparing full-scale easy-care wool tops according to claim 1, wherein the negative ion solution in the step (2) comprises the following components: 20-30% of anion additive, 5-8% of penetrating agent and the balance of water.
3. The method for preparing a comprehensive easy-care wool top according to claim 2, wherein the negative ion additive comprises the following components: 10-15 parts of tourmaline powder, 3-7 parts of monazite, 5-8 parts of kaolin and 5-10 parts of sodium silicate.
4. The method for preparing full-face easy-care wool tops according to claim 1, wherein the flame-retardant solution in the step (3) is one or two of dibromophenol and tetrabromophthalic anhydride.
5. The preparation method of wool tops easy to care comprehensively according to claim 1, wherein the degradation liquid in the step (4) is an oxidation solution, and the degradation liquid comprises the following components: 2-4% of hydrogen peroxide, 2-3% of potassium nitrite, 1-2% of penetrating agent and water.
6. The method for preparing full-face easy-care wool tops according to claim 1, wherein the titanium dioxide solution in the step (5) is prepared from the following solutions: polyethylene glycol, ethanol, tetrabutyl titanate and deionized water;
