In the embodiment, the protective framework layer, the self-sealing layer and the barrier layer of the oil tank are integrally formed in a seamless mode, so that the overall strength of the self-sealing oil tank is improved; meanwhile, the dealcoholized condensed type liquid silicone rubber is modified high-adhesiveness liquid rubber, and the self-sealing layer of the oil tank is not easy to fall off, so that the self-sealing effect is greatly improved. The self-sealing layer and the barrier layer of the oil tank in the embodiment are integrally formed in a seamless mode, and the overall strength of the self-sealing oil tank is improved to a certain extent. Claims (11)
1. An oil tank with a composite structure and a self-sealing function is characterized by comprising a protective framework layer (1), a self-sealing layer (2) and a barrier layer (3) which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside; the self-sealing layer (2) enables liquid rubber to be solidified and formed on the inner surface of the protective framework layer (1) through a rotational molding process, and the barrier layer (3) is formed on the inner surface of the self-sealing layer (2) through the rotational molding process; or the self-sealing layer (2) is independently cured and molded by adopting liquid rubber, is tightly attached to the outer surface of the barrier layer (3) through the elasticity of the self-sealing layer, and finally the protective framework layer (1) is molded on the outer surface of the self-sealing layer (2).
2. The fuel tank with the self-closing function according to claim 1, wherein the material of the self-closing layer (2) is modified high-adhesion liquid rubber.
3. The fuel tank with self-closing function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the modified high-adhesiveness liquid rubber is dealcoholized condensed type liquid silicone rubber comprising dimethyl siloxane 20-25%, silica powder 30-40%, dimethyl silicone 30-40% and organic tin catalyst 5-10%.
4. The fuel tank with the self-closing function according to claim 1, wherein the material of the self-closing layer (2) is common liquid rubber, and the hardness of the barrier layer (3) is greater than that of the self-closing layer (2).
5. The fuel tank with self-closing function according to claim 1, wherein the liquid rubber of the self-closing layer (2) satisfies tear strength of 0.5kN/m or more and elongation at break of 100% or more.
6. The fuel tank with the self-sealing function according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the number of the self-sealing layers (2) is greater than or equal to 1, and the thickness of the self-sealing layers is greater than or equal to 2 mm.
7. The fuel tank with the self-closing function according to claim 1, wherein the protective skeleton layer (1) is made of high polymer or reinforced high polymer.
8. The fuel tank with the self-closing function according to claim 7, wherein the high molecular polymer as the protective skeleton layer (1) is one of polyolefin, polyamide, polyimide, fluorine-containing polymer, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer or a mixture of any combination thereof; the reinforced high molecular polymer as the protective framework layer (1) is a cross-linked high molecular polymer or a high molecular polymer reinforced by glass fiber or carbon fiber.
9. The fuel tank with the self-closing function according to claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the protective skeleton layer (1) is coated with polyurea, carbon fiber or a mixture thereof. The outer surface of the protective framework layer (1) is coated with polyurea, carbon fiber or a mixture thereof.
10. The fuel tank with the self-closing function according to claim 1, wherein the barrier layer (3) has an oil-resistant function, and the material of the barrier layer (3) is an oil-resistant high polymer or reinforced high polymer.
11. A fuel tank with self-closing function according to claim 10, wherein the high molecular polymer as the barrier layer (3) is one of polyolefin, polyamide, polyimide, fluorine-containing polymer, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer or a mixture of any combination thereof; the reinforced high molecular polymer as the barrier layer (3) is a crosslinked high molecular polymer or a high molecular polymer reinforced by glass fiber or carbon fiber.
