Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of oil tanks, and particularly relates to an oil tank with a composite structure and a self-sealing function.
Background
The oil tank is one of the core components of motor equipment such as vehicles, airplanes and the like, and is the most basic guarantee of the combat capability in the battlefield. In battlefield, the fire fighting truck is threatened by bullets, explosion fragments, explosion devices and the like at any time, and the significance of improving the safety protection capability of the fire fighting truck is great.
The self-sealing function of the oil tank is one of important research directions for improving the safety protection capability of the oil tank at present, namely when the oil tank is broken down by the elastic sheet, the automatic sealing of the bullet hole on the tank body can be realized, the continuous leakage of oil in the tank can not occur, the maneuverability of motor equipment such as vehicles, airplanes and the like is ensured, meanwhile, the combustion and even explosion caused by the oil leakage are avoided, and the safety of personnel and equipment is ensured.
The existing self-sealing function oil tank is a metal oil tank with an elastic material layer attached to the surface, and the self-sealing function of the oil tank is realized through deformation recovery of the elastic material. However, the difference of cold and heat deformation coefficients of the metal material and the elastic material is large, and the elastic material layer is easy to separate from the metal layer, so that the local self-sealing function of the box body is reduced or even lost. In addition, after the oil tank is broken down by the shrapnel, petal-shaped spring holes which are opened towards the stripping direction of the shrapnel can appear in the metal layer, the size of the spring holes is usually larger than that of the shrapnel, the elastic material layer around the petal-shaped spring holes is difficult to recover deformation, and the self-sealing function is greatly weakened or even lost. The elastic material layer is adhered to the inner side and the outer side of the metal layer and is directly subjected to external scraping, impact, illumination and scouring of internal oil liquid, the elastic material layer is easy to crack and age, and the service life of the oil tank is short. In conclusion, the existing self-sealing functional oil tank has the obvious defects of poor self-sealing effect and short service life.
