Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textiles, and relates to a preparation method of a mercerization-like all-cotton knitted fabric.
Background
Cotton fibers are an important raw material for the textile industry. Compared with chemical fiber, the fabric made of cotton fiber is soft and comfortable, has strong moisture absorption and air permeability, good heat retention property and no adverse reaction such as static electricity. The knitted fabric is soft, has better elasticity and extensibility than woven fabric, can meet the bending, stretching and comfortable wearing of each part of a human body, has no binding feeling, meets the requirements of modern people on fashionable, free, leisure, comfortable and fit clothes, and is made of natural fibers, thus meeting the current theme of environmental protection and sustainable development.
Mercerizing is a traditional processing technology for cotton fabrics, and the cotton fabrics are treated by high-concentration caustic soda solution, so that the fiber surfaces become smooth, and the aim of increasing the fabric gloss is fulfilled. Compared with the common cotton knitted fabric, the mercerized cotton knitted fabric is lighter, thinner and softer, has smooth cloth surface, good finish, bright color, fine and smooth hand feeling, stable physical performance and better drapability. However, mercerization requires special equipment and conditions, has the problems of high cost and pollution, and is not in line with the current environmental protection theme of sustainable development.

The fabric made of the high-count cotton yarn is light, thin, soft, smooth and fine, and has a smooth and good surface, and the characteristics of the fabric are very consistent with the development of the mercerized-simulated fabric.
The yarn interweaving of the interlock texture interweaving structure leads the fabric to be compact, stiff and smooth, and can meet the bending, stretching and comfortable wearing of all parts of the human body without binding feeling;
the double-rib interweaving structure is woven through a double-sided scutching machine, and the number of the double-sided scutching machine is 28G.
Raw materials of yarn: the 55S combed cotton contains 30% of long stapled cotton, and the spinning mode is compact spinning;
