Description

A composite knitting method and composite knitted product

The invention relates to the technical field of clothing, in particular to a composite knitting method and a composite knitted product.

Background technique

During fitness or strenuous exercise, women's breast tissue is easily damaged by a large swing. In order to protect women's breast tissue from damage and improve women's comfort during exercise, sports bras have appeared on the market. Generally, the production method of sports bra is as follows:

①使用纺织纱线进行针织生产出胸罩主体;①The main body of the bra is produced by knitting with textile yarn;

②通过注塑工艺得到既定形状的胶质垫块;② Obtain the colloidal spacer of a given shape through the injection molding process;

③Put the gel pad on the bra body, and then use the hot pressing process to combine the gel pad with the bra body.

Since the gel pad is hot-pressed to the bra body in the later stage, when the gap between the textile yarns is small, it is difficult for the gel pad to penetrate into the gap between the textile yarns, and the silicone pad can only be connected to the bra body. Therefore, the bonding force between the glue pad and the bra body is weak, and the glue pad is easily detached from the bra body, commonly known as "degumming".

Or the original must have this specific orientation and operate in a specific orientation configuration, which should not be construed as a limitation of the present invention.

The technical solutions of the present invention are further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and through specific embodiments.

Example 1

This embodiment provides a composite knitting method for producing a composite knitted fabric, which is suitable for the application scenario where a rubber pad is added to the knitted fabric to achieve anti-skid or reinforcement purposes, and the yarn is reinforced by knitting first and then hot pressing. The bonding force between the knitted main body and the spacer assembly can effectively reduce the occurrence of the dropout of the spacer assembly from the yarn knitted main body.

Referring to Figure 1, the composite knitting method includes:

S10: The composite knitted body is obtained by mixed knitting of the yarn thread group and the glue thread group.

In particular, the yarn group may include several kinds of textile yarns, and some or all of the properties of different kinds of textile yarns are different. Further, the characteristics of the textile yarn can be material, diameter or color, etc. It can be understood that different textile yarns can provide different air permeability, thickness, elasticity and color, etc., and the type and quantity of textile yarns can be independently selected according to needs.

The glue line group can include several kinds of composite glue lines, and some or all of the properties of different kinds of composite glue lines are different. Further, the properties of the composite glue line may be elasticity, material, diameter or color, etc. It can be understood that different composite glue lines can provide different support strength, toughness, thickness, elasticity and color, etc., and the type and quantity of composite glue lines can be independently selected according to needs. Optionally, the composite glue line can be made of rubber, silicone or latex.

It should be noted that, in some other embodiments, the bra body is obtained by first knitting with a yarn group, and then knitted at a corresponding position using a glue thread group to obtain a pad assembly fixed on the bra body. This is the knitting method of knitting the bra body first and then the pad components. In this embodiment, the yarn group and the glue thread group are used for weaving at the same time to obtain the sports bra provided in this embodiment. Specifically, at the position corresponding to the main body of the bra, the yarn group is used for knitting, and when the position corresponding to the pad assembly is reached, the glue thread group is used for knitting. This method is hybrid knitting.

S20 hot-pressing the composite knitted body, so that the glue thread group forms a spacer block assembly combined with the yarn thread group.

Specifically, S20 includes:

S201:对所述复合针织主体进行热压,热压温度不小于所述胶线线组的熔点;S201: hot pressing the composite knitted body, and the hot pressing temperature is not less than the melting point of the glue thread group;

S202: Perform cooling treatment to solidify the glue thread group into a spacer block assembly combined with the yarn thread group. In this embodiment, the cooling treatment may be natural cooling treatment or air cooling treatment.

It can be understood that the composite knitted main body is knitted by a mixture of yarn thread groups and glue thread groups, so the yarn thread groups and the glue thread groups are interlaced with each other, and the heat is heated at a temperature higher than the melting point of the glue thread group. Pressing can melt the glue line group, and the melted glue line group fully covers the yarn group around it. After the glue thread group is cooled and solidified, a spacer block assembly fully combined with the yarn knitted main body formed by the yarn thread organization is formed.

It should be noted that the pad assembly includes several composite pads, and different composite pads are different in position, thickness, elasticity, toughness, size or material. Further, each of the composite spacers may be obtained by mixing and weaving one composite glue thread or several composite glue wires. In step S10, different types of composite rubber threads are used for weaving at different positions, and the properties of each composite spacer block obtained after hot pressing are different. For example, if a thicker composite rubber thread is used for weaving, the thickness of the composite pad obtained after hot pressing and cooling is thicker; or, if a composite rubber thread with better elasticity is used for weaving, the composite pad obtained after hot pressing and cooling has better elasticity .

The traditional rubber spacer is generally made by injection molding process, which requires the production of molds. The cost of mold making is high, which greatly increases the production cost. After the mold is formed, the shape of the rubber spacer is fixed, unless it is re mold, otherwise the shape of the rubber spacer cannot be changed. In this embodiment, the shape of the spacer assembly is determined by the knitting path of the glue line group, that is, as long as the knitting path of the glue line group is changed, the shape of the pattern knitted by the glue line group can be changed. The shape of the spacer block assembly obtained after pressing changes accordingly, the whole process does not require mold opening treatment, the cost is low, and such a production method is conducive to changing the shape of the spacer block assembly, and has greater flexibility.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the computerized flat knitting machine is used to perform the mixed knitting of the yarn thread group and the glue thread group. As long as the knitting path of the glue thread group on the computerized flat knitting machine is changed, the position, shape and structure, etc.

Further, the traditional glue spacer and the yarn knitting body are produced independently of each other, and then the glue spacer is placed on the surface of the yarn knitting body and then hot-pressed. There is no positional constraint between the glue spacer and the yarn knitting body. , The positioning accuracy of the rubber pad is low, especially when hot pressing is performed in a narrow position, the rubber pad is easy to slip and cause the rubber to overflow from the edge of the yarn knitting body during hot pressing, and finally get " Spilled glue" defective products. In this embodiment, the computerized flat knitting machine and other knitting equipment can precisely control the position of the glue line group, and the twisted line group and the yarn group are intertwined with each other without displacement, thus greatly improving the yield after hot pressing. The position accuracy of the spacer block assembly is high, and the phenomenon of "glue overflow" will not occur during hot pressing, which is conducive to laying composite spacer blocks in narrow positions.

In the composite knitting method provided in this embodiment, the mixed knitting makes the yarn group and the glue line group interlace with each other, so the glue line group can penetrate into the gap of the yarn group, and the glue line group can be fully compressed during hot pressing. Covering the peripheral yarn group in a azimuth direction is beneficial to increase the contact area between the cushion block assembly obtained by cooling and molding of the glue thread group and the yarn knitting main body knitted by the yarn group, and finally effectively improve the cushion block assembly. The bonding force with the yarn knitting body reduces the occurrence of "degumming".

Embodiment 2

Some of the composite spacers are edge spacers 201 located at the edge of the yarn knitted body 1 . Referring to Fig. 2, if the bra is a shoulder strap type, the edge positions generally include a bottom edge position 1011 located on the bottom edge of the bra, an underarm clip ring position 1012 located on the left and right sides of the bra, and between the two underarm clip ring positions 1012 The neckline position 1013. Referring to FIG. 3 , if the bra is a tube top, the edge positions generally include a top edge position 1014 located on the top edge of the bra and a bottom edge position 1011 located on the bottom edge of the bra. The edge spacer 201 at the edge position can improve the toughness of the edge position of the yarn knitted main body 1, and can also play an anti-slip effect. Specifically, edge spacers 201 can be selectively added to some or all of the edge positions.

202。Part of the composite cushion block is the cup cushion block 202 located at the cup position 102 of the yarn knitted body 1 . Specifically, the cup positions 102 may include a mid-cup position at the central region of the cup, a bottom position at the bottom of the cup, and a top position at the upper edge of the cup. The cup cushion block 202 at the cup position 102 can improve the support strength and toughness of the cup position 102, and can also play an anti-slip effect. Further, the cup cushion block 202 can be used as a reinforcing member to replace the steel support. Specifically, by adding glue thread groups of different diameters at different positions, the cup pads 202 with different hardness and elasticity can be processed, and then combined with the knitting technology of the computerized flat knitting machine to make a three-dimensional cup shape, so that the chest has a suitable shape storage space and comfortable support. Specifically, a cup cushion block 202 can be selectively added to some or all of the cup positions 102 .

203。Part of the composite spacer is an intermediate spacer 203 located between the edge position of the yarn knitted body 1 and the cup position 102 .
