uniformly mixing a fluorine-free waterproof agent, an isocyanate-terminated waterproof synergist and water, sequentially adding an aqueous polyurethane emulsion, an organosilicon wetting agent, an organosilicon leveling agent and a polyurethane thickener under a stirring state, and continuously stirring for 10-20min to obtain the waterproof printing paste.
The inventor also provides a preparation method of the water-sensitive developing printed fabric, which comprises the following steps:
printing: printing the surface of the fabric by using a screen template, wherein the printing paste is the waterproof printing paste;
and (3) drying: drying the printed fabric for 1-3h at 45-55 ℃;
baking: and (3) baking the dried fabric at the temperature of 140-160 ℃ for 3-5min to obtain the water-sensitive printed fabric.
After drying and baking, the waterproof printing paste is absorbed by the fabric fibers to increase the hydrophobicity of the fabric fibers in the printing area.
Preferably, the fabric includes wool fabric, chemical fiber fabric and silk floss fabric.
The inventor further provides a water-sensitive developing printed fabric, and the printed fabric is prepared by the preparation method.
Preferably, the water-sensitive developing printed fabric is developed for more than 10min in a water-meeting environment.
Different from the prior art, the technical scheme provides the waterproof printing paste, the water-sensitive developing printed fabric using the waterproof printing paste and the preparation method of the water-sensitive developing printed fabric. The special waterproof printing paste is adopted in the printing pattern area of the fabric, the printing pattern is not displayed when the fabric does not meet water by utilizing the difference of the hydrophilicity and the hydrophobicity of the printing pattern and the fabric, the color of the non-printing area is darkened due to water absorption when the fabric meets water, only a small amount of fibers absorb water in the printing area within 10min due to the hydrophobicity of the printing area, and the printing pattern is displayed on the printing fabric without pattern display during drying. The invention has simple integral process and flexible design of the printing pattern technology, and can enrich the water-sensitive developing printed fabric.
