技术领域
本发明涉及一种组装式静脉导管装置。
背景技术
在医学中,静脉输液是放入到周围静脉中的导管,以便将药物或流体给予需要的患者。静脉导管也可用来采血。
导管由定位在导管的管腔内的引导针引入到患者的静脉中,使得针的尖锐的尖端暴露在导管的远侧末端之外。尖锐的尖端刺穿患者的皮肤和静脉以提供通道,导管的远侧末端可以穿过该通道前进。一旦导管末端放在静脉中,针的尖端便撤回到导管中;这种技术通常称为“罩上”。导管和针然后前进到静脉中至所需深度,之后针完全从导管中移除。导管随后通过粘合带或绑扎而紧固到患者的皮肤。
一般而言,导管联接到具有血液控制装置(诸如,阀或隔膜)的导管适配器。这样,流过导管的血液被保留在导管适配器内,直到血液控制装置被致动或以其他方式操作以准许通过导管和导管适配器的流动。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及周围静脉导管,特别是涉及一种整体式周围静脉导管,其具有:低型面紧固平台;针座,所述针座具有内部隔室,并且其还包括桨状握柄;以及延伸管,所述延伸管联接到所述导管并且在插入导管之前储存在针座的内部隔室内。
本发明的一些具体实施例包括具有导管适配器的静脉导管装置,所述导管适配器具有近端、远端和介于近端和远端之间的管腔。导管适配器还包括紧固平台,所述紧固平台由柔软的易弯或柔性材料(诸如柔软聚合物)制成。在一些情况下,紧固平台包括柔软的聚合物材料,所述柔软的聚合物材料包括从约15到100的肖氏A硬度计硬度。在一些情况下,柔软的聚合物材料包括从约30肖氏A到约90肖氏D的硬度计硬度。在一些情况下,柔软的聚合物材料包括从约50肖氏A到约90肖氏D的硬度计硬度。在一些情况下,导管适配器的远端包括与管腔流体连通的静脉导管。此外,导管适配器的近端包括也与管腔流体连通的延伸管。在一些情况下,紧固平台可还包括硬质或刚性塑料聚合物材料。
本发明的一些具体实施例还包括针座,所述针座包括刚性材料,诸如硬质塑料材料。针座包括开口端、封闭端和介于开口端与封闭端之间的隔室。封闭端被配置成接纳延伸管的末端,并且开口端被配置成接纳导管适配器的近端,其中延伸管储存在隔室内。在一些情况下,延伸管卷绕在针座的外表面周围。在一些情况下,封闭端还包括与引导针的内部管腔流体连通的回流腔室。
在一些情况下,针座还包括桨状握柄,所述桨状握柄定位在开口端附近并且被布置成与紧固平台重叠,从而在导管插入的过程中准许使用者将桨状握柄和紧固平台捏在他们的拇指与食指之间。在一些情况下,桨状握柄与紧固平台的重叠布置准许使用者通过调整他们的抓握以在相反方向上移动紧固平台和桨状握柄来罩上针的尖端。
针座还包括引导针,所述引导针具有基端、尖端和在基端和尖端之间延伸的主体。针的基端牢固地附接到针座的封闭端。在组装时,针的主体从封闭端向外延伸、穿过近端、管腔、远端和静脉导管,从而使得针的尖端暴露在静脉导管的末端之外。
本发明的一些具体实施进一步被配置成使得当静脉导管装置组装时,引导针的主体穿过延伸管的内部。在一些情况下,延伸管在隔室内卷绕在引导针的主体周围。
在一些情况下,导管适配器的近端和/或延伸管的末端还包括血液控制装置,诸如,阀、自密封聚合物、鲁尔(luer)适配器或隔膜。在一些情况下,血液控制阀包括通道,引导针的主体穿过该通道。在一些情况下,血液控制装置是单用途装置。在其他情况下,血液控制装置是多用途装置。
本发明的一些具体实施还包括延伸管,所述延伸管具有进出端口,所述进出端口联接到延伸管的侧壁表面并且从所述侧壁表面向外延伸。针对这些实施例,针座还包括进出狭槽,所述进出狭槽从开口端向近侧延伸到封闭端附近的位置,由此进出端口穿过进出狭槽并且位于针座的隔室的外部,静脉导管装置被组装。在一些情况下,针座的开口端还包括凹口,所述凹口具有被配置成接纳和支撑导管适配器的紧固平台的近侧边缘的宽度和深度。
本发明的一些具体实施例还包括被设计成在导管插入患者之后捕获并遮护引导针的尖端的一个或多个特征。例如,在一些情况下,延伸管的近端还包括针遮护机构或针安全机构,所述针遮护机构或针安全机构选择性地联接到该近端,并且在装置被组装时引导针的主体穿过所述机构。在引导针从延伸管中移除之后,诸如套圈或凹口的针结构致动安全机构以选择性地将安全机构与延伸管的末端脱离接合。一旦释放,安全机构便捕获针的尖端,从而防止意外暴露于针的尖端。
参考图1A、图1B、图1C和图2,示出了组装式静脉导管装置10的透视俯视图和剖视图。在一些实施例中,导管装置10包括导管适配器20,所述导管适配器具有近端22、远端24和在近端和远端之间延伸的管腔26。远端24还包括静脉导管30,所述静脉导管具有被配置成进出周围血管系统的尺度。
导管适配器20还包括一个或多个紧固平台40。在一些实施例中,紧固平台40包括在导管插入部位附近可容易地贴合患者身体的轮廓的柔软易弯的聚合物材料,从而提供低型面紧固平台。在一些情况下,紧固平台40包括柔软的聚合物材料,所述聚合物材料具有约15到100、约20到80、约30到70、约40到60、约45到55、或者约50的肖氏A硬度计硬度。在一些情况下,柔软的聚合物材料包括小于15的肖氏A硬度计硬度。在一些情况下,柔软的聚合物材料包括大于100的肖氏A硬度计硬度。在一些情况下,导管适配器20和紧固平台40二者都包括柔软易弯的聚合物材料。
导管适配器20的近端22还包括延伸管50,所述延伸管具有联接到近端22的第一端52,并且还包括具有血液控制装置56的远端54。在一些情况下,延伸管50和导管30包括单个整体结构或部件。在其他情况下,延伸管50和导管30是各自独立联接到管腔26的单独装置或部件,使得延伸管50、导管30和管腔26流体连通。在一些情况下,管腔26还包括血液控制装置,诸如,单向阀或隔膜(未示出)。
在一些实施例中,隔膜可具有“低摩擦”或“低阻”设计,该设计被配置成对引导针70穿过隔膜向近侧的撤回提供相对较低的阻力,该撤回将在导管装置10从插入配置转变到流体输送配置时发生。对针70穿过隔膜撤回的阻力可足够低,以使得临床医生可以相对容易地仅用一只手将导管装置10从插入配置移动到流体输送配置。在一些实施例中,对撤回的阻力平均可以小于约50gf。
在一些情况下,导管适配器20的近端向近侧延伸(未示出),以提供延伸管50。因此,导管30的近端在导管适配器20的管腔26内终止,并且延伸管50从导管适配器20向外延伸,其中导管30、管腔26和延伸管50流体连通。在一些情况下,紧固平台40的一部分延伸(未示出)以提供延伸管50。
在一些实施例中,血液控制装置56包括鲁尔适配器,所述鲁尔适配器被配置成相容地接纳鲁尔连接器,所述鲁尔连接器联接到一长度的静脉输液管道,或者经由针或注射器提供通道。在一些情况下,血液控制装置56还包括准许选择性地进入延伸管50的内部管腔的阀、隔膜和/或自密封聚合物。在一些情况下,血液控制装置56包括单用途阀。在其他情况下,血液控制装置56包括多用途阀。血液控制装置56可还包括被配置成与单用途或多用途阀一起使用的隔膜致动器。在未进入时,血液控制装置56将血液保留在导管30、导管适配器20和延伸管50内。
导管装置10还包括针座60。针座60包括封闭端62、开口端64和介于封闭端与开口端之间的隔室66。封闭端62是导管装置10的最近侧端,并且被配置成接纳延伸管50的末端54。开口端64位于与封闭端62相反的位置,并且被配置成相容地接纳导管适配器20的近端22。在一些情况下,隔室66包括足以接纳延伸管50的整个长度的长度。例如,在一个实施例中,隔室66包括约0.5英寸到约8英寸、约1英寸到约7.5英寸、约2英寸到约7英寸、约3英寸到约6英寸、约4英寸到约5英寸、或者约4.5英寸的长度。在一个实施例中,隔室66为约4英寸。
导管装置10还包括引导针70。引导针70包括空心的金属或刚性塑料套管,其具有基端72,所述基端在隔室66内牢固地附接到封闭端62。针70还包括与基端72相反的尖锐的尖端74。针70的主体76的长度大于导管适配器20、导管30和针座60在组装时的组合长度,从而使得尖端74向远侧暴露在导管30的末端32之外。这样,尖端74暴露并且能够提供通过患者的皮肤的通路,以将导管30引入到患者的静脉中。
在一些实施例中,在导管插入之前,引导针70穿过延伸管50、管腔26和导管30。通过这种方式,引导针70对准并且协调各个部件中的每个部件的相对位置。
本发明的各个实施例还包括安全机构80,所述安全机构被配置成在针座60从导管适配器20中移除并分离之后使引导针70的尖锐的远侧尖端74安全。安全机构可包括本领领域中已知的任何可相容装置。在一些情况下,安全机构被配置成与针结构(例如,套管上的套圈、凹口、卷边或凸起)相互作用。套管中形成的卷边或凸起导致稍微不圆的配置,该配置可以用来致动安全机构。在一些情况下,安全机构包括臂或杆,所述臂或杆被致动以将针尖端捕获在机构内并且在安全处理之前防止针尖端显露。
安全机构附接到针的主体并且能够沿着针的长度滑动。在一些情况下,在导管插入之前,安全机构的初始位置或组装位置位于针适配器的基端或近端附近。针对一些配置,安全机构的组装位置在针座的近端与导管适配器或紧固平台的近端之间,其中安全机构不与导管适配器或紧固平台重叠。在一些情况下,安全机构的一部分定位在导管适配器内,其中安全机构的其余部分定位在导管适配器的外部,例如在针座内。在一些实施例中,导管适配器或紧固平台的一部分向近侧延伸以提供壳体,安全结构的至少一部分容纳在所述壳体中。在一些情况下,在导管插入之前,整个安全机构都容纳在导管适配器或紧固平台的壳体内。
在一些实施例中,安全机构的组装位置将导管适配器的近端定位在安全机构的远端与针座的桨状握柄的远端之间。在一些情况下,安全机构的组装位置将导管适配器的近端定位在安全机构的远端与针座的桨状握柄的近端之间。在一些情况下,安全机构的一部分与针座的桨状握柄的一部分重叠。在一些实施例中,导管适配器和桨状握柄中的至少一者的至少一些部分与安全机构的至少一些部分重叠。在一些实施例中,导管适配器或桨状握柄的任何部分不与安全机构的任何部分重叠。
在一些实施例中,可破坏的机械连接被提供在安全机构与静脉导管装置的至少一个其他部件之间。在一些实施例中,安全机构的远端选择性地联接到导管适配器的近端。在一个实施例中,安全机构在内部互锁到导管适配器的近端。在一个实施例中,安全机构在外部互锁到导管适配器的近端。在一些实施例中,安全机构的远端选择性地联接到紧固平台的近端。在一些实施例中,安全机构的表面选择性地联接到导管适配器、血液控制阀、延伸管和紧固平台中的至少一者的至少一个表面。在一些情况下,一旦针尖端紧固到安全机构内,机械连接被破坏。
在一些实施例中,导管装置10包括安全机构80,针70的主体76穿过所述安全机构,并且所述安全机构定位成介于末端54与封闭端62之间。在导管插入并且针70从延伸管50撤回之后,针结构78与安全机构80相互作用,以将尖端74限制在其中,从而防止尖端74意外暴露。在本发明的范围内,可以使用已知的针结构和安全结构的任何组合。
针座60还包括桨状握柄68,所述桨状握柄定位在开口端64附近并且被布置成当导管装置10组装好时与紧固平台40的一部分重叠。在一些实施例中,桨状握柄68包括刚性塑料材料。紧固平台40和桨状握柄68的重叠布置准许使用者通过捏住重叠结构或部件来保持导管装置10。在一个实施例中,使用者捏住重叠的桨状握柄68和紧固平台40以便将导管插入患者体内。一旦尖端74和末端32插入到患者的静脉内,使用者便可通过调整其抓握以在近侧方向90上移动桨状握柄68而同时或维持紧固平台40的位置或通过同时在远侧方向92上移动紧固平台40来罩上尖端74。
一旦尖端74被罩上,使用者便可以进一步使导管30前进到患者静脉内至最终插入深度。在一些情况下,导管30包括透明或半透明材料,使用者可以透过所述材料观察,并且其提供初次血液回流以指示导管30的正确插入。在一些情况下,出于血液回流观察的目的,导管适配器20和/或针座60还包括透明或半透明材料。在一些实施例中,针结构78包括凹口,所述凹口准许针70的空心内部内的血液在针70的外表面与导管30的内部之间流动。
在一些实施例中,针70的基端72联接到与针70的尖端74和空心内部流体连通的二次回流腔室(未示出)。例如,封闭端62可被进一步更改以包括二次回流腔室。这样,在将针座60和针70从导管适配器20、导管30和延伸管50分开之前,血液可以流过针70的中空的内部并进一步流到二次回流腔室中以进一步指示导管30的正确插入。
如图1B和图1C所示,在一些实施例中,紧固平台40可以在组装位置或插入配置中嵌入桨状握柄68中。更详细地说,在一些实施例中,桨状握柄68可包括沿着桨状握柄68的外缘设置的周围脊部69。在一些实施例中,周围脊部69可限定桨状握柄68的远侧凹部71的边界。在一些实施例中,在插入配置中,紧固平台40可设置在远侧凹部71内。在一些实施例中,紧固平台40的外缘的曲率可对应于周围脊部69的内缘的曲率,使得在插入配置中,紧固平台40装配在远侧凹部71内。
在一些实施例中,周围脊部69可充当拉动结构。在一些实施例中,周围脊部69可定位成使得手指可容易接触周围脊部69的顶点和/或远侧,以将近侧压力施加在桨状握柄68上。在一些实施例中,当静脉导管装置10处于插入配置时,周围脊部69可被设置在紧固平台40的外缘的外面,使得即使当紧固平台40定位在桨状握柄68上面时周围脊部69也可被手指接触。
现在参考图3,示出了导管装置10的分解剖视图。在一些实施例中,针座60的开口端64还包括凹口61,所述凹口具有足以接纳并支撑紧固平台40的近侧边缘42的宽度和深度。在一些情况下,凹口61包括足以在近侧边缘42完全插入在凹口61内时实现紧固平台40和桨状握柄68的重叠布置的深度。在一些情况下,凹口61的宽度略大于紧固平台40的厚度,使得紧固平台40可容易在凹口61内滑动,并且凹口61维持导管适配器20在开口端64内的轴向位置,并且进一步对紧固平台40的柔软易弯材料提供加固支撑。
现在参考图4A、图4B和图5,本发明的一些实施例还包括进出端口58,所述进出端口包括联接到延伸管50并与延伸管流体连通的第一端51,并且还包括第二端53,所述第二端从延伸管50向外延伸并包括血液控制装置57。进出端口58可包括本发明的教示内的任何结构或长度。在一些实施例中,进出端口58以一角度从延伸管50的侧部或侧壁向外延伸以类似于y形端口。在一些情况下,进出端口58在近侧方向上向外延伸。在其他情况下,进出端口58在远侧方向上向外延伸。在一些情况下,在导管插入之前,进出端口58用来对延伸管50和导管30进行预备。
血液控制装置57可包括在本发明的教示内或者本领域中公知和惯用的任何结构、形状或者特征。此外,血液控制装置57可联接到任何二次静脉输液装置,包括但不限于静脉输液延伸管道、注射器、针、盖、二次回流腔室、y形端口适配器、小瓶、IV袋、阀以及夹具。
不同于血液控制装置56,血液控制装置57位于隔室66的外部,因此可以包括可以不能存储在隔室66内的结构。例如,在一个实施例中,血液控制装置57包括y形端口。在一个实施例中,血液控制装置57包括与如先前论述的血液控制装置56一样的一个或多个结构。进出端口58可还包括可以不适于在隔室66内的储存的一个或多个结构。例如,在一个实施例中,进出端口58包括辊式夹、捏式夹或类似装置,以控制从中流过的流体流。
在一些情况下,进出端口58直接联接到血液控制装置56。在一些实施例中,进出端口58从导管适配器20延伸。在一些实施例中,导管装置10包括联接到导管适配器20(未示出)并且从该导管适配器延伸的第一进出端口,并且还包括联接到延伸管50或血液控制装置56的第二进出端口58。
在一些实施例中,针座60还包括进出狭槽63,所述进出狭槽从开口端64向近侧延伸到封闭端62,以适应进出端口58。进出狭槽63通常包括被选择成对应于导管装置10被组装时进出端口58的位置的长度。进出狭槽63还包括稍微比进出端口58的外径大的宽度,借此进出端口58能够在进出狭槽63内自由滑动。

现在参考图6A到图6C,本发明的一些实施例还包括具有细长延伸管150的导管装置100,其中延伸管150的长度大于隔室166的长度。在一些情况下,延伸管150的过量长度被卷绕在针70的主体76周围,以适应在导管插入之前储存在隔室166内。在导管插入之后,随着针70和针座160从导管适配器120分离和移除,延伸管150从针70解卷。
在一些实施例中,导管适配器120包括具有远端124和近端122的管腔126。远端124包括静脉导管30,如先前论述。在一些实施例中,近端122包括第一表面,延伸管150的第一端152联接到所述第一表面并且与管腔126流体连通。第一端152在偏心位置(诸如在近端122的周缘附近)联接到近端122。

类似地,血液控制装置156包括第一孔口151,延伸管150的远端154紧固到所述第一孔口。在一些情况下,第一孔口151位于偏心位置,诸如,在血液控制装置156的周缘附近。血液控制装置156还包括供针70穿过的第二孔口153。在一些情况下,第二孔口153位于血液控制装置156的轴向中心。一旦导管插入,血液控制装置156将流体保留在延伸管150内,直到进一步被二次静脉输液装置(诸如鲁尔连接器、注射器、针或其他装置)进入为止。
在一些实施例中,针座160包括一对截短的桨状握柄168,所述截短的桨状握柄具有接纳紧固平台140的近侧边缘的狭槽。在一些情况下,桨状握柄168和紧固平台140的尺寸和形状被配置成通过将这些元件捏在使用者的拇指与食指之间来适于导管插入。在一些实施例中,紧固平台140中的每个紧固平台可以在组装位置或插入配置中嵌入桨状握柄168中的一个桨状握柄中,类似于图1B和图4B中示出的紧固平台40在桨状握柄68中的嵌入。
在一些情况下,引导针70的小尺度和延伸长度可导致针70在导管插入期间不合需要地挠曲或弯曲。因此,在一些实施例中,导管装置200包括带套筒的针配置,如图7所示。在一些情况下,导管30包括第二套管250,所述第二套管的内径被配置成接纳针70的外径。第二套管250可包括截短的长度并且牢固地紧固在导管30的内部管腔或流体通道内。在一些情况下,第二套管250固定在导管30的位于导管适配器220内的部分内。第二套管250因而充当针70的位于导管适配器220内的部分的护套。在一些情况下,第二套管250支撑针70并增加其刚性以抵抗不合需要的挠曲或弯曲。
在一些情况下,导管装置200包括锥形引导针(未示出),其中锥形针的基部和中间部分包括比针的远端和尖端部分的尺度大的尺度和厚度。锥形配置为针的近侧和中间部分赋予更大的刚度,用来使针的远侧和尖端部分更具刚性,从而在导管插入期间减少针的不合需要的挠曲或弯曲。另外,在一些实施例中,导管装置200包括引导针,所述引导针具有包括第一尺度的基部和中间部分以及包括第二尺度的远侧和尖端部分,其中第一尺度大于第二尺度,并且第一尺度为第二尺度赋予刚度。

在一些实施例中,可破坏的机械连接被提供在安全机构与IV导管系统的至少一个其他部件之间。在一些情况下,一旦针的远侧尖端紧固到安全机构内,机械连接被破坏。在一些实施例中,安全机构的表面选择性地联接到下列中的一者或多者:导管适配器、血液控制阀、延伸管以及一个或多个桨状握柄。

在一些实施例中,在导管插入之前的组装位置,安全机构可设置在导管适配器与针座之间。在一些实施例中,在导管插入之前的组装位置,导管适配器和针座可被安全机构的至少一部分间隔开。在一些实施例中,在导管插入之前的组装位置,导管适配器的近端可设置在安全机构的远端与针座的握柄(例如桨状握柄)的远端之间。在一些实施例中,在导管插入之前的组装位置,导管适配器主体的近端可设置在安全机构的远端与针座的握柄的近端之间。在一些实施例中,安全机构的一部分可与针座的握柄的一部分重叠。在一些实施例中,导管适配器和握柄中的至少一者的至少一部分与安全机构的至少一些部分重叠。在一些实施例中,导管适配器主体或握柄的任何部分不与安全机构的任何部分重叠。

Claims (19)
1.一种组装式静脉导管装置,其特征在于,所述组装式静脉导管装置包括:
导管适配器,所述导管适配器具有近端、远端和介于近端和远端之间的管腔,所述导管适配器还包括紧固平台,所述远端包括静脉导管并且所述近端包括延伸管以及从所述延伸管向外延伸的进出端口,其中,所述静脉导管、所述进出端口以及所述延伸管三者与所述管腔流体连通;
针座,所述针座具有封闭端、开口端、桨状握柄以及介于所述封闭端和所述开口端之间的隔室,所述封闭端被配置成接纳所述延伸管的末端并且所述开口端被配置成接纳所述导管适配器的所述近端,其中,所述延伸管储存在所述隔室内,所述针座具有进出狭槽,所述进出狭槽延伸穿过所述开口端,其中所述进出端口延伸穿过所述进出狭槽并且能够在所述进出狭槽内朝着远侧方向滑动;以及
引导针,所述引导针具有基端、尖端以及在所述基端和所述尖端之间延伸的主体,所述基端牢固地附接到该针座的所述封闭端,所述主体延伸穿过所述近端、所述管腔、所述远端和所述静脉导管,使得所述引导针的尖端暴露在所述静脉导管的末端之外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组装式静脉导管装置,其特征在于,所述引导针的所述主体进一步穿过所述延伸管的内部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组装式静脉导管装置,其特征在于,所述导管适配器的所述近端还包括血液控制阀,所述引导针的主体穿过所述血液控制阀。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组装式静脉导管装置,其特征在于,所述血液控制阀包括隔膜。
5.根据权利要求3所述的组装式静脉导管装置,其特征在于,所述血液控制阀包括自密封聚合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组装式静脉导管装置,其特征在于,所述进出端口位于所述隔室的外部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的组装式静脉导管装置,其特征在于,所述开口端还包括用于接纳所述紧固平台的近侧边缘的凹口。
8.根据权利要求1所述的组装式静脉导管装置,其特征在于,所述组装式静脉导管装置还包括安全机构,所述安全机构可滑动地联接到所述引导针的主体并且被配置成在所述导管适配器和所述延伸管从所述针座中被移除时捕获并保持所述引导针的尖端。
9.根据权利要求1所述的组装式静脉导管装置,其特征在于,所述延伸管的近端还包括血液控制阀。
10.根据权利要求9所述的组装式静脉导管装置,其特征在于,所述血液控制阀还包括通道,所述引导针的主体穿过所述通道。
11.根据权利要求9所述的组装式静脉导管装置,其特征在于,所述血液控制阀是隔膜。
12.根据权利要求9所述的组装式静脉导管装置,其特征在于,所述血液控制阀是自密封聚合物。
13.根据权利要求9所述的组装式静脉导管装置,其特征在于,所述血液控制阀是鲁尔适配器。
14.根据权利要求1所述的组装式静脉导管装置,其特征在于,所述延伸管的尺度大于所述静脉导管的尺度。
15.根据权利要求1所述的组装式静脉导管装置,其特征在于,所述紧固平台包括易弯的柔性聚合物材料。
16.根据权利要求1所述的组装式静脉导管装置,其特征在于,所述针座包括刚性的聚合物材料。
17.根据权利要求1所述的组装式静脉导管装置,其特征在于,所述桨状握柄定位在所述开口端附近并且被布置成与所述紧固平台重叠。
18.根据权利要求17所述的组装式静脉导管装置,其特征在于,所述组装式静脉导管装置是低型面的。
19.根据权利要求1所述的组装式静脉导管装置,其特征在于,所述针座的封闭端还包括回流腔室。
