CN201210095190.0涉及一种含氰氟虫腙与昆虫生长调节剂类杀虫剂的超低容量液剂,昆虫生长调节剂选自定虫隆、氟铃脲、灭幼脲、除虫脲、噻嗪酮、双氧威、虫酰肼等,超低容量液剂用于防治稻飞虱、二化螟、桃小食心虫、蓟马等作物害虫。CN201210095190.0未公开苯氧威与氰氟虫腙的复配组合物。
EP2010064995W涉及一种聚合物颗粒剂,能改善杀虫剂的土壤迁移性,颗粒剂活性成分选自至少如下一种微溶性杀虫剂:氟虫腈、丙烯除虫菊、氟氯菊酯、反丙烯除虫菊、氯虫酰胺、氟唑虫清、溴氰虫酰胺、氟氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、醚菊酯、苯氧威、氟虫脲、灭蚁腙、吡虫啉、吡丙醚、氰氟虫腙、四溴菊酯等,用于防治地下害虫。EP2010064995W 未公开苯氧威与氰氟虫腙复配组合物。
苯氧威(fenoxycarb)为20世纪80年代上市的昆虫生长调节剂,属仿生保幼激素(IRAC 7B),控制害虫生长发育,干扰早龄幼虫脱皮,抑制幼虫变为成虫,生产生理上的畸形,使之不能成熟而死亡;也有很强的杀卵活性。苯氧威对鳞翅目、鞘翅目、双翅目、膜翅目等很多害虫幼虫活性高,对害虫成虫的活性差,药效缓慢,对哺乳动物毒性低、对环境影响小。
茚虫威、氰氟虫腙、多杀菌素等化合物,作用于神经/肌肉或呼吸,药效迅速,杀卵活性差,长期使用易产生抗性;上述活性化合物毒性低,可应用于卫生、林业等领域防治有害生物。现有技术未公开苯氧威与这些杀虫剂的组合,申请人意外得发现,当将这两类杀虫活性成分组合后,具有优良的增效作用。

本发提供一种高效、环保,应用于卫生、林业、入侵生物等非农领域的杀虫组合物。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述组合物的制剂配方和应用。
本发明的上述目的通过以下技术方案实现:
该杀虫组合物,其特征在于:组合物包含活性组分A和活性组分B,A为苯氧威,活性组分B选自茚虫威、氰氟虫腙、多杀菌素及乙基多杀菌素的一种,二者的质量比为1:99~99:1。
所述杀虫组合物,其特征在于:活性组分B选自茚虫威、氰氟虫腙及多杀菌素的一种。
所述杀虫组合物,其特征在于:活性组分A和活性组分B质量比为1:99~99:1,优选1:40~40:1,进一步优选1:10~10:1。
本发明还提供所述杀虫组合物的制剂配方。该制剂配方包括活性组合物及辅助成分。
所述杀虫组合物按照常规方法制成各种剂型,包括但不限于悬浮剂、乳油、水乳剂、微乳剂、油悬浮剂、微囊悬浮—悬浮剂、可溶液剂、可湿性分剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂、饵剂、粉剂、气雾剂。依据实际情况选择合适的剂型。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)昆虫生长调节剂与作用于神经/肌肉/呼吸的杀虫剂复配,优势互补,能有效控制害虫整个生命周期的各个阶段的虫态,减少杀虫剂用量,延缓抗药性。
(2)本发明活性组分作用机制差异大,复配后对蚊、跳蚤、美国白蛾、红火蚁等害虫有明显的增效作用。

应用实施列1:蚊幼虫室内试验
供试对象:淡色库蚊,3龄幼虫,室内敏感品系。
试验药剂:分别称取苯氧威、多杀菌素、茚虫威、氰氟虫腙原药,加入适量丙酮溶解,并加入蒸馏水配成所需浓度母液,将上述母液按一定比例混合制成混合母液。
试验方法:参考农药登记用卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价第5部分:蚊幼防治剂NY/T 1151.5-2014,取直径为30cm、深度为10cm的白瓷盆,盆里放4L清水,每盆放入健康淡色库蚊3龄幼虫50头,根据盆内水面积,按剂量加入配好的药剂,每天观察幼虫死亡和化蛹情况,并将蛹取出观察其羽化情况。三次重复,并设空白对照组。
试验结果:见表1,苯氧威复配药剂,利用不同的作用机理,对幼虫及蛹都有杀灭效果,在相同剂量下,防治率比单剂更高。

应用实施列2:跳蚤室内试验
试验对象:印鼠客蚤,卵。
供试药剂:将苯氧威、茚虫威、氰氟虫腙、乙基多杀菌素原药分别用无水乙醇溶解,再用水稀释配制成所需母液。
试验方法:采用浸渍法,将上述母液分别配制成系列浓度;将卵移至加有药液的烧杯,药剂处理后,转移至正常条件下培养;每杯20个卵,重复3次,设立清水对照;调查记录孵化卵数和死亡卵数,计算卵死亡率。
评价方法:采用Colby公式,该方法是评价混剂作用的经典方法之一。Colby公式如下:E=X+Y-(X×Y)/100,。
其中X是以m ppm浓度使用活性化合物A时的死亡率,表示为未处理对照组的百分比;Y是以n ppm浓度使用活性化合物B时的死亡率,表示为未处理对照组的百分比,E是当以m+n ppm浓度施用率使用活性化合物A和B时的死亡率,表示为未处理对照组的百分比。
如果两种活性成分在以一定浓度混合后靶标的实际死亡率大于理论死亡率E,则判定两种活性成分在设定浓度下混合使用时具有增效作用,反之则为拮抗作用。
试验结果:见表2,苯氧威与茚虫威/氟虫腙/乙基多杀菌素复配药剂对印鼠客蚤的卵有增效作用。

应用实施列3:红火蚁现场防治试验
试验对象及试验地点:红火蚁,多蚁后型;泉州晋江内坑镇。
试验药剂:饵剂实施例1-23。
试验方案:参考农药田间药效试验准则(二)第149部分:杀虫剂防治红火蚁GB/T7980.149—2009,试验有7个处理(实施例1-23)及1个空白对照,3次重复,每个处理之前设置3-5米的隔离带;地表温度20-35℃、地表干燥时施药,环状撒施于距离蚁巢30-100厘米范围内,制剂用药量为15-30克/巢,施药后2天内下雨,需补施药剂;施药前、施药后7 天、30天及45天共调查4次工蚁密度(采用新鲜火腿肠片诱集法)。
试验结果:见表3,在相同的防治剂量下,苯氧威复配红火蚁饵剂相较于单剂,复配制剂在防治率高于单剂,持效期长于单剂。

应用实施例4:美国白蛾室内试验
试验对象:美国白蛾,3龄幼虫。
供试药剂:将苯氧威、多杀菌素、乙基多杀菌素及氰氟虫腙原药分别用无水乙醇溶解,再用含有0.1%吐温80的水溶液配制成所需母液。
试验方法:采用浸渍法,将上述母液分别配制成系列浓度;将新鲜未药剂污染的杨树叶片在待测药液中浸5s,取出后阴干,叶柄包裹脱脂棉清水浸湿,放入塑料杯,每杯15头试虫,重复3次,设立清水对照;放置于湿度75%、温度24℃和光照14:10(L:D)条件下饲养,72h后调查记录死虫数、总虫数。
用POLO统计分析软件进行统计分析,计算各药剂的LC50,并根据孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)。
实测毒力指数(ATI)=(标准药剂LC50/供试药剂LC50)×100。
理论毒力指数(TTI)=A药剂毒力指数×混剂中A的百分含量+B药剂毒力指数×混剂中B的百分含量。
共毒系数(CTC)=[混剂实测毒力指数(ATI)/混剂理论毒力指数(TTI)]×100。
按照NY/T1154.7-2006杀虫剂联合作用划分标准:共毒系数(CTC)≥120表现为增效作用;共毒系数(CTC)≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<共毒系数(CTC)<120表现为相加作用。
试验结果:见表4,苯氧威与多杀菌素配比99:1~1:99时,表现为增效作用,而配比在 10:1~1:10时,共毒系数最高,超过167.75;苯氧威与氰氟虫腙/乙基多杀菌素配比40:1~1:40 时,共毒系数均>120,表现为增效作用。

Claims (7)
1.一种杀虫组合物,其特征在于:组合物包含活性组分A和活性组分B,A为苯氧威,活性组分B选自茚虫威、氰氟虫腙、多杀菌素及乙基多杀菌素的一种,二者的质量比为1:99~99:1。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:活性组分B进一步选自茚虫威、氰氟虫腙及多杀菌素的一种。
3.根据权利要求书1-2所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于:活性组分A与活性组分B质量比优选为1:40~40:1,进一步优选1:10~10:1。
4.根据权利要求书1-4所述的杀虫组合物防治有害生物的应用领域,其特征在于:所述应用领域为防治卫生、林业及入侵有害生物。
5.根据权利要求书5所述的杀虫组合物防治有害生物的应用领域,其特征在于所述卫生有害生物包括但不限于蚊、蝇、蜚蠊、蚂蚁、跳蚤、虱子、臭虫、蜱、螨,进一步优选蚊虫、跳蚤。
6.根据权利要求书5所述的杀虫组合物防治有害生物的应用领域,其特征在于所述林业有害生物包括但不限于美国白蛾、松毛虫、毒蛾、舟蛾、尺蛾,进一步优选美国白蛾。
7.根据权利要求书5所述的杀虫组合物防治有害生物的应用领域,其特征在于所述入侵有害生物为红火蚁。
