In view of the technical problems mentioned in the background art, the present invention provides a speaker module, which aims to improve the acoustic performance of the speaker module.
It can be understood that the speaker module set provided by the present invention can be applied to electronic devices, and the electronic devices can be, but are not limited to, mobile phones, notebook computers, tablet computers, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), e-book readers, MP3 (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III) players, MP4 (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV) players, wearable devices, navigators, handheld game consoles, virtual and real devices, augmented reality devices, and the like.
The following will explain the specific structure of the speaker module set proposed by the present invention in specific embodiments:
as shown in fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment of the speaker module 100 of the present invention, the speaker module 100 includes a housing 10, a speaker unit 30, and a ventilation spacer 50; the housing 10 has an inner cavity; the loudspeaker single body 30 is arranged in the inner cavity and forms a rear sound cavity 10b with the enclosure 10 in an enclosing way, and a leakage hole 30a is arranged on the loudspeaker single body 30; the air permeable partition 50 is an elastic member, the air permeable partition 50 is stretched to cover the speaker unit 30 and cover the leakage hole 30a, the rear sound cavity 10b is filled with sound-absorbing particles, and the air permeable partition 50 is used for isolating the sound-absorbing particles from entering the leakage hole 30 a.
In this embodiment, the housing 10 includes a first housing 11 and a second housing 13 that cover each other, the first housing 11 and the second housing 13 together enclose an inner cavity of the housing 10, and the inner cavity of the housing 10 is used for accommodating internal components of the speaker module 100, such as the speaker unit 30, the air-permeable partition 50, the flexible circuit board 70, and the sound-absorbing particles. It should be noted that, in the practical application process, the first housing 11 and the second housing 13 may be metal members at the same time, and are combined together by laser welding; or can be a plastic piece at the same time, and the plastic piece are combined together in an ultrasonic welding mode; one metal piece and the other plastic piece can be combined together in an adhesive connection mode. Moreover, a sealing member may be further enclosed around the periphery of the joint position of the first casing 11 and the second casing 13, and the sealing member is hermetically connected to the first casing 11 and the second casing 13, so as to improve the sealing performance of the enclosure 10, provide a more independent and safer working environment for the internal components of the speaker module 100, and provide a good structural foundation for improving the acoustic performance of the speaker module 100.
The speaker unit 30 is assembled in the first housing 11, specifically: the first housing 11 includes a bottom plate 111 and a side plate 113 protruding from one side surface of the bottom plate 111, the side plate 113 is disposed around the periphery of the bottom plate 111, and an end of the side plate 113 facing away from the bottom plate 111 is combined with the second housing 13, so that the first housing 11 and the second housing 13 are fixedly connected. The first housing 11 further includes a frame 115, the frame 115 is disposed on the surface of the bottom plate 111 where the side plate 113 is disposed, and is located inside the side plate 113; the frame 115 surrounds the speaker unit 30 in the circumferential direction of the front portion of the speaker unit 30. That is, the frame body 115 is disposed around, the shape of the space inside the frame body 115 is adapted to the shape of the front part of the speaker unit 30, and the front part of the speaker unit 30 is inserted into the frame body 115 to close the space inside the frame body 115 to form the front sound cavity 10 a; at this time, the remaining portion of the inner cavity of the housing 10 forms a rear acoustic cavity 10 b.
The ventilation spacer 50 is fitted in the first housing 11 and has dual functions of a spacer function and a ventilation function. The insulating function of the breathable partition 50 means that the breathable partition 50 will divide the rear acoustic chamber 10b into a filling chamber and an insulating chamber. The filling cavity is used for filling sound-absorbing particles, and the isolation cavity is used for isolating the leakage holes 30a which are communicated with the rear sound cavity 10b on the loudspeaker single body 30 from the sound-absorbing particles, so that the sound-absorbing particles cannot enter the sound-absorbing particles. The ventilation function of the air-permeable partition 50 means that although sound-absorbing particles cannot pass through the air-permeable partition 50, the airflow can pass through the air-permeable partition 50 and react with the sound-absorbing particles.
It is understood that in the rear acoustic cavity 10b of the speaker module 100, the back of the speaker unit 30 does not generally exhibit a regular planar shape (as shown in fig. 5, there are recesses, such as leakage holes 30a, etc., at the four corners of the back of the speaker unit 30), so that the physical volume of the rear acoustic cavity 10b is increased. However, the mode that the sound particles were kept apart to the screen cloth subassembly that has now, hardly turn into the filling volume of inhaling the sound particles with this part physical volume that increases to cause the space extravagant, performance promotion not enough. The fundamental reason is that the existing mesh assembly generally comprises a support member and mesh, and the mesh needs to be fixed in the rear acoustic cavity 10b by means of the support function of the support member; however, the supporting member is generally a narrow ring-shaped structure, and on the premise of ensuring the stability of the mesh cloth fixed to the supporting member and the convenience of the mesh cloth assembled in the supporting member and the supporting member fixed in the rear acoustic cavity 10b, the supporting member is difficult to adopt a special-shaped structure, so that the back of the speaker unit 30 cannot be well adapted.
In view of such a disadvantage, the present embodiment adopts the elastic air-permeable spacer 50, which is covered on the speaker unit 30 and separates the sound-absorbing particles. At this time, since the air-permeable partition 50 has elasticity, when the speaker unit 30 is covered with the stretching cover, the air-permeable partition 50 does not need to be matched with the speaker unit 30 or the structure of the leakage hole 30a, and can be directly stretched and installed, thereby greatly saving the assembly process. The elastic air-permeable partition 50 is suitable for different speaker module 100 structures, and has a wider application range. Further, inhale behind the sound granule filling can extrude ventilative separator 50, make ventilative separator 50 to speaker monomer 30 one side deformation, thereby make ventilative separator 50 and speaker monomer 30's back form good laminating, obtain the shape that is better with speaker monomer 30's back adaptation promptly, thereby will be changed into the increase of filling chamber physical volume by the increase of the irregular back sound chamber 10b physical volume that brings of speaker monomer 30, the increase of sound granule filling volume is inhaled in the realization, and then the acoustic performance that makes speaker module 100 can promote.
Note that, the back of the speaker unit 30 is opposite to the front of the speaker unit 30, and they are disposed facing the front and the back of the speaker unit 30. Generally, a diaphragm is disposed at the front of the speaker unit 30 for radiating sound waves to the front of the speaker unit 30; the back of the speaker unit 30 is provided with a leak hole 30a for balancing air pressure inside the speaker unit 30. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the speaker unit 30 includes a frame 31 and a magnetic conductive plate 33, the magnetic conductive plate 33 is covered on the back of the frame 31, and notches are formed at four corners of the magnetic conductive plate 33, so that a leakage hole 30a is formed at each of the four corners of the back of the frame 31 and the magnetic conductive plate 33.
In addition, understandably, the shell is also provided with filling holes, and sound-absorbing particles are filled through the filling holes, so that the maximum filling can be realized. Moreover, the speaker module 100 may further include a flexible circuit board 70, one end of the flexible circuit board 70 may be electrically connected to the speaker unit 30 by soldering, and the other end of the flexible circuit board 70 may be exposed to the outer surface of the housing 10 for electrically connecting to other devices or modules.
In an embodiment of the speaker module 100 of the present invention, the air-permeable partition 50 is a waterproof air-permeable membrane. It should be noted that the waterproof and breathable film, also called as absorbent paper, is a novel polymer waterproof material, and has good properties of water resistance, dust resistance, breathability, elasticity and the like.
Optionally, the waterproof breathable film is at least one of a polyurethane waterproof breathable film, a thermoplastic polyurethane waterproof breathable film and a polytetrafluoroethylene waterproof breathable film. It should be noted that, besides the good waterproof, dustproof, air permeable, elastic and other properties, the polyurethane waterproof air permeable film also has the characteristics of high elasticity, transparency, visibility, antibiosis and the like; the thermoplastic polyurethane waterproof breathable film also has excellent mechanical properties such as high tension, toughness and the like, and has the characteristics of aging resistance, environmental protection and the like; the polytetrafluoroethylene waterproof breathable film also has the advantages of high temperature resistance (the working temperature is up to 250 ℃), low temperature resistance (good mechanical toughness, 5% of elongation can be kept even if the temperature is reduced to-196 ℃), corrosion resistance (for most chemicals, inertia is shown, such as strong acid and strong alkali resistance and most organic solvents resistance), weather resistance (good aging life), high lubrication (low friction coefficient in solid materials), non-adhesion (small surface tension in the solid materials, and difficult adhesion of substances), no toxicity (physiological inertia, and no adverse reaction after long-term implantation in vivo as artificial blood vessels and visceral organs).
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment of the speaker module 100 of the present invention, an inner cavity wall of the housing 10 has a mounting surface 1111, the mounting surface 1111 is convexly provided with a frame 115, and the speaker unit 30 is disposed in the frame 115 for enclosing a space inside the frame 115 to form a front acoustic cavity 10 a;
the air-permeable spacer 50 is provided on the back of the speaker unit 30, and the periphery of the air-permeable spacer 50 is fixed to the frame 115.
Note that the mounting surface 1111 in the present embodiment is an inner side surface of the bottom plate 111 of the first housing 11 in the foregoing embodiment. Therefore, the arrangement of the frame body 115 on the mounting surface 1111 in this embodiment is substantially the same as the arrangement of the frame body 115 on the surface of the bottom plate 111 where the side plate 113 is disposed in the previous embodiment, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
It can be understood that, by fixing the peripheral edge of the air-permeable partition 50 to the frame 115, not only can the position of the peripheral edge of the air-permeable partition 50 be defined, but also the fixing of the air-permeable partition 50 in the rear acoustic cavity 10b can be achieved; and simple structure, assembly are swift, and stability and reliability are excellent. And, still form "omnidirectional cladding" in other words to speaker monomer 30 to can promote to fill the chamber to inhaling the closure of sound granule, reduce and inhale the risk that the sound granule goes to speaker monomer 30 one side, reduce the probability that speaker module 100 acoustic performance receives the influence, promote speaker module 100's acoustic performance.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 6, in an embodiment of the speaker module 100 of the present invention, the air-permeable partition 50 includes a central portion 51 and a peripheral portion 53 extending along a periphery of the central portion 51, the central portion 51 covers a back portion of the speaker unit 30, and the peripheral portion 53 extends along a circumferential direction of the frame 115 and is fixed to an end surface of the frame 115 away from the mounting surface 1111.
It can be understood that, by fixing the peripheral edge 53 of the air-permeable partition 50 to the end surface of the frame body 115 away from the mounting surface 1111, the air-permeable partition 50 can be mounted and fixed more quickly by using the supporting function of the frame body 115; but also be favorable to being pressed from both sides the regional utilization that is pressed from both sides by the side of speaker monomer 30 and the terminal surface of framework 115 deviating from installation surface 1111 to the filling volume of sound granule is inhaled in further increase, promotes the acoustic performance of speaker module 100.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 6, in an embodiment of the speaker module 100 of the present invention, the peripheral portion 53 protrudes from the periphery of the central portion 51. Therefore, the installation and fixation of the peripheral edge part 53 of the air-permeable partition 50 on the end face, away from the installation face 1111, of the frame body 115 are facilitated, and the included angle between the pulling force direction generated by the central part 51 to the peripheral edge part 53 after the fixation and the end face, away from the installation face 1111, of the frame body 115 is closer to the vertical direction, so that the risk that the joint position of the air-permeable partition 50 and the frame body 115 is torn is reduced, the installation stability of the air-permeable partition 50 is improved, and the sealing performance of the filling cavity to sound absorption particles is guaranteed.
On the other hand, peripheral portion 53 is by the design of the outside bulge in center 51's all around, still is favorable to the filling to the encroaching on of the region of being pressed from both sides by the terminal surface of the side of speaker monomer 30 and the terminal surface of framework 115 that deviates from installation face 1111 when inhaling the sound granule to be favorable to increasing the filling volume who inhales the sound granule, promote speaker module 100's acoustic performance.
In an embodiment of the speaker module 100 of the present invention, the peripheral portion 53 and the frame 115 are thermally fused or adhesively connected. In the hot-melt bonding method, the frame body 115 may be arranged in advance as a frame body 115 having hot-melt property, and then the peripheral edge portion 53 of the air-permeable separator 50 may be placed on the end surface of the frame body 115 facing away from the mounting surface 1111, and the peripheral edge portion 53 of the air-permeable separator 50 and the frame body 115 may be hot-melt sealed by a hot-melt bonding process. In the adhesive connection mode, an adhesive such as glue or double-sided tape may be applied to the end surface of the frame body 115 away from the mounting surface 1111 in advance, and then the peripheral portion 53 of the air-permeable spacer 50 and the end surface of the frame body 115 away from the mounting surface 1111 are attached and pressed tightly, and the pressure is released after one section, so that tight connection can be formed between the peripheral portion 53 of the air-permeable spacer 50 and the frame body 115.
In the practical application process, the glue can be epoxy glue, white latex, ultraviolet curing glue and the like.
In an embodiment of the speaker module 100 of the present invention, the speaker module 100 further includes a supporting member, the supporting member extends along the extending direction of the peripheral portion 53 and is disposed on a surface of the peripheral portion 53 away from or close to the frame 115.
It can be understood that, since the supporting member can support the air-permeable partition 50, before the peripheral portion 53 of the air-permeable partition 50 is connected to the frame 115, the peripheral portion 53 of the air-permeable partition 50 can be fixed to the supporting member in advance, and then the air-permeable partition 50 and the supporting member are assembled together to the calibration position by "holding and pinching" the supporting member, so that the peripheral portion 53 of the air-permeable partition 50 can be fixed. At this time, the assembly of the air-permeable partition 50 is easier and more convenient, and the peripheral edge 53 of the air-permeable partition 50 is fixed in advance, so that the air-permeable partition can maintain the most suitable shape for the frame 115, and can be combined with the frame 115 more sufficiently to form a more stable connection.
In the actual application process, the peripheral portion 53 of the breathable isolating piece 50 and the supporting piece can be connected in an adhesive connection mode, and specifically, glue, double-faced adhesive tape or other adhesives can be adopted, and epoxy glue, white latex, ultraviolet curing glue and the like can be selected and used for the glue. When the support member is provided on the surface of the peripheral portion 53 close to the frame body 115, it corresponds to the peripheral portion 53 being fixed to the frame body 115 by the support member; at this time, the connection mode of the supporting member and the frame body 115 can be realized by using an adhesive connection mode, and specifically, glue, double-sided adhesive or other adhesives can be used, and epoxy glue, white latex, ultraviolet light curing glue and the like can be used as the glue.
And, for the material of support piece, optionally, support piece is any one in foam, steel sheet, PET piece.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in an embodiment of the speaker module 100 of the present invention, the head end 531 and the tail end 533 of the peripheral portion 53 are spaced apart to form an escape position between the central portion 51 and the frame 115;
the speaker module 100 further includes a flexible circuit board 70, wherein the flexible circuit board 70 is disposed through the evasion position and electrically connected to the speaker unit 30;
the gap between the central portion 51 and the flexible circuit board 70, the gap between the peripheral portion 53 and the flexible circuit board 70, and the gap between the frame body 115 and the flexible circuit board 70 are sealed with glue.
As can be understood, the gap on the periphery of the flexible circuit board 70 is sealed by using glue, so that on one hand, the sealing performance of the filling cavity on the sound-absorbing particles can be improved, the risk that the sound-absorbing particles go to one side of the speaker monomer 30 is reduced, the probability that the acoustic performance of the speaker module 100 is affected is reduced, and the acoustic performance of the speaker module 100 is improved; on the other hand, the flexible circuit board 70 can be limited in position, the stability of the flexible electric board is improved, the stability of the electric connection between the flexible circuit board 70 and the speaker unit 30 is improved, and the stability of the electric connection between the speaker module 100 and the outside is improved. Meanwhile, since the glue has a certain fluidity, when the gap in the circumferential direction of the flexible printed circuit board 70 is sealed, the gap between the speaker unit 30 and the frame 115 can be sealed to a certain extent, the sealing performance of the rear acoustic cavity 10b is improved, and the acoustic performance of the speaker module 100 is improved.
It should be noted that the glue may be epoxy glue, white latex, ultraviolet light curing glue, etc.
The present invention also provides an electronic device, which includes the speaker module 100 as described above, and the specific structure of the speaker module 100 refers to the foregoing embodiments. Since the electronic device adopts all the technical solutions of all the embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by all the technical solutions of all the embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here.
It is understood that the electronic device may be, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a notebook, a tablet, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), an e-book reader, an MP3 (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III) player, an MP4 (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV) player, a wearable device, a navigator, a handheld game console, a virtual and real device, an augmented reality device, etc.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
