Background
With the rapid development of electronic devices, higher requirements are also put on the performance of the internal speaker modules thereof, i.e. larger rear acoustic cavities and better acoustic performance are required. However, it is contradictory that the electronic device is required to be as thin and light as possible. This directly results in limited expansion of the posterior chamber and even requires compression. The existing design adopts the mode of filling sound-absorbing particles, and improves the equivalent volume of the rear acoustic cavity under the condition of not expanding the physical volume of the rear acoustic cavity. In addition, in order to cooperate with the filling of the sound-absorbing particles, a mesh assembly is generally disposed in the rear acoustic cavity to isolate the sound-absorbing particles. However, at present, the technology still has the defect that the available physical space in the rear acoustic cavity is not fully used for filling the sound-absorbing particles, so that space waste and performance improvement are insufficient.

Aiming at the technical problems in the background art, the invention provides a loudspeaker module, which aims to improve the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker module.
It can be appreciated that the speaker module set provided by the present invention can be applied to electronic devices, and the electronic devices can be, but are not limited to, mobile phones, notebook computers, tablet computers, personal digital assistants (Personal DIGITAL ASSISTANT, PDA), electronic book readers, MP3 (dynamic image expert compression standard audio layer 3,Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III) players, MP4 (dynamic image expert compression standard audio layer 4,Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV) players, wearable devices, navigators, palm game consoles, virtual and real devices, augmented reality devices, and the like.
The following describes a specific structure of a speaker module set forth in the present invention in a specific embodiment:
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment of the speaker module 100 of the present invention, the speaker module 100 includes a housing 10, a speaker unit 30, and a ventilation spacer 50; the housing 10 has an inner cavity; the speaker unit 30 is arranged in the inner cavity and is enclosed with the shell 10 to form a rear sound cavity 10b, and the speaker unit 30 is provided with a leakage hole 30a; the air-permeable spacer 50 is an elastic member, the air-permeable spacer 50 is stretched and covered on the speaker unit 30 and covers the leakage hole 30a, the sound-absorbing particles are filled in the rear sound cavity 10b, and the air-permeable spacer 50 is used for isolating the sound-absorbing particles from entering the leakage hole 30a.
In this embodiment, the housing 10 includes a first shell 11 and a second shell 13 that are mutually covered, where the first shell 11 and the second shell 13 together enclose an inner cavity of the housing 10, and the inner cavity of the housing 10 is used to accommodate internal components of the speaker module 100, such as the speaker unit 30, the air-permeable spacer 50, the flexible circuit board 70, the sound-absorbing particles, and the like. It should be noted that, in the practical application process, the first housing 11 and the second housing 13 may be metal pieces at the same time, and are combined together by adopting a laser welding manner; or plastic parts can be combined together in an ultrasonic welding mode; one of the two parts can be a metal part and the other one can be a plastic part, and the two parts can be combined together in an adhesive connection mode. Moreover, the periphery of the combining position of the first shell 11 and the second shell 13 can be surrounded by a sealing element, and the sealing element is in sealing connection with the first shell 11 and the second shell 13, so as to improve the tightness of the shell 10, provide a more independent and safer working environment for the internal elements of the speaker module 100, and provide a good structural foundation for improving the acoustic performance of the speaker module 100.
The speaker unit 30 is assembled in the first housing 11, specifically: the first housing 11 includes a bottom plate 111 and a side plate 113 protruding on one side surface of the bottom plate 111, the side plate 113 being disposed around the periphery of the bottom plate 111, and one end of the side plate 113 facing away from the bottom plate 111 being coupled with the second housing 13 so that the first housing 11 and the second housing 13 are fixedly coupled. The first housing 11 further includes a frame 115, where the frame 115 is protruding on the surface of the bottom plate 111 where the side plate 113 is provided, and is located inside the side plate 113; the frame 115 surrounds the speaker unit 30 along the circumference of the front portion of the speaker unit 30. That is, the frame body 115 is disposed around, the space shape of the inner side of the frame body 115 is adapted to the front shape of the speaker unit 30, and the front portion of the speaker unit 30 is inserted into the frame body 115 to close the space of the inner side of the frame body 115 to form the front acoustic chamber 10a; at this time, the remaining portion in the inner cavity of the housing 10 forms the rear acoustic chamber 10b.
The air-permeable barrier 50 is fitted in the first housing 11, and has a dual function, namely, a barrier function and an air-permeable function. The isolating function of the air-permeable isolating member 50 means that the air-permeable isolating member 50 divides the rear acoustic chamber 10b into a filling chamber and an isolating chamber. The filling chamber is used for filling the sound-absorbing particles, and the isolating chamber is used for isolating the leakage holes 30a on the speaker unit 30, which are communicated with the rear sound chamber 10b, from the sound-absorbing particles so that the sound-absorbing particles cannot enter the same. The ventilation function of the ventilation spacer 50 means that although the sound absorbing particles cannot pass through the ventilation spacer 50, the air flow can pass through the ventilation spacer 50 to act with the sound absorbing particles.
It will be appreciated that, in the rear acoustic chamber 10b of the speaker module 100, the back of the speaker unit 30 does not generally have a regular planar shape (as shown in fig. 5, there are recesses, such as the leakage holes 30a, etc., on the four corners of the back of the speaker unit 30), so that the physical volume of the rear acoustic chamber 10b is increased. However, the existing method of isolating the sound-absorbing particles through the mesh assembly is difficult to convert the increased physical volume into the filling volume of the sound-absorbing particles, so that space waste and performance improvement are caused. The root cause is that the existing mesh assembly is generally composed of a supporting piece and a mesh, and the mesh is required to be installed and fixed in the rear acoustic cavity 10b by the supporting function of the supporting piece; however, the supporting member is generally a narrow annular structure, and on the premise of ensuring the stability of the fixing of the mesh to the supporting member and on the premise of ensuring the convenience of the fixing of the mesh to the supporting member and the supporting member to the rear acoustic cavity 10b, the supporting member is difficult to adopt a special-shaped structure, so that the back of the speaker unit 30 cannot be well adapted.
In order to solve such a disadvantage, the present embodiment adopts a resilient air-permeable spacer 50 that covers the speaker unit 30 and separates the sound-absorbing particles. At this time, since the air-permeable spacer 50 has elasticity, when it is stretched and covered on the speaker unit 30, the air-permeable spacer 50 can be directly stretched and installed without matching the structure of the speaker unit 30 or the leakage hole 30a, and the assembling process can be greatly saved. The elastic ventilation spacer 50 is suitable for different speaker modules 100, and has a wider application range. Further, after the sound absorbing particles are filled, the air-permeable spacer 50 is extruded, so that the air-permeable spacer 50 deforms to one side of the speaker unit 30, and the air-permeable spacer 50 and the back of the speaker unit 30 form a good fit, namely a better shape matched with the back of the speaker unit 30 is obtained, so that the increase of the physical volume of the rear sound cavity 10b caused by the irregular back of the speaker unit 30 is converted into the increase of the physical volume of the filling cavity, the increase of the filling volume of the sound absorbing particles is realized, and the acoustic performance of the speaker module 100 is improved.
The back of the speaker unit 30 is opposite to the front of the speaker unit 30, and is disposed toward the front and the back of the speaker unit 30, respectively. Generally, a diaphragm is provided at the front of the speaker unit 30 for radiating sound waves to the front of the speaker unit 30; the back of the speaker unit 30 is provided with a leakage hole 30a for balancing the air pressure inside the speaker unit 30. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the speaker unit 30 includes a frame 31 and a magnetic conductive plate 33, the magnetic conductive plate 33 is covered on the back of the frame 31, and notches are formed on the magnetic conductive plate 33 at four corners thereof, so that a leakage hole 30a is formed on each of the four corners of the back of the frame 31 and the magnetic conductive plate 33.
In addition, it will be appreciated that the housing is also provided with filling holes through which the sound absorbing particles are filled, so that maximization of filling can be achieved. In addition, the speaker module 100 may further include a flexible circuit board 70, one end of the flexible circuit board 70 may be electrically connected to the speaker unit 30 by a soldering manner, and the other end may be exposed to the outer surface of the housing 10 for electrical connection with other devices or modules.
In one embodiment of the speaker module 100 of the present invention, the air-permeable barrier 50 is a waterproof air-permeable membrane. The waterproof breathable film, also called breathing paper, is a novel polymer waterproof material and has good waterproof, dustproof, breathable, elastic and other performances.
Optionally, the waterproof and breathable film is at least one of polyurethane waterproof and breathable film, thermoplastic polyurethane waterproof and breathable film and polytetrafluoroethylene waterproof and breathable film. Besides the good waterproof, dustproof, breathable, elastic and other performances, the polyurethane waterproof breathable film has the characteristics of high elasticity, transparency, visibility, antibiosis and the like; the thermoplastic polyurethane waterproof breathable film also has the characteristics of excellent mechanical properties such as high tension, toughness and the like, aging resistance, environmental protection and the like; the polytetrafluoroethylene waterproof breathable film also has high temperature resistance (the working temperature reaches 250 ℃), low temperature resistance (good mechanical toughness, 5% elongation can be maintained even if the temperature is reduced to-196 ℃), corrosion resistance (inert to most chemicals, such as strong acid and alkali resistance and most organic solvents), weather resistance (better ageing life), high lubrication (existence of low friction coefficient in a solid material), non-adhesion (existence of low surface tension in the solid material and difficult adhesion of substances), no toxicity (physiological inertia, and long-term implantation of the polytetrafluoroethylene waterproof breathable film into the body as an artificial blood vessel and viscera has no adverse reaction).
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in an embodiment of the speaker module 100 of the present invention, the inner cavity wall of the housing 10 has a mounting surface 1111, the mounting surface 1111 is convexly provided with a frame 115, and the speaker unit 30 is disposed in the frame 115 and is used for closing the space inside the frame 115 to form a front acoustic cavity 10a;
The ventilation spacer 50 is covered on the back of the speaker unit 30, and the periphery of the ventilation spacer 50 is fixed to the frame 115.
The mounting surface 1111 in this embodiment is the inner side surface of the bottom plate 111 of the first housing 11 in the foregoing embodiment. Therefore, the arrangement of the frame body 115 on the mounting surface 1111 in the present embodiment is substantially the same as the arrangement of the frame body 115 on the surface of the bottom plate 111 provided with the side plate 113 in the previous embodiment, and will not be described in detail here.
As can be appreciated, fixing the periphery of the air-permeable partition 50 to the frame 115 not only can realize the position limitation of the periphery of the air-permeable partition 50, but also can realize the fixation of the air-permeable partition 50 in the rear acoustic chamber 10 b; and the structure is simple, the assembly is quick, and the stability and the reliability are excellent. And, still be equivalent to forming "all-round cladding" to speaker monomer 30 to can promote the filling chamber to the closure of inhaling the sound granule, reduce and inhale the risk that the sound granule goes to speaker monomer 30 one side, reduce the probability that speaker module 100 acoustic performance is influenced, promote the acoustic performance of speaker module 100.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 6, in an embodiment of the speaker module 100 according to the present invention, the air-permeable spacer 50 includes a central portion 51 and a peripheral portion 53 extending along a periphery of the central portion 51, the central portion 51 is covered on a back portion of the speaker unit 30, and the peripheral portion 53 extends along a surrounding direction of the frame 115 and is fixed to an end surface of the frame 115 facing away from the mounting surface 1111.
As can be appreciated, fixing the peripheral edge portion 53 of the air-permeable separator 50 to the end surface of the frame 115 facing away from the mounting surface 1111 can not only achieve faster mounting and fixing of the air-permeable separator 50 by the supporting action of the frame 115; but also facilitates the utilization of the area sandwiched by the side of the speaker unit 30 and the end face of the frame 115 facing away from the mounting face 1111 to further increase the filling volume of the sound absorbing particles and enhance the acoustic performance of the speaker module 100.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 6, in an embodiment of the speaker module 100 of the present invention, the peripheral portion 53 protrudes from the periphery of the central portion 51. In this way, the peripheral edge 53 of the breathable spacer 50 is conveniently installed and fixed on the end surface of the frame 115, which is far away from the installation surface 1111, and the included angle between the pulling force direction of the peripheral edge 53 generated by the central portion 51 after fixation and the end surface of the frame 115, which is far away from the installation surface 1111, is more vertical, so that the risk that the joint position of the breathable spacer 50 and the frame 115 is torn is reduced, the installation stability of the breathable spacer 50 is improved, and the sealing performance of the filling cavity on sound absorbing particles is ensured.
On the other hand, the design that the peripheral edge portion 53 protrudes outward from the periphery of the central portion 51 is also beneficial to encroaching on the area sandwiched by the side surface of the speaker unit 30 and the end surface of the frame 115 facing away from the mounting surface 1111 when the sound absorbing particles are filled, thereby being beneficial to increasing the filling volume of the sound absorbing particles and improving the acoustic performance of the speaker module 100.
In an embodiment of the speaker module 100 of the present invention, the peripheral portion 53 is connected to the frame 115 by hot melt or adhesive. In the case of the hot-melt connection, the frame 115 may be arranged in advance as the frame 115 having the hot-melt property, and then the peripheral edge 53 of the air-permeable separator 50 may be placed on the end surface of the frame 115 facing away from the mounting surface 1111, and the peripheral edge 53 of the air-permeable separator 50 may be hot-melt sealed with the frame 115 by the hot-melt connection process. In the adhesive connection, an adhesive such as glue or double-sided tape may be applied to the end surface of the frame 115 facing away from the mounting surface 1111 in advance, and then the peripheral edge 53 of the breathable spacer 50 may be bonded to the end surface of the frame 115 facing away from the mounting surface 1111 and pressed against the same, and the pressure may be relaxed after a certain period, so that a tight connection may be formed between the peripheral edge 53 of the breathable spacer 50 and the frame 115.
In the practical application process, the glue can be epoxy glue, white latex, ultraviolet curing glue and the like.
In an embodiment of the speaker module 100 of the present invention, the speaker module 100 further includes a support member, and the support member is disposed along the extending direction of the peripheral portion 53 and is disposed on a surface of the peripheral portion 53 facing away from or close to the frame 115.
It will be appreciated that, since the support member can support the air-permeable separator 50, the support member can be fixed to the peripheral edge 53 of the air-permeable separator 50 before the peripheral edge 53 of the air-permeable separator 50 is connected to the frame 115, and then the air-permeable separator 50 and the support member are assembled together to the calibration position by "pinching" the support member, so that the peripheral edge 53 of the air-permeable separator 50 is fixed. At this time, the assembly of the air-permeable separator 50 is simpler and more convenient, and at the same time, since the peripheral edge portion 53 of the air-permeable separator 50 is fixed in advance, it can maintain the most appropriate shape with the frame 115, thereby facilitating the formation of a more sufficient bond with the frame 115 to form a more stable connection.
In the practical application process, the connection mode between the peripheral edge 53 of the breathable spacer 50 and the supporting member may be realized by adopting an adhesive connection mode, specifically, glue, double-sided adhesive or other adhesives may be adopted, and the glue may be epoxy glue, white latex, ultraviolet curing glue or the like. When the support is provided on the surface of the peripheral portion 53 near the frame 115, the peripheral portion 53 is fixed to the frame 115 by the support; at this time, the connection mode between the support and the frame 115 may be realized by adopting an adhesive connection mode, specifically, glue, double-sided adhesive or other adhesives may be adopted, and the glue may be epoxy glue, white latex, ultraviolet curing glue or the like.
And, optionally, the supporting piece is any one of foam, steel sheet and PET sheet with respect to the material of the supporting piece.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in an embodiment of the speaker module 100 of the present invention, the head end 531 and the tail end 533 of the peripheral portion 53 are spaced apart to form a clearance between the central portion 51 and the frame 115;
the speaker module 100 further includes a flexible circuit board 70, where the flexible circuit board 70 is disposed through the avoidance bit and electrically connected to the speaker unit 30;
The gap between the central portion 51 and the flexible circuit board 70, the gap between the peripheral portion 53 and the flexible circuit board 70, and the gap between the frame 115 and the flexible circuit board 70 are sealed with glue.
As can be appreciated, the gaps in the circumferential direction of the flexible circuit board 70 are sealed by using glue, so that on one hand, the sealing performance of the filling cavity to the sound-absorbing particles can be improved, the risk that the sound-absorbing particles go to one side of the speaker unit 30 is reduced, the probability that the acoustic performance of the speaker module 100 is affected is reduced, and the acoustic performance of the speaker module 100 is improved; on the other hand, the position of the flexible circuit board 70 can be limited, the setting stability of the flexible electric board is improved, the stability of the electric connection between the flexible circuit board 70 and the speaker unit 30 is improved, and the stability of the electric connection between the speaker module 100 and the outside is improved. Meanwhile, as the glue has certain fluidity, the glue can seal the gap between the speaker unit 30 and the frame 115 to a certain extent while sealing the gap in the circumferential direction of the flexible circuit board 70, so that the sealing performance of the rear acoustic cavity 10b is improved, and the acoustic performance of the speaker module 100 is improved.
It should be noted that the glue may be epoxy glue, white latex, ultraviolet light curing glue, etc.
The invention also provides an electronic device, which comprises the loudspeaker module 100, and the specific structure of the loudspeaker module 100 refers to the embodiment. Because the electronic device adopts all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, the electronic device at least has all the beneficial effects brought by all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, and the detailed description is omitted.
It is understood that the electronic device may be, but is not limited to, a cell phone, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a Personal digital assistant (Personal DIGITAL ASSISTANT, PDA), an electronic book reader, an MP3 (moving picture experts compression standard audio layer 3,Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III) player, an MP4 (moving picture experts compression standard audio layer 4,Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV) player, a wearable device, a navigator, a palm game, a virtual and real device, an augmented reality device, and the like.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
