The preparation process of the oily reflective paint comprises the steps of putting 35% of acrylic resin, 25% of butyl acetate, 0.3% of organic bentonite, 0.2% of anti-settling agent and 15% of organic pigment into a stirring tank, uniformly stirring, and then grinding by using a grinder, wherein the grinding fineness is about 20 micrometers; after the grinding is finished and the temperature of the paint is reduced, 0.2 percent of BYK-3582 leveling agent, 0.2 percent of defoaming agent and 0.3 to 0.5 percent of dibutyl ester are added, and finally 20 percent of high-refraction glass beads with 200 to 300 meshes are added for stirring.
According to the general water-based primer for the water-based reflective paint and the oil-based reflective paint, the construction process comprises the following steps: uniformly brushing or spraying the primer on the surface of an object, wherein the thickness of the primer is more than 200 microns, airing for more than 24 hours, and performing the construction of the reflective finish after the primer is completely dried. The finish paint is not excessively thick when being brushed or sprayed, and the thickness of the finish paint is required to be less than 20 micrometers. The finish paint is brushed or sprayed twice, the interval between the two times is 2-3 minutes, the time is not longer, the time is less than 3 minutes, and the surface drying for the first time is not needed.
After the construction of the general water-based primer is dried, the construction of water-based reflective paint or oil-based reflective paint (the water-based reflective paint or the oil-based reflective paint is the reflective finish paint of the application) is carried out, the primer can absorb redundant resin of the reflective paint, the reflective glass beads can be completely exposed, the brightness of the reflective film is achieved, the surface of the reflective paint is irradiated by light at night, and the refractive index is 1.97-2.0. The reflective paint achieves the refraction and reflection effect which cannot be achieved on the market so far, the common reflective paint is wrapped by thick resin, and the glass beads are difficult to refract the reflective effect inside, so the reflection refractive index is very low. The research and development of the product solve a big problem faced by the products in the existing market.
According to the universal water-based primer for the water-based reflective paint and the oil-based reflective paint, when the universal water-based primer is used, the primer is firstly brushed or sprayed, and after the primer is dried, the finish paint is brushed or sprayed. The primer has the greatest characteristic that redundant resin of the reflective finish can be absorbed into the primer, the finish does not have redundant resin, and the reflective glass beads can be completely exposed, so that the effect of improving the reflective film is achieved. Environmental protection, easy construction, good reflection effect and long paint service life. Compared with the similar reflective paint, the reflective paint has high-efficiency and super-strong reflective effect, and can be widely used for tunnels, bridges, guardrails, various traffic warning objects and the like.
