Abstract

Description

用于单线轧制的轧机机架结构
本发明涉及一种用于单线轧制的轧机机架结构,其中,分别安放一对轧辊支撑轴及其传动齿轮的各相同的轧机机罩以砌块建筑方式根据相对轧制线交替倾斜的轧辊支撑轴的顺序交替地安置在一个支撑底座上。
此类轧机机架结构如作为精轧段被用于高速线材连轧机中。因此,轧机机架的支撑底座必须具有纵向和横向高刚性及良好的抗振能力,以保证穿过轧机机架的线材质量(横截面公差和表面)。
在一种公开的轧机机架结构(EP-B1-165673)中,支撑底座由一整块作底板用的较重钢板构成。另一块钢板作为腹板垂直焊接在此底板上以形成倒T形横截面。许多对板座直立于底板上,这些板座以贴靠腹板一侧面或腹板另一侧面的方式通过垂直侧棱与腹板交替焊接并与底板焊接。板座成对地具有与水平面倾斜且平行地伸展的支撑面,这些支撑面用于支撑装在轧机机罩侧并可与板座螺接的侧凸缘。
由于底板材料和腹板材料消耗大,这种轧机机架支撑底座结构很笨重。
本发明的任务在于提供一种支撑底座,由于材料消耗大大减少,所以此支撑底座构造减轻并且这种支撑底座还给轧制带来其它优点。
如此解决上述任务:在板座之间设置分别与板座侧面及与底板相连的加固筋。这些加固筋由具有对称的角横截面的角板构成。角板的平行外侧棱靠在底板上且角板的角棱靠在板座侧面上。其中,角板外表面是与靠在板座上的轧机机罩的外表面间隔地延伸的。本发明还规定,板座支撑面可处于一个与水平的轧制中心面平行伸展的平面内,轧机机罩的侧凸缘分别由两个相互垂直的侧凸缘段构成。象本发明最后规定的那样,角板的V形顶棱在轧制线下方平行于轧制线伸展,因此角板能起到排出氧化皮的导板的作用。
板座与屋顶形角板的连接产生了一种与公开的连接相比特别抗弯的、连接刚性很高的、紧凑的、很轻的、轧机机罩的支撑底座;这不仅是因为省去了已知的支撑底座所需的腹板,而且还因为可以明显减轻重量地构成座板。于是在无需专门附加装置的情况下,可保证氧化皮的顺利排出。
下面借助附图所示的实施例详细说明本发明。附图所示为:

如图1和图2所示,板座对1,1或2,2在轧制线W上彼此间隔并分别在轧制线一侧或另一侧A、B交替地装在底板3上并通过螺栓和销4与底板3相连。在板座对1或2之间设有由一块钢板弯成的、具有对称的角横截面的角板5。该角板5外侧棱靠在底板3上并与底板3焊接。角板5的角棱5b靠在板座1侧面上并与板座1焊接。
在轧机机罩6或7侧(见图1)分别设有两个相互垂直的侧凸缘段8a、8b或9a、9b,这些侧凸缘段交替支承在板座1或2的支撑面1a或2a上并通过螺钉10或1 1与板座1或2相连。如图所示,角板5外表面以与靠在板座1或2上的轧机机罩6或7的外表面隔开地伸展并且角板5的V形顶棱5c在轧制线W下方延伸,其作用如下,即在此产生的氧化皮落到角板5外表面上并从该外表面处向两侧排出。
该角板5也能通过未示出的方式由各块拼焊的钢板构成。
有时向由角板5、底板3和板座1、2形成的空腔内灌注凝固料如硬质混凝土。利用这种手段,不仅可以提高支撑底座的稳定性,而且还能减震并防止噪音。

Claims (7)

1.用于单线轧制的轧机机架结构,其中,分别安放一对轧辊支撑轴及其传动齿轮的且各自相同的轧机机罩以砌块建筑方式通过与轧制线交替倾斜的支撑轴的顺序交替地安置在一个支撑底座上,该支撑底座具有一块底板和许多对间隔且垂直座落在底板上的板座,这些板座对具有支撑面,轧机机罩以装在其两侧上的侧凸缘靠在这些支撑面上并用螺栓与其连接,其特征在于,在板座(1、2)间设置分别与板座(1、2)侧面及底板(3)相连的加固筋(5)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的轧机机架结构,其特征在于,这些加固筋(5)由具有对的角横截面的角板构成,角板的平行外侧棱(5a)靠在底板(3)上并且角板的角棱(5b)贴靠在板座(1、2)侧面上。
3.按照权利要求2所述的轧机机架结构,其特征在于,角板(5)外表面是与安置在板座(1、2)上的轧机机罩(6、7)的外表面隔开地伸展的。
4.按照权利要求1至3中任何一项权利要求所述的轧机机架结构,其特征在于,板座(1、2)支撑面(1a、2a)处于一个与水平的轧制中心面平行地伸展的平面内,并且轧机机罩(6、7)的侧凸缘分别由两个相互垂直的侧凸缘段(8a、8b、9a、9b)构成。
5.按照权利要求1至4中任何一项权利要求所述的轧机机架结构,其特征在于,角板(5)的V形顶棱(5c)在轧制线(W)下方平行于轧制线(W)伸展,此角板起到了排出氧化皮的导板的作用。
6.按照权利要求1-5中任何一项权利要求所述的轧机机架结构,其特征在于,向由角板(5)、底板(3)和板座(1、2)构成的空腔内灌注凝固型浇注料(混凝土)。
7.按照权利要求1至5中任何一项权利要求所述的轧机机架结构,其特征在于,浇注料通过与角板(5)、底板(3)或板座(1、2)内表面相连的护板得到加强。
