Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an easy-to-demold aluminum film plate and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problem that the repeated demolding effect of the existing aluminum film plate is poor.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a preparation method of an easy-to-release aluminum film plate, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, degreasing the surface of an aluminum film plate, and then cleaning and drying the aluminum film plate;
Step 2, carrying out roller coating on the dried aluminum film plate;

the coating comprises, by weight, 35-40 parts of polyurethane acrylate, 10-20 parts of epoxy acrylate, 15-25 parts of trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 10-15 parts of adipic acid diacrylate, 3-10 parts of anticoagulant, 1-5 parts of 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylpropione, 1-3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane and 5-10 parts of filler;
The anticoagulant is prepared by heating and melting dehydroabietic acid and C5 petroleum resin in a preset mass ratio, cooling and grinding into fine powder.
Optionally, the preparation method of the paint in the step 2 comprises the following steps:
In a light-shielding environment, stirring is started, and preset parts by weight of urethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate, trimethylolpropane triacrylate, adipic acid diacrylate, anticoagulant, 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylpropionic acid, polydimethylsiloxane and anticoagulant are sequentially added at the rotating speed of 400-800 r/min, and stirring is carried out for 30-40min at the rotating speed of 400-800 r/min;
And adding the filler at 600-1000 r/min, stirring for one hour, and finally dispersing for 10-20min at the rotating speed of 3000-4000 r/min.
Optionally, the mass ratio of dehydroabietic acid to C5 petroleum resin in the anticoagulant is (40-60): 30-70.
Optionally, in the step 3, the light power of the ultraviolet light curing is 200-300W, the distance is 10-15cm, and the time is 5-15min.
Optionally, in step 2, the coating is applied in an amount of 8-10g/m 2.
Optionally, the anticoagulant has a particle size of 50-200 μm.

In addition, in order to achieve the purpose, the invention also provides an easy-to-release aluminum film plate, which is prepared by adopting the preparation method of the easy-to-release aluminum film plate.
The beneficial effects are that:
1) According to the preparation method of the easy-to-demould aluminum diaphragm plate, the anticoagulant consisting of dehydroabietic acid and C5 petroleum resin is added into the coating, ultraviolet light curing treatment is adopted, and the coating coated on the surface of the aluminum diaphragm plate in a roller way is cured, so that the concrete mortar template is prepared, the prepared aluminum diaphragm plate can be demoulded for more than 15 times, the surface of the template is basically free of obvious mucous membrane and foaming, the surface of the template is clean, and the surface of a prefabricated member is smooth.
2) The efficient demoulding mechanism of the aluminum mould plate is that after the coating is cured by ultraviolet light, the formed carboxyl functional group of dehydroabietic acid, which is a component of an anticoagulant, on the surface of the cured coating has a retarding effect, si-O-Si bonds can be interfered to form, so that the surface layer of the concrete is not easy to be cured and adhered on the surface of the aluminum mould plate, and the carbocycle of the dehydroabietic acid after ultraviolet light curing can be well compatible with a coating system, so that the compact connection of all parts in the coating after curing is increased, and the C5 petroleum resin in the component provides a good hydrophobic effect, so that the hydrophobicity of the surface of the aluminum mould plate is enhanced, and finally, the demoulding effect of the aluminum mould plate is improved.
3) The particle size of the anticoagulant is controlled to be 50-200 mu m so as to promote the high-efficiency effect of each component in the anticoagulant, other components after the coating is solidified and the surface of the concrete, thereby improving the demoulding effect of the aluminum diaphragm plate.

The invention provides an embodiment of a preparation method of an easily-demoulded aluminum film plate, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, degreasing the surface of the aluminum film plate, cleaning and drying, generally, soaking the aluminum film plate for 10-20 minutes by adopting degreasing solution, brushing, washing with clear water, and finally drying at 60-80 ℃ for 1-2 hours. By adopting the step, the impurities on the surface of the aluminum film plate can be effectively removed, so that the coating is firmly adhered to the surface of the aluminum film plate, and the protection of the aluminum film plate after the coating is solidified is improved.
And 2, carrying out roller coating on the dried aluminum film plate.
The coating comprises, by weight, 35-40 parts of polyurethane acrylate, 10-20 parts of epoxy acrylate, 15-25 parts of trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 10-15 parts of adipic acid diacrylate, 3-10 parts of anticoagulant, 1-5 parts of 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylpropione, 1-3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane and 5-10 parts of filler. Wherein the filler comprises one of kaolin and talcum powder. The filler can form an antiwear protective layer after being mixed with other component coating components so that the coating on the surface of the cured aluminum template has an antiwear effect.
Further, the preparation method of the coating comprises the following steps:
stirring is started, preset parts by weight of urethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate, trimethylolpropane triacrylate, adipic acid diacrylate, anticoagulant, 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl acetone, polydimethylsiloxane and anticoagulant are sequentially added at the rotating speed of 400-800 r/min, stirring is kept at the rotating speed of 400-800 r/min for 30-40min, then filler is added at the rotating speed of 600-1000 r/min for stirring for one hour, and finally the mixture is dispersed at the rotating speed of 3000-4000 r/min for 10-20min, so that the coating used as an aluminum film plate is obtained, and the whole preparation process of the coating is carried out under the light-shielding condition.
Further, the anticoagulant is prepared by heating and melting dehydroabietic acid and C5 petroleum resin in a preset mass ratio, cooling and grinding into fine powder, the particle size of the obtained powder is controlled to be 50-200 mu m, the heating and melting temperature is controlled to be 60-150 ℃, and the generated anticoagulant contains carboxyl functional groups.
Further, the coating amount of the coating is 8-10g/m 2, and the coating amount can be correspondingly adjusted according to actual needs.
And step 3, carrying out ultraviolet light curing treatment on the aluminum film plate coated by the roller coating.
Specifically, the coating coated on the surface of the aluminum diaphragm plate can enable the carboxyl functional group of dehydroabietic acid in the anticoagulant component to have a retarding effect under the action of ultraviolet light, and the principle is that the carboxyl functional group can interfere Si-O-Si bond formation, namely, when the aluminum diaphragm plate normally loads concrete, the surface layer of the concrete is not easy to solidify and adhere to the surface of the aluminum diaphragm plate, so that the aluminum diaphragm plate can conveniently remove the concrete without adding a release agent, and the aluminum diaphragm plate can be repeatedly used for many times.
In addition, the carbocycle of dehydroabietic acid after ultraviolet light curing can be well compatible with other components of the coating, so that dense connection of each part inside the coating after curing is further increased, and the adhesion effect with the surface of the aluminum film plate can be improved. Generally, the illumination power of the ultraviolet light curing is 200-300W, the distance is 10-15cm, and the time is 5-15min.
Further, the mass ratio of dehydroabietic acid to C5 petroleum resin in the anticoagulant is (40-60): 30-70. Preferably, the mass ratio of dehydroabietic acid to C5 petroleum resin is 50:50 or 40:60. Wherein the C5 petroleum resin also plays a good hydrophobic role in the cured coating.
Further, in order to better illustrate the effects of the aluminum film plate manufactured by the above method, the following detailed description will be given by way of specific examples:
Example 1
The anticoagulant is prepared by heating 50 parts of dehydroabietic acid and 50 parts of C5 petroleum resin to 110 ℃ for melting according to parts by weight, cooling, grinding into fine powder, and controlling the granularity to be about 100 microns to obtain the anticoagulant;
The preparation of the paint comprises the steps of starting stirring according to parts by weight, adding 40 parts of polyurethane acrylate, 20 parts of epoxy acrylate, 20 parts of trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 10 parts of adipic acid diacrylate, 3 parts of 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylpropionic acid, 2.5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane and 3 parts of anticoagulant in sequence at a rotating speed of 400r/min, stirring for 30min at a rotating speed of 600r/min, adding 10 parts of kaolin at 1000r/min, stirring for one hour, and dispersing for 10min at a rotating speed of 4000r/min to obtain the paint, wherein the whole process is protected from light.
The preparation of the aluminum film plate coating comprises degreasing the surface of the aluminum film plate, cleaning for many times, drying at 80 ℃, feeding the dried aluminum film plate into a coating equipment production line, carrying out roller coating on the aluminum film plate, controlling the coating amount to be 8g/m 2, and carrying out ultraviolet curing treatment, wherein the ultraviolet curing power is 200W, the distance is 15cm, and the time is 15min.
Example 2
The anticoagulant is prepared by heating 40 parts of dehydroabietic acid and 60 parts of C5 petroleum resin to 60 ℃ for melting, cooling, grinding into fine powder, and controlling the granularity to be about 200 microns to obtain the anticoagulant;
The preparation of the paint comprises the steps of starting stirring according to parts by weight, sequentially adding 35 parts of polyurethane acrylate, 15 parts of epoxy acrylate, 15 parts of trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 15 parts of adipic acid diacrylate, 3.5 parts of 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylpropionic acid, 3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane and 5 parts of anticoagulant according to parts by weight at a rotating speed of 500r/min, stirring for 30min at a rotating speed of 800r/min, adding 5 parts of kaolin at 1000r/min, stirring for one hour, and dispersing for 10min at a rotating speed of 4000r/min to obtain the paint, wherein the whole process is protected from light.

Example 3
The anticoagulant is prepared by heating 60 parts of dehydroabietic acid and 70 parts of C5 petroleum resin to 150 ℃ for melting, cooling, grinding into fine powder, and controlling the granularity to be about 50 microns to obtain the anticoagulant;
The preparation of the paint comprises the steps of starting stirring according to parts by weight, sequentially adding 40 parts of polyurethane acrylate, 10 parts of epoxy acrylate, 25 parts of trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 10 parts of adipic acid diacrylate, 5 parts of 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylpropionic acid, 1 part of polydimethylsiloxane and 3 parts of anticoagulant according to parts by weight at a rotating speed of 800r/min, stirring for 30min at a rotating speed of 1000r/min, adding 10 parts of kaolin at 1000r/min, stirring for one hour, and dispersing for 20min at a rotating speed of 3000r/min to obtain the paint, wherein the whole process is protected from light.
The preparation of the aluminum film plate coating comprises degreasing the surface of the aluminum film plate, cleaning for many times, drying at 80 ℃, feeding the dried aluminum film plate into a coating equipment production line, carrying out roller coating on the aluminum film plate, controlling the coating amount to be 10g/m 2, and carrying out ultraviolet curing treatment, wherein the ultraviolet curing power is 200W, the distance is 15cm, and the time is 15min.
Example 4
The anticoagulant is prepared by heating 40 parts of dehydroabietic acid and 30 parts of C5 petroleum resin to 150 ℃ for melting according to parts by weight, cooling, grinding into fine powder, and controlling the granularity to be about 100 microns to obtain the anticoagulant;
The preparation of the paint comprises the steps of starting stirring according to parts by weight, sequentially adding 35 parts of polyurethane acrylate, 15 parts of epoxy acrylate, 20 parts of trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 15 parts of adipic acid diacrylate, 1 part of 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylpropionic acid, 2 parts of polydimethylsiloxane and 10 parts of anticoagulant according to parts by weight at a rotating speed of 600r/min, stirring for 30min at a rotating speed of 400r/min, adding 8 parts of kaolin at 800r/min, stirring for one hour, and dispersing for 10min at a rotating speed of 34000r/min to obtain the paint, wherein the whole process is protected from light.
The preparation of the aluminum film plate coating comprises degreasing the surface of the aluminum film plate, cleaning for many times, drying at 80 ℃, feeding the dried aluminum film plate into a coating equipment production line, carrying out roller coating on the aluminum film plate, controlling the coating amount to be 10g/m 2, and carrying out ultraviolet curing treatment, wherein the ultraviolet curing power is 250W, the distance is 10cm, and the time is 10min.
Comparative example 1
The same as in example 1, except that the anticoagulant particle size was controlled to 300-500 μm at the time of anticoagulant preparation.
Comparative example 2
As in example 1, no anticoagulant was added to the paint.
Comparative example 3
The same as in example 1, except that the aluminum film plate was not uv cured.
Further, the aluminum mold plates prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were used for concrete mortar mold plates, and after demolding 15 to 20 times, the surface effects of the mold plates were observed, respectively, and the details are shown in Table 1 below.

From the above, it is evident that the coating of the present invention and the preparation of the aluminum film sheet easy to release from the coating in examples 1 to 4 can realize repeated use of 15 or more.
In contrast to comparative example 1, the anticoagulant is 300-500 μm, which is not in the particle size range of the present invention, so that the anticoagulant has a reduced effect after uv curing, and the demolding effect of the aluminum film plate is affected, meanwhile, the coating in comparative example 2 is directly prepared without adding anticoagulant, the demolding effect of the finally prepared aluminum film plate is poor, while in comparative example 3, the particle size of the anticoagulant is controlled in the particle size range of the present invention, but uv curing is not performed, and the demolding effect of the finally prepared aluminum film plate cannot reach the effect of the present invention.
According to the invention, the anticoagulants with dehydroabietic acid and C5 petroleum resin as components are used as the modified additive, and are added into the coating with the corresponding proportion, after ultraviolet light curing, the carboxyl functional group of the dehydroabietic acid which is the component of the anticoagulants is formed on the surface of the cured coating, has a retarding effect, and can interfere Si-O-Si bond formation, so that the surface layer of the concrete is not easy to be cured and adhered on the surface of the aluminum template, the carbocycle of the dehydroabietic acid can be well compatible with a coating system, compact connection of all parts in the coating after curing is further increased, and the C5 petroleum resin in the component provides a good hydrophobic effect, so that the hydrophobicity of the surface of the aluminum template is enhanced, and finally, the demoulding effect of the aluminum template is improved.
